A friend comes here for all his jeep service needs. I've had to take it in a few times for him and these guys are truly experts in their craft and incredibly friendly with a strong customer service orientated philosophy. I would gladly bring my own vehicle here to service it.

What a great shop. The owner Jeff sure knows how to operate a business with great knowledge and staff. If you re looking for a shop that is honest and affordable this is the spot. My son attends college at GCU and we can t stop telling his peers about this shop. I got a flat tire on my way to work at was about 10 minutes till 7pm. I pulled into the first place I could and it was Abramson Automotive. I started getting everything out of my car to change my tire and the owner came out and asked if I needed help. Mind you they are closed and most of them gone home for the day. He changed my tire for me and was very nice. One the guys from the shop stopped and asked if his boss was good and if he needed help. Very friendly all around and helpful. I made it to work safely and didn t have to get all dirty before starting a 12hr shift. Thank you!

This place is a great place to deal with. Both times I have needed to take my vehicle there they got it in and finished in one day. They will also not repair things that don't need it. They would rather repair then replace which you don't find anymore. Thanks again guys.

Came in to get a transmission swap done on my Honda Civic, and after telling them what happened. Jeff and the tech's were able to diagnose and fix the car within the next day. I cracked my radiator yesterday headed home to Flagstaff. I was able to pull off the 202 onto the street where Abramson Automotive is located in Mesa. I was given a diagnosis and set up for repair the same day. They kept the Suburban overnight and I made it home safe and sound this afternoon. 10/10 recommend.

Always great, quality work when we bring our car here! The customer service is exceptional and the turn around time is always phenomenal. They always over deliver and are able to answer any questions you have. Truly the kindest people! Jeff is amazing!

They diagnosed and replaced my shifter assembly the same day. Jeff was also very friendly and maintained open communication throughout the whole process. Such a good experience. Its never fun to have your transmission go out but Jeff & his team went above & beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal on a new transmission & got my car back to me good as new & super quick. They also knew I was heading out on a roadtrip shortly after getting my car fixed and had me come back before i left to make sure everything was running as it should and that i would get there safely. I appreciate them so much! Absolutely recommend.

Truck had an issue causing it to randomly stall. Other mechanics misdiagnosed the issue while Jeff and his team were quickly able to identify the issue. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue, Jeff went out of his way to make sure the issue was resolved. Will be using them as my mechanic going forward. Jeff, and everyone at Abramson automotive are so nice and honest. They went above and beyond checking out my new used car and making the necessary repairs. They told me my car wouldn't stop running if I didn't make them all right away, and they were happy to just tell me what was most important, but I trusted them and just got it all done and I'm glad I did. My cars running perfectly and I know if I have any issues they'll get me in asap. Thank you!!!

If you need an honest mechanic shop Abramsons is your place!! I brought my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid there from a referral and so happy I did. My car was leaking oil and had several issues far too long I waited to have it looked at. After a few hours I recieved a complete estimate by text (loved that because I could actually go through the list plain and clear) to fix everything they found, the estimate was fair after looking it over. 6 days later the car was finished, when we went into Abramsons office he explained one of the estimated items he just couldn't see repairing just wouldn't be right to fix this part after further review. Omg can you say HONEST!!!! That part of the estimate took off $1100 so of course as the Holiday season amounst us we all could use a break. But I could actually see another shop whom isn't so honest, go ahead and leave the charge on my invoice. (That had already been the case I had $1800 of work on the car from a nit do reputable shop leaving with a broken car worse that I brought it in with.) Shop totally scammed me I was super upset. But my car runs like a dream, I can clean my concrete driveway, no drips, my car is like new!!! THANKS TO ABRAMSON AUTOMOTIVE, highly recommend this shop!!

Best auto shop in the whole state.I have never had such a positive experience working with people in the automotive world ever. Originally brought in my girlfriends Charger to get brakes done, and after interacting with owner and staff, and seeing how they operate I brought in my IROC for them to work on. Fantastic owner and workers that they have here. Amazing communication, incredibly professional, as well as timely and cost effective.I don't feel I'd be more comfortable dropping off my car anywhere but here. Lifelong customer earned.

I had to have my front wheel barrings replaced and someone recommended this shop. Let me tell you, I will be coming back here for everything from A to Z. The men here do good work. They are efficient and fair with the pricing. I would recommend to anyone. A personal thank you to this shop for making my vehicle safer for me and my family and not killing me in time or money. You have gained a loyal customer who will be back.

I was referred here from word of mouth saying they were honest and straightforward with diagnosis for cars. My a/c was working but not blowing cold a/c. Abramson took time to listen to what was going on with my car and did not rush me and answered all my questions. I have always been extremely happy with Abramson. Always fair and honest prices, and they keep you informed every step of the way. Jeff and his techs will take the time to show you what is wrong with your vehicle and let you know what your options are to fix it. I have since purchased a new vehicle and moved away from Mesa, but I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!Never trusted a mechanic more than Jeff and his team.

I Came into Abrahamson Auto for A/C Repair and was absolutely ecstatic with the work Jeff and his crew did with my car. very professional and very honest team they play close attention to detail my ac is blowing colder and harder than ever! I brought my Mazda 3 to Abramson and it needed a bit of work. It had some bad mounts put on by another mechanic and the AC had stopped working. These guys fixed up the AC and replaced the mounts with new ones (that they also offered to guarantee for the remaining life of the vehicle) and got me out of there at a lower price than I had anticipated. Went in on a friends strong recommendation. Older truck, 2006. Needed full AC system replaced it just got old and needed it. While in shop another issue happened with some wiring from the computer that controls the transmission. I didn t even have to ask, Jeff just said it happened in my shop I ll fix it . Turns out it was some old wiring that the coating came off over time and was touching some metal. He took the time to figure it out and fixed it at no cost. 5 stars!
