I would highly recommend buying a car from Maricopa Auto. My experience was so smooth and way less stressful than what I imagined buying a car would be (I m a first-time buyer). I live in Flagstaff and drove 6 hours round trip to work with them based on reviews and the REALLY good price for my Mazda CX-5. Roman took care of everything and made each step no-pressure and easy for me. They were also willing to HOLD the vehicle for me until I could make the drive down so no one would buy it before I got there. Everyone I interacted with there was super nice and friendly, and I ll be directing everyone I know car shopping to this place!!

Honest, good people, no hassle car buying experience with reasonable prices. Roman gave me a great deal on 2010 Toyota Corolla, I'm very happy with my car. Kevin and staff were very helpful and friendly. They even delivered my new car. Highly recommended. Thanks again Maricopa Auto Outlet

Roman is the kindest car salesman, business owner and now, he's even the most amazing new daddy ever!Mr. Roman has always been so patient when answering my automotive questions, he's even had his mechanics do the maintenance upkeep on my car. They get me right in, no waiting past scheduled time and more than reasonable on pricing too.Maricopa Auto Outlet seems to have a well stocked fleet of clean and great working automobiles for sale everytime I drive past there.Go there, talk to Roman and enjoy your new ride!!

Roman and Jimmie provided amazing service and really made buying a used car a great experience. These guys and the people at Maricopa auto outlet went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and provided a safe and reliable vehicle. Any concerns I had they listened and helped me solve. I ended up having noise coming from the windshield, I took it back and they took care of it right away on their dime. Unbelievable customer service and really great people working over there. Thanks guys !

Found the exact car my wife wanted (2018 Civic EX-T) for a reasonable price that they were able to reduce for me. Addressed concerns I had with the car and got them fixed (tire pressure light) and let me pick up the car and take it home after hours. Overall it was a great experience and we are happy with our purchase. 5 out of 5!

Outstanding owner operated dealership right in the town of Maricopa. I really didn't think this kind of auto dealer still existed. Boasts a great selection of quality automobiles that have been thoroughly examined by their own master mechanics. Roman and Jimmy will give you a truly wonderful no pressure, no hassle, fair trade in process experience and you'll be like me telling others to come over. The staff were straightforward with answers to my questions about pricing. They gave me the out the door price over the phone, which was huge since I lived an hour away from the shop. They explained all their charges and didn't pressure me to buy a car or to let them finance the loan even though I was pre approved through my own bank. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

DO NOT buy from here, tried to overprice a car that ended up having an oil leak and wasn t able to be read by a code reader, recommend you go to a dealership if looking to buy a car I never trust auto outlets

What a great experience I had with the guys at Maricopa Auto Outlet! I have been living in Arizona for the last 14 years and have purchased 4 cars since living here and every time has been a complete nightmare dealing with shady dealers (New & Used).So needless to say when it was time to help my teenage niece purchase her first car, I was dreading it. We searched online and stumbled across a car she liked at Maricopa Auto Outlet. From the initial contact to the very end we were treated with complete professionalism. Jimmy, our salesperson, and Norman the owner made the entire transaction a genuine pleasure. Other dealers can learn a thing or two from these guys! I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again guys!

Never did I think that i would put the terms pleasant experience and car shopping in the same sentence, until I purchased a car from Maricopa Auto Outlet! This place is different. Super nice folks. I ve gotten my vehicle fixed there twice. The staff is professional and friendly. They do great quality work and had my vehicle back the same day. Many other places said it would take twice the time to repair. MAO has the best prices in town. This is where I ll always be taking my vehicle!

I wasn t sure about purchasing a used car from a smaller, independent auto shop and not a national dealership. I must say, our experience was wonderful! Roman and his staff have been so helpful in ALL aspects of this transaction. My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase. Everything was so easy from start to finish, and Roman was awesome to work with. Personal attention, honesty and integrity...that s what we got with Maricopa Auto Outlet!

Roman and his crew treated us great. We bought a Ranger and something came up a few weeks after the purchase. I was thinking that it was going to be a hassle and I would get the "sorry but the 15 days ran out" but Roman apologized and insisted they fix it and make it right. He really cares about his customers and just seems like a honest guy. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Love them!!!!! I have never bought a car through them yet but i go to them for car fixes. They always do awesome work! And you never feel like they are trying to upsell you like alot of other places. They are trustworthy and are straight with you with issues wrong with your car. They will make recommendations with other issues other then what you went in for originally but they wont bug you about it. You come to them and fix it when your ready. And they are resonable with prices when compared to competitors. They also offer a couple different financial programs to help you pay for your bill. If your questioning it, do it! You wont regret it! They are super nice, knowledgeable and professional, eager to make their customers happy! I wont go anywhere else!

My entire transaction from beginning to end was OUTSTANDING! My first contact was Nick in Sales. He was courteous & very helpful. He answered my question about the back seat configuration with photos! Some of my other concerns we re answered by a lovely person Haley (co-owner). She Face-Timed me to show in detail that her feet reached the clutch pedal easily. That was a team effort with the Owner Roman who filmed it!Once I decided to purchase the vehicle mind you Maricopa Auto Outlet is approx 380 miles from my home I needed assurance that our trip would not be in vain. I was told that this family business would call me first if another customer showed interest.The vehicle is everything I hoped it would be. The miles driven to purchase it where all worth it. By the time we finished the final paperwork on the car we felt part of the family!!Wonderful experience.

My husband and I were looking for a car. Looked online at lots of cars. We just felt like there were a lot of scammers selling used cars. We found one on their website and I went to look at it. The cars price was inline for the market and in great shape. I was treated wonderfully the moment I walked in. No pressure sales at all. I highly recommend this shop. BEST decision we made. We have had many car buying experiences and will say this one was so smooth and easy. Roman and Haley were wonderful to work with.Thanks y all!!!

Our family has purchased 2 vehicles from Maricopa Auto Outlet and have always had a great experience. The staff treats you like family and makes the car buying process simple. The owners Roman and Haley are honest and will get you the best deal possible.We also have all of our vehicles serviced here and receive the same honest and reliable service. Sergio and Nick don t give you the run around or push repairs that are not needed. Hard to find honest mechanics these days glad to have found them!
