I wanted to let the people of this fine town know, that Mike @ Firestone in Maricopa AZ aligned a 3500 HD Silverado truck today that I did a comprehensive suspension refresh on. I assumed all was perfect but the tech stated I needed eccentric bolts for the Left front upper control arm. I ordered and replaced both eccentric bolts the same day and noticed the pin boss had broken off the chassis and was missing. Not only did I find the pin boss while I was changing the eccentric bolts, I was able to mig weld the pin boss back in place, bring it back same day, and Mike aligned it a second time. The vehicle now drives straight as an arrow. My customer and I are both extremely happy and in this case Firestone s performance is above average and has exceeded our expectations today. Without hesitation I will continue to use Firestone for all of our suspension alignments going forward. Perfection.

I walked in for a simple nail on the tire. The attendant said it would take 45 minutes. After an hour, they started working on the tire. Another 30 minutes went by, and they said the tire was unrepairable. We took the vehicle to another place, and they fixed the tire. I lost my total faith in this place. If they tell you need to replace your tires, please get a second opinion.

The Staff was great and extremely helpful. They provided excellent service and were able to inform me of services that I wasn't aware of for my vehicle. I have a four wheel drive vehicle that I will now get alignment services done at Firestone.

This place is such a joke, I work on cars for a living but I don't have a tire machine or balancer so I have to outsource that from time to time. On 3 separate occasions I have brought in 4 loose wheels and tires for a simple mount and balance, all 3 tines I was given completely different pricing, 1st visit was about $30, 2nd visit they tried to charge me $65 I then questioned it and they quickly dropped the price to match my first visit, now today was my 3rd visit and was hit with $99... $99??? Yea no thanks ill just got to discount tire at least they have set prices and not whatever randomizer that Firestone apparently uses

Great staff. Friendly and informative. Went in thinking my car needed something expensive to coming in just buying 2 tires for cheaper than I could get anywhere else. Good to know that not every auto repair shop is going to lie and get you to spend lots of money for something you don t need but instead actually being honest with you great work definitely my auto repair shop in maricopa now

My family had been using Firestone in UTAH for years and trusted them, so, it was no surprise that I decided to use them here in AZ... BOY, I could not be further from the truth on this visitI called Firestone because, to be honest, my family has used them for years in UTAH and received honesty and I would expect nothing but the best from Firestone.I called and spoke to John yesterday 11-18-2023 I explained having issues with my brakes but was unsure of the issue.I took my car in to have a free brake inspection, and after about an hour or so was told that I needed new brake pads, rotors, and such. They did mention other work that needed to be done, such as air filters, and "mentioned" my wheel bearing system was needing repair, BUT, insisted the issue was a brake job I was given a quote for that service to be done.I went home and my husband called another place, I took it to a competitor, and thank GOD I DID, the other place said it was DEF NOT A brake issue it was a wheel bearing issue! In fact, he said if the brakes were as bad as Firestone had said, I would be having issues with stopping and hearing grinding as I applied pressure to the brakes, which I was NOT at all, it was only when turning HARD right. I was told by the competitor to take my car home and NOT drive it until I could have the wheel bearing fixed..I was LIED TO and pushed into thinking it was the BRAKES pads and rotors OVER the real safety issue. I am very upset that I was lied to and told it was one thing over the REAL issueI will NEVER go back again EVER

Great customer service. Only car had bad tire. No other transportation. Took me in asap to put on new tire. Ran over 3 screw. Mngr actually showed me tire with screw in it. I always so to Firestone for quality service.

I originally came in to get a control arm replaced on my car and unfortunately the control arm was put on the wrong side. After speaking with Mr Mike at the store yesterday they resolved the issue for me and my car is working great right now. Wasnt any negotiating or disputing.. Mistakes happen if course. He has a great team under him as well. I understand that compliments don't come by as easy as complaints so I want to send my regards to the store. job well done on resolving my issue for me. my car is working great right now and I couldn't appreciate it more. The service I received on my repair was on time and done right. The price was above average but was what I was quoted. I needed it done fast and they did that. The part was three times what I would have paid doing it myself. Labor was about 250 per hour. But they were fast and on time.

They were able to schedule my tire replacement on a Sunday when everyone else was either too busy or closed. It was kind of expensive but it was the only tire they had in stock and a last minute decision on my part so I was happy to just have my son's tire fixed before school the next day. The people are super nice and kept me informed throughout the very easy & quick process. Would definitely go there again.

I had to bring my car here as it wasn t accelerating properly. I was 45 minutes from my final destination. Brandon helped me by recommending a ride service and assured me he would be in constant contact. Turned out I had to have my car towed the next day to the dealer but they were very nice about it and worked with the tow driver to make the transition smooth. Thanks!

I had an appointment today 7/12/23 at 12pm. Made my appt a week in advance. I dropped off my car at 11:30am. Was told the installation of 4 tires was about 1:30- 2 hour wait. I only asked for 2 tires and an alignment check. Waited for the call to let me know when it will be ready. Called myself to check the status at around 2pm and I was told the car still needed 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours longer. I waited until 340pm to call and check again. I was told my car would be ready in 10 minutes but needed another 30 minutes for the alignment check. Very upset to hear that so I asked them to forget the alignment. Very disappointed because I wanted to invest in good tires and this was my first experience with Firestone. I won t be coming back for my other 2 tires.Service: Tires

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! We were between Maricopa and Gila Bend when the tire pressure light came on and we were loosing pressure fairly quick. Since we were closer to Maricopa, we turned around and headed to the closest tire service center which was Firestone. We arrived approx. 10 minutes before they were to close and the gentleman were quick to assist. We had our dog with us and they kindly allowed us to wait with her in the lobby. They replaced the bad valve stem and had us back on the road. Super friendly staff that went the extra mile staying late to help us. Thanks Firestone crew!

I came drop off my car on Thursday morning and put the lack of communication day on able to call me and I have to come in and check on my car which needed a pedal issue. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and I said I need to order the part but that they couldn t get the part until Monday come Monday I call them they still haven t called me if they have received the part until I called And they want to try to get me in Thursday or Friday and I told him no because I m not from this date and it s causing me money to stay here and I hotel every day for their shenanigans to get their stuff together. And my car still sitting out there on a Tuesday even though they said I had an appointment at 10 and still no action and I m probably gonna be waiting here all day until they finish and also they don t have a waiting area where I can just sit there and wait.

Not sure how you can consider yourselves COMPLETE auto care when you won't check or fill transmission fluid. That's a pretty basic part of auto care. I understand not replacing or rebuilding but fluid check and fill is minor.

Firestone did an awesome job with my Equinox. Came in with a laundry list of issue I wanted resolved. During diagnostics they found other safety issues that we decided to address while it was in shop. There was no pressure from the staff to have them fixed. It did take a few days to get the work done and one day was due to no diag tech. They do need days off too i suppose :). It was well worth the wait for that cold AC and hopefully a safer vehicle not at risk of breaking down on the 347. They will be my primary mechanic going forward as the Equinox enters her geriatric phase of life.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I ve been to Firestone two times for different services and both times I ve had very good experiences! The staff have all been very friendly and the services have been done the same day. Even when I waited in store for my car, I wasn t there very long. Happy I have a reliable Firestone close to home

Absolutely terrible experience. They told me wrong information on three occasions. I paid you to do a full inspection THREE times, twice on my brakes and it was obviously not done. Was told just cheap brakes and had at least a year left with them. Took them somewhere else less than one month later because of grinding and the brakes were metal to metal. I have never had such terrible service. Ive had free inspections for better. I will never recommend Firestone. Honestly go anywhere but here. Booked an appointment through customer service a week ago. Went in for my appointment and they said they would not be able to get to me today, so I booked another appointment directly with the store for one week away. Dropped off my truck early for new tires and front end alignment. My appointment was at 1 pm. At 6 pm (that's when they close) they finally started to change my tires, and then informed me that my truck was too long for their alignment machine. I am towing my camper 4000 miles in the morning and such a simple thing turned into a fiasco. Absolutely unprofessional, gave no updates about my vehicle I had to call and keep calling and finally showed up to wait some more. I never review anybody but I figured this Firestone deserves a review. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. If they told me they were incapable to perform such simple work in a normal amount of time, I would have taken it somewhere else. Do not spend your money here they do not deserve the work. I could have changed the tires faster myself with a pry bar, a hammer, a lighter and a can of wd-40.

I had a nail in my tire (not on the sidewall) the kid proceeds to tell me that since it was a run flat tire, it was not able to be repaired. Since my vehicle is All wheel drive, he then tells me I need four new tires. My tires barely have 10k miles on them, by the way. I then left with on flat because he didn't even bother to fill it up with air. I drove over to discount tires, and they, without a second look, fixed my tire. And to top it off, the guys at Discount Tire in Maricopa repaired my tire free of charge!!! Thank you Discount Tire!!!

Today I experienced a perfect example of a business that did the right thing. A little hiccup didn t hold John back from stepping up and turning things from a stress to satisfaction in one simple decision. The ownership and focus on the customer satisfaction is outstanding at this location and decisions that being made are made with customer in mind. These people are the WORST company I have ever met. I went in Tuesday to get my car diagnosed for some lights on the dash. They told me they couldn't do it because it would take more than three hours. They told me to take the car Wednesday afternoon, to leave it at the shop and that they would do the diagnosis Thursday. I went Wednesday (today) to drop off the car and when the Manager arrives he tells me that they have a lot of work and that they would not receive the car and that they cannot diagnose me on Thursday either. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. I don't know if they did it to discriminate against me as a woman and as a Latina, even though I speak English. It is extremely frustrating how some mechanics treat women. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING IN THE WORLD. (I traveled 20 minutes to get to this place and waste my time)

The low air light came on during a trip to Mexico, so we stopped here. They got us in right away, checked all of our tires, added air and didn t charge us anything. Great service!
