I came in the day before and ordered a 2009 bmw 328i windshield wiper fluid hose. I paid for it in full. Guy says come at 8am tomorrow it will be here. I come at 8am today. Different guy in there today tells me it was never ordered. No proof or anything in their system. Good thing I kept my receipt. I m a mechanic I told the customer his car would be done this morning and now it won t be due to their poor service. Wasted 20 minutes of my timing driving there and now I have to pick it up later today and drive back. 1 star for poor service and wasting an hour of my time driving and sitting in the store while they looked for the part that wasn t there. Also now I have to look bad and delay my customer for their mistakes on never ordering my part. Thanks advanced auto

I went in looking for parts for my work vehicle and was greeted by Dan and Shontell. They explained what parts were needed and their intake on different part brands. I also signed up for the rewards club. Thanks again

Terrible service. Employee Angel cursed at the computer in front of me, as my online order apparently wasn t even ready, from the day before. Received $300 part in a super damaged box. What a joke of a place.

Great customer service Shantel and David went out of their way to help me on a Radiator hose that was impossible to find. Really rare to find great service like this and it was extremely appreciated!!!

When the other place (zone is in the name) couldn't understand what I was looking for, I contacted a friend who got me the information right away. He works in a different part of town and he switched to Advance. I chose a location closer to my house and got excellent service there. Not only that, the price was much lower than I was expecting. Double good.

Call advanced auto parts on University and Alma school. Wanted to check on a battery for my truck was put on hold for over 5 minutes so I went someplace else.

Meet with Ed. Awesome guy, very nice. Even through the frustration of checking my battery he kept his cool and was able to help. If i am in the area and need vehicle assistance, i will definitely search for him. My battery was dead and i commute 2 hours one way and didn't want to risk it on the road. He got me setup and installed it for me. Thanks Ed.

Car battery on my partner s Honda Fit was having issues. Came to Advance Auto Parts to get it checked out. The customer service here is outstanding. Dan tested my old battery and confirmed it needed to be replaced. He then rung me up for the new battery I needed and installed it for me in the parking lot with no hassle. Thanks again!

Went in due to a battery I bought at a different advance auto and had the worst experience. The men in there had a very sexists attitude with me because I was a female. The were very friendly and attentive to every man that walked in but I couldn't even get the man to stay at the counter to help me before he took off to do something else. When I finally got everything returned all he did was just hand the receipt it me (pretty much shoving it in my face) and just stared at me. So I asked him what next does the money go back to my card?? He just tells me ya I guess I don't know. So I thanked him and told him have a nice day. And he's said nothing else to me and just started laughing with the other employees and male customers that were in there. I know I will never come here ever again ill stick to O'Reilly or auto zone

One of the few retailers that still offers the old reliable Sears brand of Die Hard AGM batteries with a 3 year free replacement warranty vs. pro rated. Online ordering was quick, and the in-store pickup process was simple with helpful polite associates.

Dan was most helpful in returning a battery under warranty. He went above and beyond, carrying it out to my car. I realized when I left that I forgot some items, so I went back and he was great helping me pick out the proper ones! Excellent store.

Horrible customer service, I went in to pick up an online order for a starter. Upon walking into store there was no employees in the front desk, just heard singing coming from the back of the store.Waited for a couple minutes for someone to help us. Upon receipt of my merchandise I wanted to double check that I received the right part. I asked the large older man with the gray beard that was working there if this was the part for my car, and he replies with I don t know You re the one that ordered it, so how should I know? In the most condescending tone ever. I quickly walked out the store.I couldn t believe an employee would speak to a customer that way. Never buying from Advance Auto Parts again! Also advising all my friends and family to never shop at Advance Auto Parts.

The poorest customer service. If I can give NO STARS I WOULD! Had an online order and they just looked at laughed. Also asked questions to see if the had the grease for my car parts and the guys in there just looked at me like if I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. seemed like they wanted to converse with each other rather than be helpful. Very rude employees in general. If you don't like your job then look for a new one.

If I could rate this location negative stars, I would. As some of you may know, this is a UPS access point. I got a package delivered there and the employees that are in charge of receiving don t have to sign for your packages or answer for them when it says it s received by them. And on the way out the door I got met with rude and snarky remarks. In a nutshell, one of the employees (if not all) will try to claim your package as their own if you do not pick it up immediately. Very shady! As someone who wasn t even doing business with them, avoid giving them your money at all cost!! Bad customer service from all 3 employees I interacted with..

Great service. I had to do a brake pad replacement and picked up some rotors just in case I had to replace the rotors on my Impala. The guy in the morning helped my find the tool I needed to rotate my pistons back. We talked for a few and was easy going.I ended up not needing to do the rotor replacement and the older guy in the evening was very friendly and it wasn't a hassle to return the rotors I bought earlier. Overall great service with no issues.

They had all of the rear brake parts I needed in one place. AutoZone, O'Reilly's and Napa either only had one or the other. In the case of AutoZone, the closed location with either caliper was at least 30 minutes away

Went in with my brother to get parts for my car. We were able to find everything we needed in one place at a great price!!... Especially for American made parts(Support USA-All the way). The lady that helped us was great and had a great sense of humor, and definitely knew her stuff!!

Jose was amazing! My battery was on its last leg, I had to get a jump to get there and needed to get to work. Once there the service was amazing. Jose took great care of me and got me a little money back for bringing him my dead battery. He even installed it pretty fast and got me out of there in no time. Thanks guys!

Stopped in last night for a power steering pump for and our old off-road Jeep, Dan went above and beyond to help us. From this point on I will go out of my way to go to this location, it's rare that you find knowledgeable people working at auto parts stores these days.

This store and it's employees did nothing but go out of their way to help us. We were stranded in a hotel parking lot and the assistant manager, David, sent their driver, Willie to bring us a part. When that didn't work we ubered to the store where Dan and Blake got us what we needed. When our tools weren't enough, Dan took his spare time to come to the hotel with his personal tools to help us and we got it up and running!

I came to return a product and cashier started to whining about you opened it and can't be returned. He literally kept whining for 10 minutes. There was a customer before me who also left the store in dissatisfaction. It only takes one bad employee to push a customer away. I have been shopping at advance auto parts since years and never have experienced this mediocre customer service. Worst, he was becoming aggressive while his manager just pretending that everything is cool.

David went above and beyond for me several times. He got me back on the road quickly and answered all my questions accurately. I'm not sure what else a customer could ask for.
