Love this store. The best customer service!! Yesterday Barbi was very helpful, then today I found myself stuck. Car wouldn't start, despite a new battery. Erick went above and beyond to first come to my home to diagnose, then led me back to the store where he fixed the problem. Very considerate young man. Great store.

I've Shopped there Several Times. The Folks that work there are Helpful, seem to have a Positive Attitude, and the Times I've been there have Always had the Parts or Supplies I'm Looking for In Stock.

This place is always the topps and they always take care of their customers good. I always come back to this place because of the customer service. For instance today , Erick who works there was nice enough to give me a ride back to my house with my new battery when he found out I skateboarded over there and asked for nothing in return. That s All-Star service right there in my opinion.

I drive down to Maricopa for work and my battery died. They had fast, kind service. They tested my battery, which was bad, helped me find the right one, and installed it for me. Jesus was especially great. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable.

Worst customer service. Person who answered the phone couldn t even greet a customer correctly. Why do you let someone who can even do that work in customer service. Unbelievable, go to auto zone, they at least try.

The customer service is very good here. It's great for those who are not very savvy with cars. When asked where, in the store, is a part, the staff walks us over to where the item is at. I like that I can order items that are not in the store and pick them up when they arrive.

Not kidding, I walked in for a water pump for a 1998 civic and the grown man , not even a teenager though it was a toyota civic and even tried arguing the point until a older man came over and corrected him

Great service! Great price! Very busy but always giving sound advice and how to do it yourself!I needed a couple of large hose clamps, I told the guy behind the counter what I needed, he asked me to come back to the parts area. Showed me were they were and to find the ones I had to have, only asking to put the box back where it went!That to me is above and beyond!My bucks will go to O'Reilly from now on!

Stopped in too pickup husbands order service tech gave a an attitude!!! Since I wasn t Scott he told me I couldn t get it! Technically I told him that your not the only store too buy stuff from! Never had any issues until today.

Overall good people and good help to get no matter what it is that you're trying to do. They usually do their utmost best to help you find what you're looking for and if they can't find it they'll help you order it. Overall I've had a good experience here but there is one employee that I don't remember his name and he is completely rude and unhelpful and just doesn't care about his job enough to do anything. He acted like me asking him to help me find something meant that he was gonna die. But every other time I've been here they seem friendly and helpful.

Great place, Jesus is awesome. He took the time and went above and beyond for me. He put a wheel cover on for me, told me what I needed to replace on my car. Would definitely recommend.

I came in to figure out some kind of MacGyver fix for a squeak originating from my AC line and aftermarket bumper. Not only did Ryan come up with a fix using a small piece of fuel line, he found a remnant piece and put it on for me for free. We've been using this O'Reilly's since we moved here in the spring of 2019 and this type of customer service keeps us coming back. I definitely recommend this store as the customer service is fantastic!

On Monday 23rd at 8.30p.m. I noticed my battery was bad, I arrived to the shop at 8.50 p.m. very close to the closing. They were very kind and they install a new battery in less than 10 minutes. They were very fast and professional.

I am very amateur mechanic and the folks here have been BEYOND helpful in not only helping me get the parts I need but to give me advice as to what certain issues might be caused by and possible fixes. Anyone can sell, but its the awesome service here that I will keep coming back to. Thank you so much for helping me out time and time again.

I can't thank John and Jesus enough for their expertise, time, and helpfulness!!! I had the very best experience late on a Friday night when im sure they really wanted to go home!! Instead, they were extremely wonderful and fixed my car in no time!! I can't say enough good things about them and O'Reilly Auto Parts!! Thanks guys!!!

Ordered a part online to pick up in store but they gave the part to someone else and I never received it. To top it off, they refused to refund me for their error.
