This is the only place that could get me in last minute (because the other shop didn t have what they needed when I already had it scheduled) before a trip for an oil change on one of my vehicles before I had to get back to work and before my trip the next day. They got it in right away and got it done quick. They also let me know the water pump was leaking (for the 3rd time in 6 months .) so I brought that back to the dealership to get replaced again. Great staff as well!

I took my car in to get my brake pads checked. Dealership told me that my brake pads were basically getting metal to metal and I needed them all replaced immediately.Brake master told me that I had more than half of my pads on each break and They recognize that I needed spark, replaced, even after telling my dealership about the issue. They were honest, trustworthy and professional, and we were Quick!I will definitely be returning her services in the future

Fantastic outfit. Very transparent and priced lower than the dealership. Saved me approximately $400.00 Isaiah and crew were very nice, even took me into garage and showed me what needed to be done

Totally disappointed I moved out here and was told brake masters was a good place to bring my car to for an oil change. So I started bringing both of my vehicles for an oil change service. On my oil change service day I was notified that I needed some additional repairs. So I took my Toyota Camry 2009 to another mechanic. The work I was informed that needed to be done was accurate. But much to my surprise the mechanic noted that instead of using the proper coolant this compartment was filled up with water. They re suppose to fill up all the fluids with the adequate fluids. Instead water was placed which could ve messed up my engine and coolant system if I wouldn t have caught this early. As a result I will no longer be bringing my two vehicles back. I can t trust that they will do the right thing.

My rear brakes were noisy after having the shoes replaced and the drums turned. Took the car back, they replaced the shoes under warranty. 1 week later the brakes are squeaking again. Took the car back again, they turned the drums. Brakes started squeaking again the next day. I drive a corolla, the most common car on earth.Edit: They have opted to replace all of the brake hardware with parts from another brand. I will drive the car for a few days to make sure the issue is resolved.Final edit: The brakes are still noisy. At this point I want my money back. I am going to make a formal complaint with the Arizona Corporation Commission and the Attorney General.

Even with an appointment, it took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. So, that s aggravating, but the employees were friendly and the waiting area was clean. Two days after my tire rotation, I ve got a low tire pressure notification. I m not sure if it s related or just a coincidence. I ll have it checked out later today.

Royal Flush plus all fluids including diffs and transfer case on FJ100. Great job and prompt work. Treated well by all. Would highly recommend!

I've never left a bad review for any business until now.. I took my truck here for an oil change and alignment. Upon inspection they recommended some other services being done. Replace rack and pinion, flush power steering, some other boots were leaking grease, etc. I don't know much about vehicles so I trusted them. I paid them a lot of money to get this extra work done. When I got my truck back, it was leaking power steering. Never leaked anything before I took it in. They tell me it's wear and tear and would be $750 dollars to fix the power steering leak. After I already paid well over $2000 for the other work. The guy at the front counter said none of the work they did had anything to do with my power steering. I talked to other mechanics and turns out rack and pinion directly involves power steering plus their invoice literally says "power steering flush".. I'll never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever go back. Fool me once..

I needed an oil change for a Volkswagen and if you are not aware, VW are special when it comes to maintenance. I called a few places in town and a simple oil change and filter started at $130. I pulled into Brakes Plus because my son recommended. Not only did I receive top notch customer service, but they got me in right away and the oil change was $30 less with the filter too. I will be using Brakes Plus for all my vehicles now. Thanks Brakes Plus!

Brought my finances vehicle in for an oil change. Had a small mishap where the skid plate wasn t fully secured and ended up being damaged because of. James the shop GM reached out personally to remedy the situation within a day and installed a brand new skid plate. Excellent customer service.

I love the service I received. The team was courteous and quickly got me set up for repair. I had no expectations but they exceeded my best hopes. Definitely will be going to them for t service needs.

I had purchase a part on my own. Being a single mom not knowing how to do any mechanical work. I took it to brake masters and asked them. How much it would charge me to put this on?They said it was an easy fix that they would fix it for no charge. They helped me out tremendously thank you so much. Brake masters, Maricopa, you're the best.!!

Had a presale inspection done. They gave me a list of fairly minor maintenance repairs that needed to be done. Never mentioned that the vehicle was almost entirely out of transmission fluid. Now I need a new transmission. Very disappointed in their service. Would not recommend if you re planning to get a presale inspection done. Leave them to do brakes and only brakes.

Awesome Peeps. Jobs done to my Challenger topnotch.11/13/2023, Man I tell you these peeps are awesome. Another great job, my Electric Throttle Control light came on. On my way to work at 5am. Found out my manifold had a leak. Fixed and done !!!!!!! Thanks Guys, Much Appreciated.

My truck was have a break problem we could not figure out. Dropped it off to auto nation Chevy first they wanted to charge us 1250 for something that should be under warranty. Brake masters was my 2nd opinion stop. They quoted me a price to fix it. They thought they understood what the problem was after doing some of the work, they realized that the brake caliper That is electric was not actuating correctly. After realizing what they quoted me to do would not solve my problem, They went ahead and put everything back together and did not charge me. Thank you for being so honest and whoever s managing that facility is doing a great job. This is how you do customer service. You have got a new customer.Thank youMaricopa Az.

Went to have my brakes inspected on my Nissan Sentra. Brake Masters did a thorough inspection and determined that my brakes were in good condition. They didn't try to upsell me anything and I appreciate that. I will be back! Thank you Brake Masters Maricopa!

This morning I didn t have an appointment on a oil change and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. They had excellent customer service and definitely will be back again with my other vehicles.I really appreciated them not trying to upsell me on different services for my vehicle.

Brake Masters of Maricopa is a great place to carry your Vehicle, They are so friendly & nice, they do an exceptional job. If my car needs more repair work, I m going back to Brake Masters. Basically I m going back this week to get my F150 Ford Truck alignment done.

They were extremely nice and even though they initially told me it could be up to two or three hours because of how busy they were I mentioned I was bummed about how late I would be getting to work, but it was fine and I appreciated that they were busy and would wait, no problem They got my car out to me in less than an hour. I have brought my vehicle here thinking there was a big issue. Then James and Min discovered it was only a loose bolt. It is so nice to have such an honest shop close to home. I have since brought all of our vehicles here several times for all kinds of things. They never disappoint. Always fixed at a good price. I completely trust them and recommend them to everyone!
