Awesome experience, staff is firing in all cylinders and the general ambiance is great. Was explained thru in detail every aspect of our PM service for our truck, they show you the work performed and go thru a checklist of things completed. Very happy with the job completed at this location. May be as well a new favorite for this area. 5 stars all the way, thanks guys you rock!

Jay, the overnight tech, in the truck care department, was very helpful. He actually had me pull my Chevy Silverado into the shop so he could look at my vehicle, to diagnose the issue. I was terrified I wouldn't make it home! He was wonderful, most of the gentlemen that work at Love's Travel Stop are very respectful, helpful, with a healthy work ethic you just don't see these days. They have always gone above and beyond for customers! Fred, Brandon, Chris, Justin, Ean, Alejandro, Robert, Monica Ashley, Chrystal, Stacy F... Tony & Tammy, Margaret, Brittany, Laura, Majic, Jenny Brian, Mike and now Jay.... I've been a customer since Loves Travel Stop opened a few years ago. I will continue to show my support and appreciation for the Loves family of store 722. Thank you for all you do!

Put in a tire request for this morning at 8 am walked in side they have no recollection of that happening so I have to wait 3 hours To get my tire changed Service: TiresService: Tires

Ordered an extra filter charged me for it but forgot to put it in my cab. Good bunch of guys!

The experience with this person was fatal, it turns out that I have been here since 7:14 p.m. yesterday. Today it is 5:40 am for an oil change in the truck when I went to ask, everything is closed and the drivers are here to maintain the trucks. They were never informed they just closed and left da this placeFatal la experiencia con esta persona resulta ser q estoy aqu� desde las 19:14 de ayer Hoy son las 5:40 am para un cambio de aceite a truck cuando boi a preguntar todo cerrado y los choferes q estamos aqu� para el mantenimiento de los trucks nuca fueron informado s�lo cerraron y se fueron da este lugar
