They know what they were doing and getting good work was the most important thing to me. Michael explained the whole process, answered all my questions and stayed in contact during the week the roof was being replaced. Afterwards, he spent plenty of time with me reviewing the roof, answering questions, and had plenty of advice on how to take care of my RV. They are very personable and took great care of my home on wheels. Highly recommend

We loved working with this company. They were friendly and courteous. They invited us in whenever we wanted to see how things were going as far as fixing our camper. They did an excellent job and we were quite pleased.

The service was the best. All the employees were nice, friendly and courteous. Really enjoyed Michael, he was prompt at coming out to my site, and so very professional. Can t say enough about this place. From the staff when you walk through the door to the management and techs they are a top notch company that does amazing work AND stands behind itMore importantly! This is my third RV over the last 8 years and they did a reseal on all roof components as pictured. They also assuredAfter another repair that the front cap is now secure as over time the way the roof is made can come loose whileDriving. I won t ever choose anywhere else these guys are the best!!

The folks were extremely helpful from the get go. We are full timers and they moved as quickly as they could to us back in our rig. They even delivered it as I had to be checked into the hospital. Great job...APR

APR was hands down one of the easiest and most reliable companies to work with in the trailer industry! We bought a 40 foot enclosed trailer and it had a few holes on the exterior, a damaged nose, and a pretty unstable ramp. We wanted to get the trailer wrapped so we looked around for a company who could do all the repairs and we decided to go with APR because of how friendly and knowledgeable they were and it was a decision that we definitely don t regret. They put new panels on the sides of the trailer, redid the nose with all new diamond plates, and remade the whole ramp of the back end. They were awesome throughout the whole process, the trailer looks brand new, and they even finished a week earlier than expected. Highly recommend APR RV!

I cant even begin to say what a breath of fresh air it was to deal with APR RV After sustaining a tear to our roof membrane, damage to 2 ac units and a hole in a vent cover from our trip from northern Ohio to Arizona due to a tree branch hitting the top and sliding the length of our 44 ft Road Warrior we knew we needed to find a reliable repair facility quickly.After making some calls, we found Chris who owns a mobile repair facility. He came out and took care of our 2 ac units, temporarily patched the tear and hooked us up with APR . We called and Kysa was amazing in answering our questions and scheduling an appointment. We stopped in prior to our appointment and they walked us around a unit that they were currently working on, showing us options and walking us thru the process. Kysa took care of the insurance company and was so friendly and helpful.We ended up going with the spray on liner even though it was an additional 300 from our pocked due to its 10 year warranty AND not having to climb up and inspect the roof monthly. Due to our age and health....this was HUGE.They were so accommodating. We travel full time because my husband is an IBEW electrician so this meant finding a pet friendly hotel for 5 days in addition to needing to make sure our RV had power to our residential refrigerator and small freezer in the toy hauler area while it was being worked on. APR made sure that that happened even though thatvisnt something they normally do.On top of that...they got it back to us a whole day earlier than promised!How refreshing to deal with people who didnt yank us around on pricing, delivered on everything they promised, took care of the insurance company and got out rig back tonus sooner than expected.We will definitely refer APR to any of our friends and acquaintances that need repairs

APR RV was great to work with. from quote all the way to pick up. I am happy I picked them for my repair on my RV. I hope I never have to come back but if something happens with my RV I will be down there before looking any where else. thank you. now our journey will continue.

They did a full rubber roof replacement, (roof, body and awning repair), fastened and added screws and caulking to our awning railing that was pulling away from the body, they repaired and insulated the fender well where a blowout took that out and installed new fender straps. They also ordered a new fender skirt that was also ripped off.Very nice, patient, and very professional people, which are hard to find in this world we live in. We loved visiting and working with them. They took the time to answer our questions and explain the procedures. They use the best quality products and excellent workmanship and stand behind their work and take pride in it. They went above and beyond to help us.We appreciate them very much.They are very honest and upfront with everything nothing shady about them.We very highly recommend. Service: Body & Trim

Found this place by pure luck. Was supposed to bring my camper to Camping World which is known for slow service. When I called Susie, I was able to bring my TT in that day. Also found out that this is where Camping World brings their work. What a blessing that I was able to get my TT within 5 weeks instead of 5 months. They did a fantastic job as I had to have fiberglass repair and a new window. What slowed them up was waiting for manufacturers to get parts to them. Great friendly service. Hopefully I ll never have to use them again but if I have another accident I will use them again.

Traveling thru here on the way to Texas, had some major fiber glass repairs done to the back! They worked with our Progressive claim adjuster with no extra charges. Did the work on time, friendly and professional!!

Edited: Michael called and apologized, he brought me a check for the difference of what was charged and the amount we had originally agreed on. Very respectful and professional company. You won't go wrong having them do your work.Had Michael come out to temp seal pur rv roof. When we talked to Michael he told us it would either be free or ac1 hour service charge. He was great to work with but instead of free or the one hour charge we ended up paying $215.00. Understand paying because we didn't go with them for the repair but not what was promised on the phone.

The job done by AVR was excellent The job did by Michael and Jake was above and beyond are expectations we would highly recommend them . We are made to feel at ease during the hole process. Also the ladies in the office were very accommodating during the whole process Thanks Ben and Karen Garrison

This small family owned business took care of all our needs and they were very professional and informative about everything they were doing. They worked with our schedule even and both times for drop off and pick up made sure someone was there on a Saturday, (their days off) to accommodate our schedules. Great shop and amazing people working for them as well! Thank you Michael and your team for completing upgrading and fixing our roof after the fire. We appreciate you and the work you all do! Definitely worth the extra drive for us to get quality work done with a great team.

The roof on my 5th wheel sustained roof damage from the Arizona monsoons that needed repair. I selected APR RV based on these reviews. I was not disappointed. This small family owned business is amazing! They made the process so simple. They answered all my questions and provided me with options. Because of the damage, I chose to replace the roof membrane. I did not think the damage would be covered under insurance, but it was. Suzie, guided me through the process and they worked directly with my insurance company. I chose the Xtreme roof, which is a thick spray on polyurea roof coating. They gave me a date when it would be finished and they beat that date by a week. They brought me along by sending pictures from beginning to end. They provided upgrades at prices the same or less than than that on Amazon. The final product was outstanding. Great people- great product-great experience.

Theses guys and gals are awesome. From the techs out back, the front desk and the owners. I was side swiped on the freeway and these guys dove right in. Took care of everything I wanted fixed in record timing and kept me in the loop the whole time. I couldn t ask for better service.

APR RV does absolutely amazing work. They are fiberglass artists! I cannot say enough good things about how my entire repair process was handled. They worked with the renter's insurance and made sure all was handled quickly and efficiently. This was a relief as I have never had my rig in the shop before. When an issue arose that was out of their scope (gas line issues), they made sure my rig went to another reputable shop to address the problem. They did all the work and I didn't have to make any calls or deal with the insurance company. I am so happy I stumbled on APR. Whay a gem in AJ! Also the husband/wife team thay owns the shop are so kind, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel at ease at every step of the way. Just...simply awesome. 10/10 would recommend!

Outstanding! This is an excellent company for rv repair. They are willing to do whatever it takes to get a quality repair done in the time frame that they quote. I have owned trailers for years and have never encountered a repair company as good as this one. Michael and his expert staff even worked with my insurance company to get everything covered! The nice folks at APR did a wonderful job with our horse trailer repair. I especially liked them texting weekly photo updates showing the progress of the repair. Our trailer looks like new.

Everyone needs a Kysa at their company! Not only did all my repairs get done exactly how I wanted with APR dealing with my insurance, but Kysa personally handled any hiccups and frustrations that I had throughout the process. Thank you APR RV and special thanks to Kysa! Will definitely return should I have RV issues in the future.... although here's to hoping that doesn't happen.
