My check engine light came on in my car on the highway, I stopped and a great employee helped me out with plugging my car in for the codes needed to find the problem. Very friendly and helpful employee!! Would definitely recommend!!

Came in for an oil change and the mechanic in the front was very knowledgeable and honest. I had no appointment and my SUV was done by the end of the day. Also it's open on Sundays!

I have been taking my car for oil changes to this Jiffy Lube since they opened. Every single time the service has been fantastic! The staff are so courteous and friendly and talk about speedy service! You will be in and out in less than 20-30 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a conventional oil change completed. Took about 30 minutes while I waited in the air conditioned lobby & the price was as advertised.Edit: received a marketing promotion from Jiffy and was reminded that I needed to update my rating from 4 stars to 1 star. Shortly after the oil change, I returned to Canada and learned that the oil filter had not be correctly installed. DO NOT TAKE TAKE YOUR CAR TO JIFFY LUBE UNLESS YOU WANT TK BUY A NEW ENGINE! The technician did not tighten the oil filter when i took it for an oil change.

This is the second time we had a problem with this place. First time, the car was leaking oil after it was changed but we figured mistakes happen. Now we took it again for another oil change, got home and noticed a giant puddle forming under the car. Wasn t oil but looked like water or windshield wiper fluid. So we took it back because it wasn t doing that prior to the service. Long story short, they did not take responsibility and now we re left having to go to good service technicians to pay for their mistakes. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

The Maricopa Jiffy Lube is by far the best Jiffy Lube ever! I have three vehicles and have them change the oil in all of them, the entire team is great! Keep up the good work gentlemen! Thank you.

Original review 9/29/2022:Oil in my driveway after a change. They also rung up the wrong vehicle which wasn't noticed until the vehicle was home. It's very convenient and was pretty fast, but we won't be back.Update 9/29/2022: my wife took the truck back and they checked saying it was old oil that spilled and everything else was good. They apologized and even sent her home with some cleaner for our driveway.Update 11/3/2022: Avoid at all costs. After the last oil change detailed above, we were reluctant to go back, but they tried to make up for their ineptitude so we gave them another shot. We took the van in this time and now our driveway looks like the attached picture.They also took out the cabin air filter and when we declined to have them replace it, didn't properly reattach the glove box, they didn't cover the seats so there's minor grease/oil mess on the seats.On top of all that, they have increased their prices greatly. And they put in synthetic blend without asking. We still use conventional in our vehicles.

I've been going to jiffy lube for decades all over the Western part of the United States and every city and state that I have lived never let me down once and I will be a lifelong customer.

Went in for an oil change. Immediately after the change vacuum leak CEL came on, cleared code, it came back. Once at home found a vacuum line disconnected with the clamp missing. 0/10 terrible service never going back. No reason a vacuum line should have been removed when I'm PAYING for an oil change.edit: 8 months later changed my oil myself. They didn't even change the oil! Great staff that wants to hang out and chat than do 5 minutes of work.

Well my last oil change was at Jiffy Lube. I was leaking, my vehicle is fairly new so I thought this unusual? I went to the dealership and they told me whoever changed my oil last didn't tighten the screws. Yikes, this could've damaged my car and voided my warranty. I recommend no one get their oil changed here! My son had the same problem with an older car he took there and it ended with the oil tank completely drained. We just put two and two together.My son had to buy a new car because of this. Take your chances, read the other reviews below. It's happened more than once. It's not a cheap oil change either. I called and told management and he just said, "ok".Service: Oil change

Have visited this location 4 times since it opened. Have only managed to get an oil change performed once. Twice they didn't have have the filter in stock. Today I arrived an hour and 45 minutes before closing and was turned away "due to an audit tomorrow ". Won't be a 5th visit. Back to Shell oil change shop.

By the time the guy took my information, the oil change was already done. So fast that I didn t believe they changed it. So, I checked the oil and it s new. So kudos on the fastest oil change ever.But, I was charged for an antifreeze top off that no one asked if I wanted. They were topping off a Mercedes next to me when I pulled up.My $29 coupon turned in to $44.Got home and checked the antifreeze and it is in fact low. It surely wasn t topped off.

Service was fast and very friendly and informative. The guys were polite and explained everything to me and didn't try to up charge me or sale me things I didn't need. They even gave me a discount on two of the filters I needed. Definitely will be going back from now on for my car service needs.

Everyone seemed nice. But it took over 2 hours for an oil change because the manager left and couldn't be reached and no one could process the invoice because it was a fleet vehicle. Additionally, the manager said he'd email me the invoice immediately. It's been 2 weeks, and I still haven't received it.

Quick, efficient, and friendly. The cost is reasonable, and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need - repeated bad experiences from their competitors had me expecting at least two unnecessary recommendations. I was so surprised when they handed me the completed work order with the expected costs (oil and filter were priced exactly as expected), plus they took the time to top off a couple extra things that were free of charge. The service was spectacular, and I will forever go out of my way to visit Jiffy Lube from now on.

I was so impressed by this location and management! They are so through and clear about billing and services. I would highly recommend them and Max was awesome to work with! Even checked to make sure my tire pressure was completed. Thank you!!

Absolute best Jiffy Lube I've been to! All of the guys and manager were professional yet easy-going, knowledgeable, and kind. It was a joy to go here and know that my van was in good hands. I'm protective of my van and they were accomodating and did an efficient and timely job. No complaints here! Would definitely recommend and return! Thank you!!!

First time there I asked for a synthetic blend and was quoted 87.00 and i had a $20 coupon off and after I left I looked at the bill and was charged 90 bucks and change and it said full synthetic. So who knows what actually happened.. only reason I came here is bcuz of a shoulder surgery.. if there is no consistency between the staff there is probably no consistency in the oil service.. also my air filter needs replacing and that wasn't even looked at..

I have gone here for my last 4 oil changes and will be going for as long as I live around here. I love how fast and efficient they are! Fast, quality and friendly service with No wait. I went in on a Saturday, I had my infant because i didnt have anyone to watch her. But the nice gentleman who took my car opened the door for me to the lobby and let me know that they have a changing table in their restroom. They do a first come first serve, which is great for me. I've been here once before and they were great then too. I used to drive to Chandler for my oil change because it's cheaper but I will continue to go here because they have great consumer service.

These guys are great! They helped me with my car with no hesitation. My car had a stripped screw told by other mechanics but then brought the car to these guys and they were able to remove the drain plug no problem. They even showed me to assure what other mechanics were talking about. The speed was super quick I was thinking I had to leave it there for hours. I m definitely gonna be coming here for all my cars. Communication between employees was lacking but the service to my vehicle was great. I would definitely give them a call first and clarify your vehicle so they don t give you the run around about whether they have an oil filter in stock or not. Jiffy lube Maricopa 42100 is just not the best place for any right thinking person. The staff are not just rude but mean too. I don t know how many people they demean a day not minding is business u are bringing to them. Staff even laugh and mock at customers and even use racist slurs. Never again. Is 0 star.

First time I've been here. Had a coupon for an oil change from a local Maricopa publication. They honored it, no questions. Took them half hour, not busy but hey, that was fast, and very inexpensive due to the coupon. They even fixed an issue I had with my rear tire, no charge. They have my business. Nice bunch in this shop. Answered my questions and we chatted a bit.
