Austin is awesome! I was in for new tires on my Tacoma back in August. Was super helpful and made it quick. Fast forward to now (December).. I went to go leave for work and I had a flat on my Corolla. Austin got my car in the same day and they got it in and out before my actual appointment. I ve always been a discount tire customer.. and I ll always continue to be!

Had a screw in my tire, drove on a spare. Even my spare was no good. But Thank you Jesus Christ for getting me to Discount tires. Guys were great, decided to buy new tires including a new spare tire. Got me in and out, even though I didn't have an appointment. Discount tires is the best place to go for your tires, they really do care.

quick help. fixed tire then replaced it when it went out without any major hassle. usually $20 more than big o but they were more helpful.

These guys at this local are doing great job. They have put tires on almost all my cars, classics and daily's alike. They put up with my car guy ocd that somehow mine are more important than others even tho they probably are not. At least bring them a $5 pizza, they deserve it they keep your ride safe.

Low tire light came on in my car last week. Took my car to discount tire and the service was amazing... they were polite, professional and considerate. Sadly stuck a huge difference from most of the businesses in Maricopa.To whomever owns and manages this site, THANK YOU for operating a wonderful business

Just went to have tire pressure checked, (as apparently lots of other folks did as well). After a short wait, young lady not only checked & added air, but, let us know the manufactured date & suggested replace in the next couple of years.

I was there today with my husband who is in a wheelchair. They were very supportive, communicated well and got my car done relatively quickly.. kept ensuring we were fine and apologized for the wait.Thank You, Chandler he went above and beyond including my hubby in the communications even though he mentally is not all there..

They're nice, but i took my car in and had a flat they repaired as it was under warranty, but it was the second repair made to the same tire, per them. I also requested the tires be balanced. I don't know if they just didn't balance them or not, but they somehow missed a tire with a bubble developing in it which led to me returning not two weeks later with the car driving rough again. So then they showed me the bubble that clearly wasn't new and something ongoing then forced me into buying two new tires for my car because despite their warranty they had, they were no longer covered due to the bed to replace from tread wear.Honestly never had an issue before with discount and recently moved from Texas to Maricopa. Now my nearest service center is questionable at best as to their good intentions.

Great experience!Purchased tires online.Set an appointment for installation.Tires arrived 3 days early.Appointment was moved up.Tires were installed in approximately 2 hours.Waiting area clean and comfortable with chilled water.Price was comparable to any place in Phoenix or Chandler.They are my new local provider.

Would definitely recommend! Had a great experience. I've been to two other tire stores in town for previous issues and Discount Tires customer service and professionalism is far superior.

Discount Tire in Maricopa is great! They gave honest information about my tires and didn t try to upsell anything! We ll definitely be coming back when it s time for new tires or tire repairs.

I pulled in with no appointment. Chandler saw me roll up in that stylish, vintage Prius and walked out to see if he could help. He quickly diagnosed the problem. I have quite a few factory alloys with sensors, so I figured I could probably grab one from home.Earlier today, I bought new shoes for The Full Race Prius at the location near my house. One of the TPMS units stopped sending on my way to Maricopa.After I dropped off the progeny, on the way back through Maricopa, I remembered that I carry a factory wheel w/ sensor instead of a donut in that car.I wheeled back in & Hez cheerfully got to work, making the sensor swap for me while still getting everyone else out the door at closing time.This isn't the 1st time that I have enjoyed the great service and hospitality at this location. On a prievious trip down here, I had a tire going flat. They got me repaired at closing time and back on the road.I would have gladly paid for them to mount and unmount those tires to get that sensor moved over; they did it all free of charge.I drive 80-100,000 miles a year, so I go through a lot of tires. Discount Tire is where I go.Great company because of their great people.

If you need tires or need a tire fixed,I would highly recommend this place. Service was professional, fast and affordable (compared to others in the area). Had a flat on a Friday they couldn't fix but gave me good price for two new tires. Everything took less than 2 hours and I was back on the road.

Two Stars for HEZEKIAH giving good customer service. JOSHUA on the other hand doesn't have front desk people skills. He came to me whispering my car doesn't have coverage and there's nothing else they can do, Long story short, I have coverage and the tire was repaired but after waiting almost three hours.They waited until the 1:15 minutes before pulling my car out. Make sure the staff is knowledgeable and willing to get the correct information for the customer.

Got a flat tire as I was driving on the highway this morning. I went to autozone (on John Wayne not the good one near Walmart) and the employee was rude and could care less about my emergency. I then went next door to FireStone who had much better customer service but couldn t squeeze me in. I drove to discount tire to try my luck and I got the best customer service of my life. Definitely recommended this business for anyone who wants to be treated with white glove service. Ben went out of his way and got one of his mechanics to fix my tire immediately even tho they were really busy. Thank you!

First time being to Discount in 8 years and I'm glad I went!I recently moved to Maricopa and was in need of a go-to tire place. I had previously stopped giving my business to Discount Tire back in 2015 at the Chandler location and was hesitant to go back, but I am glad that I did.The employees at Discount were so friendly and definitely made every measure to ensure I had a positive experience. My car is lowered and they came in to let me know about some of the extra precautions and heads ups before they proceeded to work on it. I OK'd everything and it went without a hitch.I liked that they are part of a team, and it really shows. I saw a few instances of tenured employees showing some of the newer ones things, such as the TMPS sensors within my wheels. I was the last car so at the end of the day and close of shop I saw the manager or perhaps a team lead go in and thank everyone for doing a good job and he gave them some encouragement and fist bumps! It was super nice to see them get treated like a team and not just some cogs in a machine.My tires got mounted just fine, although there were two small hiccups that we were able to get addressed. One of my hub centric rings had finally broken after years of use. Fortunately they sold a new set for just $6 which was an easy purchase!One of my center caps also was missing the next day, and they were unable to find it when I called, but told me to drive down and we could work something out. They ended up just reimbursing me for the price of a new set of them online, my choice of product and retailer. How sweet!All in all the hiccups were minor and the service was excellent, not to mention the very kind folks who work at Discount making it such an enjoyable experience! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Fantastic spot experience as usual with Discount. Clean, quick, and customer service is always fantastic. This location has been open a couple of weeks, and foresee it being one of the best places in Maricopa to get tires and repairs done.

The team here is incredibly professional and helpful. I've gotten all of my tires replaced here. The service was fast. They know what they're talking about and don't seem focused on upselling. They even went above and beyond by installing the windshield wipers I had laying in the back seat. What?!

Purchased the tires online, had a scheduled appointment, came to my appointment, car was taken back on time, only waited about 25 minutes. Super easy and convenient process. Staff was friendly and communicated through the whole visit. Thankful I decided to go with this tire shop.

I took my car here to get a repair on a nail in my tire. Initially for this service, I was told I had to wait , since I did not have an appt. That was fine and understandable. The repair was covered and free. I waited 3 hours.Fast forward a few months, I got my oil changed elsewhere and found that the stud was stripped on this tire that was replaced. I was told to take it back to have this replaced since it would have to be broken to take my tires off and rotated.I returned today to have this fixed and was told that there is nothing they can do since it was a few months back and they were unsure if they were the last to touch my tire. I don t know about everyone else, but I don t take my tires off monthly just for fun to be able to catch this error sooner.Note for people getting future services here, check your tires and their work when you leave or else they will not make up for their mistakes. I would not recommend the service here due to this and will not rely on service at any discount in the future. This is horrible service.I am now paying out of pocket elsewhere to get their mistake fixed.

My husband got a nail in his tire so we took it to get patched. Unfortunately he just needed new tires all around but if it could of been patched they would of done it for free! Really good customer service.

Needed the tires rotated on the family van after the wheels had been very loud and Travis was so helpful! He took a look and told me what needed to be done and got to work! He was super nice and helpful. My car isnt loud anymore and Im so happy! Will come again!

I came here for a new tire because I had a nail in mine. Sat there for three hours. They sold me the wrong tire, then told me I needed to drive to a different location (25 miles away) in order to get my new one. Horrible service and didn t take me seriously. Total waste of three hours.

I usually don t have time to do reviews but I have to do this one I m getting tired accepting rudeness from people that work in customer service. One the tech at this discount tire was so rude this morning. After I called him out on it he the audacity trying to justify it and he didn t even try to apologize. I honestly don t agree with the statement the customer is always right because that s not I worked in the customer service industry for years now so I know what good customer service looks like. The was treated today was disrespectful and plain rudeness. I have been a customer with discount tire for years now I have never been so disrespected like this.Anyway I want to say thank you to everyone who helped me.My advice is if don t how to treat people don t get where you have deal with people in a day to day basis.

I have been here multiple times for tires. Prices are comparable to others in the area. I usually drop a car off and the team has always called me as soon as possible when the job is complete. Can be busy at times, but the service is worth it.
