Best mechanic in Arizona! Always great quality of work has been done on my fleet for my company and personal vehicles! I've gone to A Plus for minor to major.. and everything in between.Keven does great work at reasonable prices.. gives me a veteran's discount. more importantly.. I ve worked with A Plus for years and I can honestly say I fully trust their work, which is hard to come by but extremely important. They have addressed a myriad of problems, big and small, on my vehicle and my daughter s. And at an affordable price! I recommend them to everyone I know. I never write reviews. But in this case, I had too. Kevin (owner) and Michelle were incredible! I had a speed sensor fixed in my 2005 Chevy Impala. The price was more than reasonable, in fact it was the cheapest price I found in all of East Mesa. They were fast and the service was exceptional! My speedometer works great. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone, you will not be disappointed. I will be a loyal and lifelong customer. Please give them a try you will be more than satisfied. Thanks Kevin and Michelle, you guys are the best!!!

We took our truck in for a quote on having our spark plugs replaced, the owners Wife gave us a quote of $500, I explained to her that I wouldn t pay $500 for replacing spark plugs. I then spoke with Kevin the owner and he assured me that she didn t apply the discount and our price would be $317. We agreed and told them to do the work. We picked up the truck and our bill is $450, the owner Kevin said he meant to say that the labor was $317. Well if you applied the discount, how did it jump to $50 dollars less than what your wife quoted us for. This place was an honest place when Michelle worked there, we will no longer due Business with them.Service: Auto engine tuning

Kevin in the shop and Michele in the office are great to work with. Both are very knowledgeable to determine what exactly your car needs and they also inspect your car for any other problems. They locate the least expensive quality parts to get you back on the road safely. And they also make quick appointments to work with your timeline. They have discounts for repeat customers and great prices compared to other shops I've been to. I take all 3 of my vehicles there for regular maintenance and repair.

I only wish I found this place earlier, they fix your car and do it quick and cost efficient. I highly recommend them, they are the real deal.Try them and you will recommend them like me.If your car needs repairs, GO THERE. Ive been going to Kevin and Michelle for 7 years. I m in my 60 s and have done most of my own repairs when I was younger. I m fairly knowledgeable with cars.Never been lied to. Never had a warranty not honored, they have never tried to sell me something I don t need.I had a few issues but they took care of them.You never really know how good of a place you are dealing with until there is a problem. These guys alway keep their word. I won t go anyplace else.

Kevin looked at my dads Cadillac headlight and determined that it was a $300 repair. Cadillac looked at it and wait....... it was a $1500 repair......... That tells you a lot. My husband owns a body shop in Florida and we could do nothing. Kevin is great! Honesty and integrity are his virtues. A week later dad took in the Ford truck and had a reasonable repair done. I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants a fair price and a good job done. Don't take your cars to dealerships for service, as hubby always says... the same guys that work for small shops work for dealers, its a paycheck. Dealerships hire service writers that work on commission and they make 6 figures for a reason. Thanks Auto Doctors for your help!!!!

Took my car in for wheel alignment or possible suspension problem. They looked my car, drove it, and had two people's look over the car. They came back and told me their the car was ok. The problem was with the wheels and tires they said. They told me to go back the the shop I got them from and even told me what to have Discount Tire do to fix the problem. Discount Tire fixed the problem and it was the same fix they told me to have done. I appreciate honest mechanics. I was not charged for any diagnostic work or anything at all. I know they put time and effort into my car and more than one person. My car was even on the lift at one point. I will definately you go back for any future repairs. Good job Kevin and your crew.

Kevin is an amazing mechanic, very honest and knowledgeable about what he does. The staff there is friendly and easy to talk to and follows up with you through the process and what they are doing to fix your car. Pricing is great too.. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed.

It's hard to find an honest mechanic who delivers what they promise. I have had both our cars in over the past few months and both times had work done for a lot less then I was quoted elsewhere, and even found out I was being oversold elsewhere. Integrity, honesty and timeliness are a must for me with a mechanic and A Plus Auto Doctor fit it all. I have referred numerous family/friends to them, and they have all had good experiences. I won't go anywhere else!

They have always been able to ID the issues, the repairs have always been made in a reasonable amount of time and I have always felt the price for the service has been fair. The owner and his assistant on the front desk have always been extremely easy to communicate with. Just really nice people. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Auto services.

This shop treats you like family. They have been taking care of my vehicles for a few years now and have continued to to a good job and charge an honest amount. I do recommend them to anyone that is in need of a good mechanic.

I had them replace my engine with a new crate motor. I took my vehicle back twice to have them fix the leaking and other problems that continued. A Plus Auto Doctor, refused any and all communication. They would not respond.I took my vehicle to a different mechanic, this is what they found....Timing cover leakSteering gear box leakTransfer case leakFront differential leakBrake booster leakingTrans cooler leak @ radiatorBoth motor mount brokenMuffler rusted / broke outEng oil dipstick brcket brokeReposition engine wiring harness/ melting on exhaustShould lengthen rear driveshaftRear brakes not grabbing very goodMissing vacuum linesI m so frustrated and angry that A-Plus Auto Doctor did NOT do what was necessary and accustomed when putting a brand new motor in a vehicle and then stopped any and all communication after trying to have them fix the wrongs.I do NOT and would NOT trust this mechanic to work on my vehicle!!!!Service: Engine repair

Avoid this mechanic. In 2020 my daughter sold her car to the owner. He failed to properly document the sale and notarize the title according to state law. Later she learned that he flipped the car and sold it to someone who eventually abandoned the vehicle. Because the paperwork was not done correctly, the state considered her the owner of the car and she was charged a $500 fee for abandonment for a car she sold for $300. When pressed to help, the owner was unable to provide satisfactory documentation to prove the sale to the state because it was not notarized on the sale date. The abandonment is not his fault, but my opinion is he took advantage of her inexperience to make a quick buck in a shady way. Make of this what you will.

I am the HAPPIEST CUSTOMER they have ever had. I have had problems with my Cobalt for MANY months , as of yesterday I am SOOO happy, didn't even wanna go to work just wanted to drive my car. If you need work done please go to them. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Recommend VERY HIGHLY. Thank you so much.

I have used A Plus Auto Doctor for the last several years for all of my family's auto repairs! I love that they are honest, tell me what is really going on with my vehicle, instead of trying to upsell me or cause me to spend unnecessary money like other auto shops do. This place is one of the most amazing places I've ever been to not only have they treated me perfectly but ever since I bought my vehicle from them they have been amazing and they just rescued me off the side of the road right before Christmas and didn't even charge me for the thing that I needed fixed at this moment. Michelle is great Ivan the Great mechanic and Kevin is amazing I recommend them to anybody and everybody thank you guys for being so amazing and treating me with the most respect I love you guys. -nichole

First used A+ a couple years ago for my daughter's car - they were fair and reasonably priced. Since then, everyone in the family uses them. Nice to have an auto repair shop I can trust. Highly recommend this shop.

The 1st time I met Kevin, of A Plus Auto Doctor, an automobile wasn't even involved; it concerned the American Flag - of all things. If you've ever done any people profiling you would have known, just by talking to and looking at the guy, you were dealing with a man of character. I got the feeling that Kevin was honest, sincere, trusting and trustworthy. Also that he wouldn't be doing anything he wasn't good at and couldn't be proud of the results. My car needed some front end work and so I decided to trust my instincts and have Kevin do the repair. I'm happy to report that I was 100% correct on my character analysis. The work exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Finally - no I'm not being paid to write this, nor are we related in any way; however, Kevin and his staff are my Family Doctors so long as I'm around.

GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!! I was told that the two issues for which I brought them my car had been identified and would be properly repaired. They identified another problem that they said could be fixed in 3 months. When I picked up my car the air conditioning worked but it drove the same and hadn t been fixed. Their response is that it s the third problem (that could wait ) causing the issue. Not sure for what I paid an extra $400.00, but the problem they said would be fixed was now something else. GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!

I had a bad experience with this shop. I took my car to get it repaired for an oil leak and was charged for a part that the shop broke when they fixed my oil leak. After the repairs were made my car was in worse shape than when I took it to them. The check engine light came on and my car was stalling. The belt that runs the alternator also fell off my car and the shop tried giving the car to me with no oil in it and didn't even change the oil filter after replacing the cranckcase seal. I will never go to this shop again.

If you have a quote for work on your vehicle repair, bring it by. You'll find, A Plus Auto Doctor will beat that price. Professional and honest. Give them a try.

Worst place I've ever been. My car took way way way longer to fix than they said and was still broken. Had to take it back 2x. Never ever got a statement saying what was done to "fix" my car. When I complained to the owner I was told he could tell me to leave if he wanted and he claimed I "probably already bad mouthed him to people" so guess what now I will. And now a year later same thing he "fixed" is broken again. If I could give him no stars I would. And the kid who worked on the car didn't replace a part I was told he did and he smelled of pot. Horrible place!!Update: now 2 yrs have gone by and it needs the transmission replaced again. This is complete crap! Seriously stay away from these guys! I don't even drive far every day

Really like the new owners and mechanic. But they need to do a very big deep clean on the waiting area and office. It's pretty gross.
