I loved the ease of booking my appointment. The office staff was amazing in helping me coordinate car drop off around my work schedule. The car was completed on time and I even got a checklist of things to keep an eye out for or plan to fix in the near future. Great job and I will be back!

We went to Copa Mechanic to fix a wheel bearing issue on our car. I really appreciated the communication, The upfront pricing and the fact that I always knew what was going on. There were no surprises when I walked in the door to pick up the car, definitely will be repeat customers!

Have taken 2 of my daughter's cars to Ed at Copa Mechanic. He lets me know the up front cost, confirms with me what we want done and gets to work! Let's me know what all needs done and also let's me know if something needs to be done NOW or not. Have always been happy when we finish and feel much better about my daughters driving around after Ed has taken care of their vehicles. Kasia is also awesome!! Communicates very well, and is very pleasant and polite!

Ed and the team at Copa Mechanic have done right be me every time! They inspect and test everything, provide pictures and details, and assess what is critical and what can wait. Plus they provide a warranty they stand behind. This time they covered two expensive parts and labor on a warranty I had forgotten about. They could have easily charged me three times as much if they weren't honest, but they are. And it's worth every penny. Many, many thanks.

I brought my suburban in with a broken temperature gauge. Copa mechanics were very professional, they took care of issue in a timely manner and did it for a reasonable fee. They provided me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle. Overall I am very impressed with Copa Mechanics. High quality work done with high integrity. That s a perfect combination.

I've been taking my vehicles to Ed for over 7 years. I drive my vehicles off-road pretty hard so I've brought them in a few times a year for repair and maintenance. I had a problem with my electrical system that I couldn't fix myself. They spent 4 days until they figured it out and didn't charge me anymore than they quoted. I will definitely use them in the future.

Finally a shop with integrity! Ed is such a gem to work with. It took us a bit to figure out the issue, but I loved that he was just as determined to figure out what was going on with my car. The attention to detail is honestly outstanding. He gives you pictures with your diagnostic and even leaves you with a carfax once the work is done. I hope more people find his shop. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!

Copa Mechanic is great. I had a tire blow out on me and I got it replaced at Discount tire however my steering was off. I went for an alignment at brakes plus and they said I needed new c arm and strut quoting me 1500$. Brakes plus then gave me my keys and said they would not be able to do the alignment. I brought it to Copa mechanic and he fixed it within an hour. Copa mechanic is so knowledgeable, skilled, and honest/fair! Returning home last Sunday from Prescott Valley. One block from home and the serpentine belt on my 2011 Subaru Outback eats itself. No idea where to have it towed. The web page for Copa Mechanic was very professional so I took a chance and had it dropped off there. Monday morning at 0800 I get a call from the owner with an estimate. Also that after replacement more troubleshooting to determine cause. Tuesday afternoon I pick up my car after belt replacement and the idler pulley and another pulley replacement because bearings were shot. Very impressed with professionalism and communications. I now have a mechanic in Maricopa I can trust. Which is important since my old Subaru has 210,000 miles on it. I think she s good for at least another 100k miles!

I love that I finally found a mechanic I can trust to maintain my cars. Copa Mechanic is the only shop I will use here in Arizona. I had nothing but bad experiences before I found this shop. When my car was having trouble I was sure it would takes days to be repaired because of my past experience. Ed got me in the next day and it was done within 24 hours. . I took my 2011 Tacoma for an AC issue, Ed was very informative. He checked the cabin filter right away after I explained what was happening. He showed me the filter, it was actually blocking air flow. Honest,friendly. I'll be back for other repairs.

Ed is a superb mechanic, I don't want to exude his traits overwhelmingly because it's very hard to find a mechanic with knowledge, integrity, and superior workmanship. I have four vehicles and Ed services every one of them. He just finished servicing my Porsche boxster and the quote I received from the dealership was four times what Ed charged me. Keep up the good work Ed, I know I can depend on you to give me the straight story about my vehicles and I can take his handshake to the bank, a trait that is no longer valued in our current society. 5 STARS!!! I got hit by a large piece of semi tire tread going 75mph. It took a large chunk of my bumper off as well as cracked my windshield with the gravel that came with it. I had to drive back to NM after visiting family. The front end felt like it was going to shake off. My brother in law recommended Eduardo at Copa. Dropped it off Thurs and after a thorough inspection and he tied down the loose part of the front end, I was good to go Friday. I made it home with no incident and grateful for their help. I might add that I'm old but had no worries! Thank you Copa M for making my return trip stress free! Highly recommend for friendly. Fast and proficient work!Service: Vehicle Inspection

My Cadillac Escalade was overheating and was pulling while it jumped gears. So I reached out Copa Mechanic. I did not have a way to get back home, ED was kind and offered to take me home while they worked on my viecle. I received follow-ups, and everything went so smooth that I decided to leave my viecle to have them change out the transmission fluids. Thanks to the guys at Copa Mechanic and ED. Now, she feels and runs like new again.

They are friendly and professional.....much like a dealership, but more convenient and a bit less expensive. Straight shooter, no BS, just facts. I took my car in to have a second opinion on the air conditioner. They said that they didn't see any leaks. The interesting thing is he actually sat in my car with me while he did the test to show me there was no leaks and the dealer must have gotten it wrong. I think they just wanted my money. But thats why I got a second opinion. Something that Ed (owner) said to me "Why would you fix something if it isn't broke" I agree. I still had him do some general up keep and maintance work.Thanks for being upfront and honest with me. Eddie and his crew know what they re doing, and I trust them. They always do a good job at a fair price. The parts they order are top quality, not cheap parts, and when I get an oil change I know they re using the correct oil that the manufacturer recommends.I ll keep going to COPA Mechanics, and I highly recommend them. Called and explained exactly what they needed to diagnose. Made an appointment, showed the guy what I was talking about. He let me know there was a 150.00 inspection fee. A couple hours later they sent the report with over 7k worth of "what needs repaired" they informed me the concern I had was not a job they could perform and I would need to take it elsewhere. So I wasted 150.00 bucks, and will never use them again. Waste of time and money.
