Steve and Brakes Plus at this location have always been very helpful. They are also honest regarding what services are truly needed and in their diagnosis of issues. Of course, that is always appreciated when it comes to finding a good mechanic. Thank you so much, and please continue the good work!

they are generous with there time. they removed a stripped lug bolt in 2 minutes when the competition tried to charge me $800 (across the street). then they diagnosed my car and gave me fair pricing to fix a control arm. I couldn't afford it at the moment but I will be using them no questions asked when I save up the money. hopefully the tip I left was enough to provide some lunch :)

Bought a 2015 Nissan Versa Note that had alignment issues. Next day called Brakes Plus and they set an appointment for a few hours later. Both lower control arm bushings were shot and the control arms needed replacement. They were able to get the parts and replace the arms and align the front end in a few hours. Our experience was very good, no trying to upsell anything, just honest and fair estimates and solutions. I ll be coming back for any repairs I can t tackle myself. Thanks!

I visited Brakes Plus for the first time ever and my experience was a good one. The service technician Anthony from start to finish demonstrated excellent customer service. The day I picked up my vehicle I witnessed him offering the same quality to another customer. 5 out of 5 stars for Anthony. 4 out of 5 stars for the price . Overall I would return because he was the first impression of this store and represented well! Kudos.

Kudos to Brakes Plus in Maricopa! My wife took her car over there to have the brakes checked. We were fully prepared for them to tell us that we need to replace the rear brakes because my wife thought for sure that s what the problem was. Any dishonest mechanic would likely have told her that they were bad just for the money and she would have gone right along with it. However; Steve called and said that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes and that they still looked new. He even test drove the car and safety wise, everything checked out good. That made me feel a lot better with the drive that she has going to work. My wife doesn t trust too many people and usually takes her car to one of her nephews, so it s great to know that we have an honest shop here that is so close to home. We even had them do an oil change while it was there. When we went to pick the car up, not only was Anthony very polite and friendly, he also threw on a better coupon that he had there rather than the one that my wife had with her. Who doesn t like saving money? The honesty and great customer service will definitely have us returning. Thank you Brake Plus for the excellent customer service! Have a very Merry Christmas!

Waste of time. They setup an appointment for me on a Saturday afternoon then said they can't take the car because they need to order parts. Understandable but why didn't anyone say anything and why did they take the appointment? Asked them if they could check out the car and get the parts ordered for the following week and they said no just bring it in next week. Next time don't waste people's time!

We have a gem in this team here in Maricopa! Steve and his crew have been nothing but upstanding, honest, trustworthy, and reliable for us and our fleet of vehicles. They are always flexible with getting us in and if it's an urgent need, they take care of us. If it's something that we really should take to a specialist, they don't screw around and let us know. They take care of our 80 Series Land Cruiser that's 30 years old and it runs like a new car, our 200 Series LC and they keep it running perfectly, and two newer German cars of ours (Porsche and BMW). They do what they say they're going to do, and they don't pressure you into getting things done that you don't need. I love that each time I leave, I know I'll have insight into the things I need to have on my radar. Absolutely top notch.

Anthony at the Maricopa location is absolutely amazing! He took care of me in the middle of a very difficult time to where I had to get to California for a death in the family. He was kind, polite and very thorough. I will definitely be back.

Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation, Steve and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. They were honest and forthcoming on the information about my brakes. This is for sure is my go to place for anything my car needs!!!!! Recommend

Went in and got a free brake inspection. Gary and the others were so very kind. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood it all. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need and they even told me that my transmission was slipping . I had been wondering why it was acting funny and took it to several different places and no one once said it was my transmission, I'm really grateful for Gary for being upfront and honest with me.

My van was squeaking when applying the brakes. They inspected the van and told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes. They charged me nothing. Thanks for the piece of mind! When my brakes do need work, I'll be back. Thanks for being honest.

Dropped off our vehicle for an oil change, gentleman at the front desk said it d be about an hour. 30ish min later we got the call. Quick, professional, and timely? Now that s tough to beat. Well done.

This Brakes Plus location is amazing. They have done regular maintenance as well as extensive work on mine and my husband's cars. They are very transparent about pricing and take the time to educate me about the process/issues. Customer service is a 10/10. Steve and his team were absolutely awesome! I was having a horrible day and I was so worried about going to the wrong place and getting taken advantage of. Went in to the Maricopa location to get an oil leak fixed on my C4. After spending $550 on a new oil pan and labor I expected the problem to be fixed. When I went to pick up the car I noticed residue on my windshield. When I inquired about the residue they stated that they pressure washed the engine. Everyone knows that you don't pressure wash the engine of a late C4 as it can damage the Opti spark distributor. When I brought the car home I noticed it was still leaking all over my driveway. I called Brakes plus and spoke to the store manager. The manager asked me to bring the car back and stated that the problem could be a leaky sensor. I brought the car back and had the sensor replaced at an additional $500+ dollars. Well guess what? The car is still leaking oil. $1000+ and it's still leaking! If you want high prices and things not fixed the first time this is your place!! Unfortunately there aren't a lot of good, honest, and reasonably priced mechanics in the City of Maricopa.

Overall, they told me my oil change was going to be finished within 1 hour but it was complete way before that ! Theyre good people i recommend this place !

Spent over $900 two weeks prior when my car was acting funny...... they said they fixed the problem. Sweet!!!Went in for a simple oil change 2 weeks later- was estimated spend of $130 for the oil change and switch of cabin filter. Upon doing the oil change- they said I had an oil leak- which I never saw a single drop in my garage on the floor where I park and they said nothing when they had my car 2 weeks ago, but ok. And then I needed new motor mounts.... Quoted over $1000. Had them fix it since I'm a single mom and can't risk my car dying.After my car spent 2 days there, it runs like it's gonna die at every red light.I don't know what they did. But I just wanna cry every time I'm driving.I've debated even writing this review, but I just figured that since my car is driving how it is now- I have nothing to lose since I'll have to take it somewhere to get it looked at and fixed.

I take my car here for brakes, oil changes and other various issues. The team has been great and is what I expect for service versus the guys across the road. Prices for services are average for the area. The team up front is helpful and knowledgeable. What works best for me is setting up an online appointment and dropping off the car. Gald I have someone I can trust for my car maintenance.
