Great experience at Iconic Tire. It was a Saturday so got there early and was behind 7 others lined up before it opened. The customer service reps handled it with professionalism. Kevin handled my service needs and was amazing. He gets a 10 out of 10. Plus they didn't try to up sell me on anything and dealt only with my needs ( not like some other tire place that charged me for a cabin filter for my vehicle that doesn't have a cabin filter ). Overall great experience...highly recommend Iconic Tire.

I was travelling through Maricopa and my car had a radiator leak. Transmission fluid also dripping from defective radiator connection. Stopped into Iconic Tire to see if someone could check fluid levels. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Allen. Within 5 minutes they pulled my car into bay and had it running to warm up so they could get correct transmission level. Needed almost a quart. They figured it out in no time. Great bunch of guys. I asked how much I owe for the work. Allen smiled and said no charge. I was surprised. Hard to get service like that anymore. Place was clean, organized and everyone was professional. Highly recommend. If I lived there this would be the only place I would go. Thanks again, Allen

If you want great service, experience, great prices. Go to this place. I recently had my Fiat serviced and Alan went over and beyond to make sure my car got the best mechanic work needed. This place knows what they're doing and I have used Iconic on 2 different occasions on 2 of my cars for mechanical work and very satisfied both time. Thank you Alan and your team.

Clean, professional facility with the friendliest most helpful staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They're very straightforward with what needs to be done and the pricing up front. There are no surprises or no additional fees and they get to the vehicle in a very timely manner. They make getting my vehicle serviced a very positive experience. They also provided a shuttle to and from my home while I waited for my vehicle. I'm a repeat customer and will continue coming back and definitely recommend!

Due to the staff NOT verbally telling their customers they should be coming into their location and their locations ONLY for tire rotation my tires aren't under warranty anymore? I'm FORCED to buy new ones. I hope they are ready to put me in the schedule every 2-3 weeks. I will make sure someone schedules me properly. 60,000 miles worth of appointments. Also I have life time alignment. I will also be scheduling. You guys know how to take people for their money. I am calling corporate in regards to the negligence of not verbally telling customers how they can avoid being screwed. EVERY customers should initial if they have been told. Should be policy.

Went in for a four wheel alignment, didn't know that parts were needed, service advisor kept original service order open for me to return the next day to get the parts installed and get the job finished , which is not a problem for me. The job was done really well. I will be a return customer for any other auto work that I need.

Always kind and helpful. However, when I went I was originally charged an extra $200 for a service. Of course, mistakes happen, just always make sure your quote lines up with the final price! Iconic immediately fixed the issue and I caught it before paying, no harm, no foul!

I honestly can t find the appropriate words to describe my experience with Iconic. They were great and were fantastic. They were immaculate best experience I ever had regarding repairs for my vehicles, and if I have moved from here, I would travel to get that service that I receive at Iconic. They were very courteous, nice and quick with their work and I I don t know anything else to say, but great job. Keep up the good work. And the gentleman that explained and walked me through everything that was being done and what I needed to do was fantastic. I don t want to use his name maybe he was the manager, but he greeted me when I walked in the business did the free inspection and got right on the Job if I know anyone that need any repair work I will send to a Iconic in Tire.

Wonderful service! Was able to walk in and get my car taken care of quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by that! The price was appropriate. Kevin was very nice and treated me well. 10/10 will come again!

The response from Iconic Tires isn't accurate and there is no "sticking it to them" attitude. After New Years on Wednesday, I went to their online site to make an appointment to rotate my tires. I selected two dates/times one at 7:30am on Thursday and 9:30am on Friday. I received an email that said I would receive another email with the date/time confirmed. I never received the confirming email. After I gave the one-star rating, the Iconic Tire rep called me and admitted that my selections fell in the crack and they didn't send a confirming email. I arrived at their store Friday morning just in case the 9:30am appointment was on the books. It wasn't. It was their fault their appointment system failed and rather than going the extra mile working me in, they scheduled me for an appointment the following Monday. That appointment happened without any problems.I never write reviews, but since they miss-characterized my intent and didn't tell the whole story, I want to set the record straight.I still feel the one-star rating is accurate and hope they improve their customer's on-line system to prevent future errors.

Fantastic service,funny and happy experience. A much better price than Discount tire,and I will get a FREE oil change on my birthday! I don't know about you,but I'm very pleased with that! Thanks guys, my car drives beautifully on 4 brand new tires!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tires!!!

I would definitely give this place 10/10 stars and here is whyI needed my car looked at because there were some noises when I did hard right, of course, like anyone else I took it somewhere, and that was a HUGE mistake.So, I called and spoke to Alan and he was so understanding, patient, and kind, he was thoughtful and listened. he told me to come on in and they will do a free inspection to find out what was wrong. this was yesterday 11-19-23 and after about 45 minutes ( they are SUPER BUSY all the time), Alan told me it was DEF not the brakes, rotors, or anything, it was the wheel bearings that needed to be replaced, he told me to take the car home and do not drive it until we could have it repaired. He told me to bring it in the next day ( today 11-20 ) around 8 am and he would get the work done.I got there just after 800am and I was told up front it would be about 2 hours.. i did wait :) and while waiting I noticed A LOT of things that made my choice of coming here WAY worth it. Each customer that came in was welcomed and helped with friendly fast service, they are very detailed and do not cover anything up, they are honest and direct.I am so glad that I decided to go with them and will continue to do so going forwardthey also have LOTS of benefits they offer, like free oil changes on your birthday MONTH, discounts, and payment options as wellI love this place and I am so thankful to have found themyou will NOT be disappointed with anything they do.. they say what they mean and mean what they say.thank you Alan for everything you did for me and saved my car and my peace of mind.

I ve been a long time customer for a few years since they opened. I finally found a place that gives me fair prices and quality work.Every other mechanic in town try to oversell or just don t deliver on the work. I appreciate the manager Allan who takes time to explain my car to me and how car repairs work. I plan on continuing business.

Super friendly people. Took my Mercedes Benz here and they did great. Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Techs were very knowledgeable about the car. Taking my 2024 ram here for its first oil change. Highly recommend these guys.

I took my 2024 GMC Sierra to Alan at Iconic tires in Maricopa, I had some questions about leveling the truck he recommended the best leveling kit on the market. Installed it and the truck came out absolutely perfect. Everything Alan said to me was 100% accurate and I am amazingly pleased with the work. I will advise anyone who would like to customize wheels and tires or the stance on their truck go to iconic tires in Maricopa customer service was excellent. Pricing was very fair and the quality was beyond reproach. Thank you again for a great job

I can always depend on these guys! I had a dead battery in the parking lot of Fry s. I called Iconic to see if they sold batteries and they affirmed they did. I asked if they were able to bring a battery and install. They said they couldn t, but could come and jumpstart my car, which they did. They came within five minutes. I drove to Iconic and they promptly installed a new battery. I couldn t thank them enough. I would ve had to wait forever if I called AAA. Thanks Iconic!

Alex was great, called and fit me in earlier than scheduled. Showed me how to pay less with more services included. Fast, easy, great experience . Previously had lunch with the owner and he spoke the truth. No games or junk fees like all the other tire centers. Definitely coming back for future services!

Allen and Kevin along with techs were great brought in my 89 f250 for front end work other shops had techs tgat did not know how to work on it. I was expecting it to be there for a few days to my surprise it was ready that afternoon from getting a quote that morning will be taking my other vehi le to them. Thanks alot iconic my truck drives straight again.

Honestly good work only took 1-2 hours to get my car back and they spotted that I needed new brake pads but they kinda charged a lot but it was worth it I would definitely go back if I need my tires changed again.

My power steering was so bad that I couldn t drive. I had my car towed to Iconic and Alan was so communicative the whole way through. I didn t feel pressured or taken advantage of like women sometimes can feel while dealing with mechanics. When it came time to get my car, they let me pay over the phone and they dropped it off to me so I wouldn't have to drive in the storm. I am new to Copa and this was a wonderful way to open me up to local businesses in town. would reccomend if you like to feel taken care of by your mechanic. The main issue was resolved and my car drives like butter. Some lights on my dash were left in so I will follow up, but overall 5/5

I was leaving for a weekend get away at 7am on a Friday morning. Found my battery dead in the garage. Called and spoke to Allen(store manager) when I arrived about 7:30 he told me techs did not arrive until 8 but not to worry. He took my car and got his hands dirty starting the difficult install because my battery is under passenger seat. I was done and gone in 45 min. The price was also $100 cheaper then anyone else I called. Above and way beyond. They will be my go to from now on. Thank You Iconic.

Alan is Amazing! I asked my neighbor for reference, being new to Maricopa and so thankful I took advice. Alan helped me set up appointment- offered to arrange transportation if needed. Alan was respectful to time, money, safety. So professional! Kevin helped ring me up offering to answer any questions. Very nice! Highly recommend Iconic in Maricopa. TY!

Went there in an emergency, left truck there was told they were gonna run diagnostic test on it. Get called, told they did a transmission fluid exchange cause how can u tell if it full or not. That's what the dipstick is for. Without my consent, show up to get truck, no diagnostic report just written down the codes on my receipt.. mileage on my receipt was not the correct mileage and don't know if they had my truck mixed up with somebody else. Gonna have truck checked out to see even if they did the flush. They did have some good things, I drove my truck outta there. I'm grateful for that but when u say your gonna do something as as man do it. Cause that all we have. Or word. That why all my phone calls I record.. finally had time to drop the pan and this is what 211.00 gets u. Less than ,10 miles after transmission fluid exchange.. one on left is brand new,. One on the right is iconic tires work

Took my car in for new tires and a complete overhaul and it was done in 4 hours. Alan made sure my car only got the repairs it needed. Very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend Iconic Tire Thank you again.
