Took my 76 corvette in for some emissions stuff and met with chuck, I had them do a diagnostic on the car and like true mechanics they found everything that kept it from passing. I drove the car to emissions and it took less time to pass, then it did to fail the first time. I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle needs. So much in fact that I have already scheduled my next visit to get another repair done on my harmonic balance. Low prices and a quick turn around are two things you should expect with a visit to Chuck and his team.

Highly recommend this place brought my Acura here with a blown radiator and they had it fixed the next day kept me informed every step of the way and the price was very fair (on the lower end of the average for such a repair) Chuck was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable very easy to see why he and his shop has such high ratings thank you Chuck!

Chuck is the most honest man I ve met in this industry. I brought my car to a different mechanic and was told I needed both front and rear brakes replaced immediately. I went to Chuck for a second opinion, fully willing and ready to pay him to replace the brakes. He called and told me all of my brakes had lots of life in them and not to worry. He declined getting paid in order to do the right thing. That s hard to find these days. I will never go to another mechanic again. Thank you Chuck!!Service: Auto brake repair

I honestly couldn't be happier with their work. They are upfront and trustworthy. I do have some car knowledge, but it is not as extensive as it could be. They met me where I was in my knowledge and explained everything very well to me. They didn't push me into anything and made me feel very comfortable. We have several vehicles in our small business and Chuck and his team have worked on every one of them!Additionally, we have recommended our family to Chuck as well. He's honest and easy to work with. Helpful beyond measure and genuinely cares about your safety and doesn't rake you over the coals when you're desperate!When he Can't help you because it's not something his shop does, he has referrals that are close by and almost as reliable (I say almost because a couple have tried to steal our business away!)We use Advance Auto because Chuck and his team care. Chuck is the main guy (Cool and Friendly), He answers your call, he will work with your schedule, keep you notified and updated, and will resolve the issues with your vehicle. And It is just what the Reviews says from people's experience: Trustworthy, Fair, Honest, as well as Flexible, Dependable, and Codial coming from me. And so, I would come to Advance Auto Repair If I stumble on a problem with my vehicle that would be beyond my knowledge or experience to maintenance on my own.

I have been going to this mechanic for years and I will never go anywhere else. As a young woman new to Arizona I was careful to read reviews before trusting my car to a mechanic. The great reviews brought me here to Chuck in the first place, and I haven't been disappointed in the years since! I trust him to do a thorough diagnosis and make truthful recommendations with no pressure or the manipulation you get at a lot of mechanics.This business is run like a family business. The owner's mom is the one making follow-up calls to ensure everything is running smoothly after you get your car back. It is such a breath of fresh air to know that you're doing business with genuinely good hearted people. I can't recommend Advance Auto enough!!

I feel very lucky that I found this place. I have been coming here for a few years now and I am always very happy with their services. It really lessens the stress of having car problems/regular maintenance to know that I have a trustworthy mechanic to take care of my car. Everyone here is very nice and helpful, and Chuck is always very honest with me about diagnostics and pricing. I started taking my vehicles to this shop way back in 2009 when I lived in the apartment complex next door.Since then, they've been very helpful, thorough, professional and honest.I trust Chuck and his team to get to the bottom of the problem and take care of my car as if it was his parents or his daughters vehicle.The run a an excellent shop and do A+ work!

I've yet to have anything but a great experience here. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, thorough and just great folks to deal with. You can't go wrong having your vehicle worked on here. They stand behind their work and provide the utmost level of care for their customers. This is a place and people you can depend on for your automotive needs. I've deal with several shops in the past and hope I never need to deal with another.

This place is female friendly! I don t usually like going to these types of places without my husband but it was different here. Chuck is very nice and he always says that he just wants to make sure drivers are safe so he checks everything. I really appreciated that! Went in for a maintenance check and it Took little time. Very honest and didn t try to over sell stuff. All in all a great experience and I ll definitely keep coming back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

When we first started bringing our cars to Advance Auto Repair many years ago, I was excited about their free roadside assistance program, but we've actually never had to try it because this repair service is excellent! I mostly deal with Chuck now but have never had a problem with any of the front office staff. Any needed repairs are always explained well and prices are always fair. With both of our cars 13+ years old now, I'm happy to have a mechanic I can trust.

I brought my 2011 Dodge Nitro here for a radiator removal and new one install with hoses too. These guys will do the work when you bring your own parts, lots of places wont do that. Have nothing but great service and done in a timely manner, I highly recommend this place, thanks Chuck and will be back as there are several other services I need for the ole Nitro.

Very happy about the services that I received from Chuck. He not only got me in the next day but the results on my car are amazing. My car is finally running smooth and what I liked the best was that before working on my car he called me to tell me what he was going to do and what the price was going to be. I would definitely be going back to him.

Went to advanced auto Chuck wasn t there so I had to leave my information said I needed an alternator for my 1994 Toyota pick up later he called and corded mean $653. Are usually go to Earnhardt Toyota to get things done to my truck I know it s expensive but I always get what I need and the parts always work well they charge me $625 but I thought that was high and thought I d look around when I explain to Chuck that he was charging me more than Earnhardt Toyota he hung up on me, I thought that was very unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone I really felt like he was ripping me off and I feel bad for his employees because possibly they won t get paid this week because of his underhanded dealings.

DEFINITELY 5 stars +UPDATE: Just received phone call/voicemail following up to make sure everything is working well.AC went out in my little Hyundai Dealerships couldn't get it in for about 2 weeks so I shopped around. Advance Auto Repair had fantastic reviews so I gave them a call on Tuesday. I worked Wednesday, dropped it off Thursday afternoon, just before a 3 day weekend (Sat-Mon). Diagnosed it early Friday and had parts delivered by end of the day. First thing this morning they got to work on it and had it ready today Price was exactly what I was quoted. We've been having an electrical issue with our van since we parked it for the pandemic., I'm pretty sure we'll be taking it there to get checked out :-)And a side note, I'm having some issues with my right knee and have to wear a brace on it right now and keep it elevated when I'm not moving around. I asked permission to turn two chairs facing each other and put my feet up on one. He went above and beyond and came around and positioned the chairs for me. Super nice customer service! That's one thing I really do like about owner operator stores :-)

We have a small fleet for our business and Advance Auto Repair keeps us on the road. Chuck is open, honest, always up front about the cost and what he can and cant do. Any time we need a vehicle back the same day, he makes that happen. I went to Advance Auto Repair and I wish I would have been going to this place with my car troubles! And being a women, you already know how many mechanics try to take advantage of us. The man here did not do that or make me feel like I didn t know what I was talking about. He was very polite and upfront with my car. The pricing is amazing so is the service! I will definitely be coming back for my car to get worked on. Highly recommend this place!

Service was excellent. Employees properly masked and very helpful. Wife's car would randomly fail to start. Chuck and team found the issue (loose cable) and fixed it at no charge. Great mechanic and someone I trust with my vehicles.

Great shop, definitely will be coming here for any future work on our cars. We bought both of our vehicles from Autonation Nissan in Chandler and have been getting most of our work done from them for years, they quoted one of our cars needing the right front lower control arm and all of the rear control arms replaced. Which was almost 3 thousand dollars worth of work from them. Our car has under 50k miles, so that was strange. I decided to call around and get second and 3rd opinions. Advance auto repair checked our car out for free and confirmed we did not need any of that done! Trustworthy and friendly, definitely recommend.

This is the best Auto repair shop around! Chuck and his staff are 100% honest and never rip customers off. I made the mistake of taking my Toyota Camry to another mechanic only to be ripped off! I learned my lesson and now will only go to Chuck at Advance Auto Repair! My husband will be taking his truck too from now on! Thank you Chuck for running a fantastic auto repair that deserves 10 STARS!!!

I recently had my vehicle repaired through Advanced Auto Repair. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I called yesterday and was able to get my car in, and my car has already been repaired by today before 11 o clock. The auto service and excellent customer service I received through the shop has been outstanding. Dealing with Chuck, he went out of his way to make sure that everything was correct on my vehicle and to give me every opportunity to have my bill lowered so I would be paying less for the service that was done on my vehicle. Namely due to a malfunctioning part. I will definitely be returning for any future services for my vehicle... oil changes, or any future auto repairs. This is the BEST auto repair shop I have found! They are ethical and customer minded!

My Hyundai Sonata had electrical issues. Every time I would not drive my car for more than a day, my car battery would die. The battery was installed a year and half ago, so it was fairly new. I finally took it to Advanced Auto Repair for a parasitic load test to see if there was a circuit causing a large draw. Chuck was there to greet me and he was very informative and insightful about what could possibly be going on with my vehicle. Brian, who was the mechanic on duty, performed the test and found a draw from my window switch. We thought that was the end of the problem but unfortunately my battery died again. Chuck was very understanding and even came by to jump my car (which was right around the corner) and took it back to the shop with him to further search for the issue. The issue had been my interior lights or so we thought because the draw had lessened to a normal draw. I took my car home and the battery died once more. So what did I do? I called Chuck who was still willing to work on my car to get to the root of the problem. After Chuck and Brian did some research they found out that Hyundai Sonata s radios could turn on when the car is off and the fuse holder would have to be removed in order to not drain the battery overnight :( The issue was finally fixed. I appreciate the entire staff at Advance Auto Repair because they really helped me out and kept a smile on their face the whole time! This experience alone has made my move to Arizona a lot better knowing that I have found a local, knowledgeable and reliable auto shop! Thank you all!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Battery

Chuck is so awesome! I needed my brakes replaced but I needed a cheap quick fix and he recommended me to a place right down the street. I don t think I ever heard of anyone doing that, usually places want your money but he really looked out for me to help me in my situation!
