Had a fender bender and took my vehicle in to get repaired. The team at Allard Collision did an amazing job at fixing my car. I can t even tell where the damage was. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Received a quote for $3,500 as my car got scratch and needed to be buffed/painted. Didn t sound right so I went to another body shop who completed it for $430. 2 stars because he did walk outside to check out my car.

I came in for an estimate through a recommendation from my insurance. I had called with questions about estimates and timelines and they welcomed me to come in to talk to them. I spoke to the front desk guy and an estimator and they gave me a realistic timeline as well as overall costs (I was kinda hoping to not have to file through insurance). They helped me rental and everything was great. Very friendly, very honest and very helpful. I would come here again on my own.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was thoroughly impressed with Allard Collision for the repairs they did on my car. Not only did they take care of the damage that was done to my vehicle with such great care and proficiency but they kept me up to date on the progress, which was much appreciated. The staff I interacted with were kind, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. I was referred to Allard Collision through my insurance and couldn t have been happier with their service. I needed my windshield and pretty much whole front of my car replaced, which they originally quoted me 2 weeks for repairs but got the job done in 4 days! I had the best experience with Junior over at Allard Collision Mesa! He was very attentive and understanding since had been my first accident I had been in and was very confused with the whole process. Junior walked me through it all and made things run smoothly. I am very grateful for him and all the staff over at Allard. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Talk about a great overall experience at an auto collision repair shop. The front desk receptionist answered all my questions and my personal representative Mike P was always transparent and constantly gave me updates on my vehicle. Replaced the tailgate and bumper of my vehicle. They finished much earlier than estimated which was great. Kept me constantly informed on progress. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was the work they did excellent, but they cleaned the inside and outside of my car and left me a paint touch up kit. The little details were very unexpected but very much appreciated. I would 10/10 use this shop again!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Allard Collision did a great job at repairing my car. You weren't even able to tell where the car was hit. I definitely would come back in the future if needed, thank you Mike for all your hard work and keeping me updated along the way.

I was schedule for a minor repair and they made me an appointment to inspect ( not repair) my vehicle. However the dates and times interfered with my work schedule and I was told that there was no flexibility. Just for them to write an estimate. Not customer friendly at all. I will be finding another shop to do my repairs. Young lady did not seem to care when I toldHer that I would be going to another place for my repairs. I guess they feel that I need them more than they need my business.

I took my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban to Allard Collision on McKellips in Mesa for extensive hail damage from my trip in Texas. Hail dents were well over 1,000 yet Allard did absolutely a fantastic repair. Picked up car yesterday and all damage on body and trim was perfect. I am now going to use Allard for a non insurance claim for my Suburban since they offer exemplary service and repair quality.Final note: Junior was very helpful and courteous during this repair. I was sent here by my insurance company to get some body repairs after getting clipped by a motorcyclist. They were timely and communicative with scheduling the estimate, drop off, and pick up. They also helped coordinate with Enterprise for timing the rental car.

Worst experience waited 2 weeks to have them look at my truck. Then another 2 weeks to get parts. Then had appointment with them brought truck in there rep named Junior refused to tell me when they would start working on it even though I waited for appointment. He also would not tell me when would be finished. I asked him to call and give me update he never did so I'm without my truck having no idea when I can get it back. They finally started working on it after it sat there for 2 days. Junior still refused to call me and update me. I called them they said they gave him message to call me he never did. Finally truck was supposed to be ready Thursday. When I called them they said needed part would be ready by noon on Friday. I go to pick up Friday after 12 not ready. They never called me to say wasn't ready. Junior said I can stop by later and get part. The truck only needed windshield and sunroof. The had all week. After getting truck back realized windshield wipers not put on correctly there was broken glass still in-between sunroof and cover broken glass fell on me when opening sunroof glass in bed. They also charged progressive to remove adhesive on roof from tape I had over broken sunroof they did not clean it off. I've never had such terrible customer service. This was a simple repair I don't understand them not working on truck when I had appointment what good is having appointment then. It seemed like they put my repair of to work on others instead . I'm in business myself I would never treat my customers this way. Very sloppy work terrible customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately something happened to my car so my insurance sent me to Allard collision. Junior was great and helped me out as much as he could with a really genuine attitude. Definitely would go back for his help if it was something that s needed.

We were hit by a progressive insured. I have been with state farm for over 45-50 yrs and I was shocked that progressive claims treated me better than state farm claims!! I had to fight my own insurance company! Allard is Progressive repair shop in network. All the way from walking in the front door and greeted with a smile to the owner, great guy! And the vehicle repair was great. I'd trust them anytime.

Three different body shops turned me away due to too high of a workload or (even worse) told me the wait time would be months.Allard got me in almost immediately, and completed the job in 2 weeks (one week earlier than they quoted me!). Best yet, it looks great!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Allard was on a list of Allstate-backed shops, and I went with them over a larger national chain closer to my place to repair some damage on the side of my car. Adrian at the front desk was very friendly, and Alex was very honest about the work that needed to be done without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. Their estimate and final bill also came in lower than the other shop, and they handled everything related to insurance, making my experience a breeze. Most importantly, they did a great job on my car and went above and beyond my expectations! 10/10 recommend!

I took my car in for repair, when my passenger door got backed into. Allysa did a great job helping me coordinate the rental car pickup, when the rental company failed to. Bill explained the process of the repairs and kept me informed duirng that time. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Beyond impressed with everything from Allard Collision. My vehicle was struck in a parking lot, once I returned to pick up my vehicle. The car looked better than the day I picked it up off the lot. Which was a brand new vehicle with 15 miles on it total. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone seeking professionalism, quality and high standards. The guys at Allard went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. Their customer service is top notch. They are quick and detailed to answer any questions and reassure you of the best way to go about fixing your car. Prices are reasonable and accurate. The folks that work reception are very friendly and helpful. Our car looked new and both the exterior and interior were meticulously cleaned. These people obviously care about quality and taking care of their customers. There was absolutely no hassle, the rental was also handled perfectly them with Enterprise. The best auto body shop I've worked with in the in the Phoenix area.

Allard is the only place I trust with my customized FJ Cruiser. She is my pride and joy! A big thanks to Raul for the remodel - she s absolutely gorgeous! I appreciate the savings and cost analysis that enabled the complete makeover. I was referred to Allard Collision by my insurance company. I was in an accident that damaged my rear bumper and jammed my back door and was not able to open it at all. From the minute I walked into Allard Collision they made you feel very welcomed and answered all questions. Their staff is very friendly and they all go above and beyond to take care of the car and customer. I was very impressed with their service! The rear number looks great and I can now open the back door! They even washed and detailed the car so it looked brand new when I picked it up. I highly recommend this place for any car needs!! This was one of the best experiences I've had with a collision center. The professionalism from the employees was top notch not to mention the cleanliness and effeciency of the facility. My truck looks and runs great again and I would recommend the company to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. Thanks Allard you guys rock!!
