We have been coming to All Town Auto for years! Their service never disappoints! Rene and Peter will make sure you are treated like royalty from the time you walk in till the time you leave! Highly recommend All Town Auto for any and all services needed for your vehicles!

This place is super awesome I came in for and oil change didn t know I needed to make and appointment but staff still took care of my sprinter. I highly recommend this place staff is amazing and they share good information about my vehicle. So anybody with sprinter come on over asap.

i worked with peter and he was amazing. i had a few things going on with my specialized lifted diesel and peter worked with me on everything! great prices, exactly what i wanted done and what parts. he was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable, and they have a very safe area that's fenced area for your cars safety. others i spoke with were very nice as well. will be using them for more work. thank you peter!

I wouldn't touch this shop with a ten foot pole. Bought a car from a dealership that uses this shop for repairs, so they sent me here for diagnosis (with me knowing very well the dealer would try to get out of paying). My truck had some issues including a manifold exhaust leak from broken bolts, making obnoxiously loud chirping noises and also a turbo line gasket leak both of which I took pics of before going in. Their mechanics advisement to the dealer was to not fix it, and then suggested to me personally, and I quote, "just let it get worse before you fix it" which I have recorded on my work phone.You wouldn't go to a doctor with an infection and just have him tell you to let it get worse before he treats you.... why would you do the same with a car?I understand the dealership makes the ultimate call so I knew they would try to not pay for repairs, but it was based on All Towns recommendation. I decided to get it fixed myself at a shop of my choice. They found warped manifolds causing the noise plus acceleration issues, leaking coolant fittings, and also my turbo entirely coated in crusty grime and oil from the leak. The exhaust leak I can let go, but after seeing how bad the turbo oil leak was once they took it out, and additional coolant leaks they found, I have zero faith in this shop for an honest diagnosis considering it's a visible part absolutely drenched in oil....

Not all heroes wear capes. My girlfriend and I were on our way to a hike on Saturday when my Jeep Cherokee started hemorrhaging oil. I grabbed an exit and pulled into a shopping center. Under the hood, it looked like someone had used a garden hose to spray everything with oil! The dipstick said it had lost 2 of its 6 quarts of oil. I recalled seeing "auto" on the sign in front of the building next to the shopping center and decided to walk in that direction. Soon I ran into Peter G. from ATA. He asked what was going on. I explained the situation and he told me to drive the Jeep over. Peter pulled a tech off of a job and had him hose down my engine bay with degreaser. It was clear that the amateur mechanic (aka ME!) who had last installed the cap over the oil filter, put the gasket in incorrectly and it had blown out from the pressure. They quickly grabbed a new oil filter, gasket, 3 quarts of synthetic oil, and another can of degreaser for good measure. 30 minutes later and a we were ready to get back on the road. I asked for the bill and was shocked when Peter basically said, "Don't worry about it." What??? An oil filter. 3 quarts of synthetic oil. 2 cans of degreaser. Half an hour of tech time? I gave the tech a tip for his time and we were on our way to our hike. It's hard to put into words how much I appreciate the assistance, kindness and generosity of the folks at ATA. The gesture was amazing, but beyond that, I have truly been feeling a bit of a high all week knowing that not every repair shop is out to take advantage of someone else's bad luck. Before limping into the parking lot next door, I had never heard of ATA, but after this experience and based on the other reviews, I know I've found my new shop for all future repairs.

My family has used All Town for as long as I can remember, and now most of our friends and relatives do, too. You will not find a more caring, honest shop. Everyone is awesome, but especially Ken and Matt who have taken care of us for years!

Took the Saturn Ion in on Saturday because it had the shakes, power issues and needed routine maintenance. Mechanic called on Monday, let me know what was wrong, provided a price and was done by around 3 PM. It's great that they are open until 6 PM on weekdays. Car runs great now. Alltown Auto came in clutch for a couple of my truck repairs. I worked with Peter specifically and he is a guy you would hope to have care for your vehicle. Great communication and great follow-up. He made sure that I got taken care of 100% and I am very very grateful. They got me as a customer by happenstance due to a dealer across the way that sent my truck in and because of Peter's incredible customer service, all town landed a customer for good. Thank you Peter and thank you alltown!

STOP and do not take your vehicle anywhere but here.Dropped my van off here after a few friends recommended them. The engine was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. After receiving calls with my different options I decided to move forward.They kept in contact while we waited for a new engine making sure I knew what was going on. Matt the service manager was great to work with and once the motor came in they had it done quickly.I would highly recommend these guys.

One of the best service facilities I've had the experience to deal with. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I've had some work done here over the last few months and the follow through and expertise is hard to beat. New or old vehicles, they know their stuff. No question. All Town does great work. Have brought my work truck here twice now and both times they were awesome and flexible. They were able to do just what was necessary to get me back on the road safely until I have time to bring it back to finish the rest of the work that still needs attention. Great place, friendly staff, reliable work.

Five star service all the way. Brought my car in worrying about a very high bill based on the issue I was having. Not the case - my bill was FAR less than I was worried about after they diagnosed the actual issue. As you can imagine, that's not the treatment one can expect at most mechanics. Honest and very excellent service. Worked with me very quickly on managing to my stress level (haha), and I have absolutely found my new home for a mechanic. That you to the entire crew there!

Bad experience. Waste my time and hard earn money!!Went there for AC. They respect and have great attitude!But! Tim told me the price was 140 for diagnosing. Ok!Then turns out they want 196 (still diagnosing). They said they put freon in and that s why they charge me extra. I said nothing. Deal is a deal, if you told me it would cost more than that before I give you the key, i would feel better. I was a little upset, and they notice that, they drop the price to 151, still not 140!Tim said there is a tax for freon, even after they noticed me upset still charged me extra for the tax of Freon! I didn t want to argue, maybe that their rule! I walked out with good attitude they were polite too!I went to another shop the same day, drop the truck and this morning it s back in life and they told me the ac fails on the leak test. there was a leak of the valve, they fixed it for 170 totally!! And they didn t charge me 140 for diagnosing! I wouldn t be so mad if the other shop said the condenser was bad too, but it s not!This shop on the other side didn t even find the issue, instead just told me I need a new condenser. Yes I know the condenser is damaged but that s not the cause of the failed ac. If the AC system fails the leak test, how could a certified shop not notice the valve was the cause of it? Feel sorry for my money, too expensive and did nothing good expect good attitude.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a shop open so early on my way to work. John was incredibly kind and dropped what he was doing to help me refill my coolant. He also made sure my tires had enough air. It s beyond refreshing to find a car shop that operates with integrity and outstanding customer service. I m definitely coming back to All Town Auto Repair the next time my car needs help!

I have used All Town for my personal Auto several times. Each time the repair was done with celerity. The price was more than fair. The office personnel and mechanics have always been extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend All Town to anyone needing a trustworthy, reliable place to take their car for repairs.

Great Automotive shop! I have had mine and my girl friends car in the shop multiple times for regular service and body work. Every time has been a pleasant experience with an outstanding fair price and would recommend to anyone!

We have been using ATA for years and I couldn't recommend them any more. They've done everything from oil changes to full engine and transmission replacements for us. The communication at ATA is excellent. They hit their estimated timelines and estimated costs. I always am informed when they find other issues and those costs before the work is done. Nice place, well organized and friendly. They did a pre purchase inspection on a used car and then some needed repairs on a tight schedule and at a very reasonable price. If I lived in the East valley, I would definitely use their services again.

Incompetent staff and machinery miss diagnosed a faulty head gasket. Had two other reputable mechanics look at the vehicle, said it was fine. All was needed was a thermostat, back on the road No Problems. Don't trust these people with your time or money.

Not great service. We had them taking care of our company fleet, and they forgot to check the coolant level on a vehicle (it had basically none) which resulted in a blown head gasket. They also charge a lot for many of their services, and do shoddy work. Would not recommend.

I ve been taking my vehicles and my fleet delivery trucks to All Town Auto since 2009 they have always been great to work with and always accommodating in every way. I highly recommend the All Town team to always treat you right!

BEST AUTO REPAIR SPOT YOU WILL EVER FIND. PETER IS THE MAN. FROM START TO FINSIH NOTHING BUT TOP NOTCH SERVICE FOR MY AVALANCHE. THESE GUYS (PETER, MATT & WHOLE TEAM) SHOWED ME A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAVEN'T EXPERIENCED WITH A AUTO SHOP IN MANY MANY YEARS. THESE GUYS ARE SO GOOD IM LOOKING FOR PROBLEMS WITH MY VEHICLES JUST TO GO BACK FOR A OTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANKS PETER AND TEAM FOR THE GREAT WORK AND AWESOME EXPERIENCE. They worked on our 1996 Chevy and restored it to new! It took time to find parts and had it painted original color...thank you All Town Auto, you ROCK!
