Best service around and great prices! They value their customers and won't screw anyone over. There is a reason they are always busy! I would recommend everyone go here. I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else, including my luxury vehicle!

One 0f the things I enjoyed was the friendliness of the staff. They called and told me what was wrong and the cost and gave me choices. The car was done in 5 hours. They willalso drive you home and pick you up. Far surpasses the horribleservice at Big O Tire.

The staff and entire team were fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional through and through. Did I mention that they were fast as well!? When I brought my car in for a starter issue, brake, and oil change, I was totally shocked when they said I could pick it up that same afternoon!!! Did I mention that they also do a "courtesy" pick-up?! I didn t have a ride back out to their shop to get my car and they sent someone out to get me! Totally awesome!!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area with car issues. Not at all knowledgeable. I know more about fixing cars just from what I've picked up over the years. They also called my friend a racist just to try and shut them up for telling their bad experience on Facebook.I only know about two peoples experience with Bo Knows. Mine and Rikki's. I brought my truck in for a loud grinding noise in the front end. It sounded like bearings going out or gears not meshing properly. Before I left I drove it with the mechanic to make sure they knew exactly what I was talking about. Three days later I get a call that everything is fixed and I have a "perfectly smooth running truck." When I get there it is not a perfectly smooth running truck at all. It is exactly the same as when I left it. LOUD grinding noise still present. How anyone could have mistaken it for fixed I'll never know. It wasn't like the issue was subtle or anything. It was loud and obvious.So it turns out that they replaced my front passenger wheel bearing {which I replaced myself 8 months previously and there was nothing wrong with.} Understandably confused I asked them what they did to diagnose the problem and no one had a good answer to that. So I asked if they ran an infrared thermometer at the possible problem spots in the front end after driving it a little and they didn't know what I was talking about. I had to explain that when bearings are going bad or gears aren't meshing properly they heat up like a kettle and the proper way to figure out whats going on is to look for the hot spot. This is something a mechanic should know.I'll be here all day if I relate the other two failed attempts to get service done on that truck at Bo Knows but suffice it to say that it's like the three stooges there and from my experience they are not competent enough to fix vehicles. They once told Rikki that she needed all new rotors 15,000 miles after they replaced all the rotors. I guess they forgot. I checked them and they were fine. Unbelievable.

I took my car to Bo Knows for the first time. I had to have my alternator replaced, it turns out the a/c compressor was on its last legs as well. I do have an older car which is expected. Rich and the guys are great, very honest and friendly. Will definitely be returning. Highly Recommend.

I must recommend this company to anyone that needs help, advice, or any work done on their vehicle . Rich is amazing. Not only does the work get done in a quick turn around time, but the patience that Rich has for the people he talks to is exceptional.. for me, not understanding anything about cars, parts,names of anything under that hood, he will explain and help you understand. The patience and kindness means a lot.. The knowledge and communication working with Rich and his team makes me feel comfortable to keep coming back whenever I need. The honesty is amazing as well. I was under the impression I needed several motor mounts replaced since I had only gotten one replaced several months ago from them, and was advised that another may need to be replaced soon.. Made a time and got a quote for the mounts to get everything fixed since I was in a financial place to do it at this time and also considering the vehicle is 10 years old.. I need to take care of it to make it last, Rich called and said that everything looks great and nothing needs replaced. That made me feel good, not only did it save me but honestly, if there was something that needed to be fixed, they would have done it and gladly got paid for it..but they didnt need to replace them..overall experience I will give them a 10... HONEST, PATIENT, KIND, RESPECTFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE AND QUICK.. THANK YOU ALL

Bo came recommended to me. Took my vehicle in for repairs. Great service and the guys there are nice. I highly recommend them for what ever repairs you need to take care of.

Found this place after taking my car to one of the places over by Sprouts. I cannot even recall the name because as soon as they told me how much it costs just to diagnose a check engine light I left. I drive my vehicles usually a long time. The shortest was 9 years. I maintain them and therefore get good use out of them. I went to Bo's and was told to just leave it and the diagnose would be free. I was greeted by friendly staffers. The place was busy and I observed that there was a method for the car intake. The shop itself did not have the pristine fancy look that the Auto repair franchise places here in town usually have. The waiting area is small and doubles with the office. I saw a crew of mechanics and admin. Everyone was friendly and attentive to customers droppimg off. My car was taken in and diagnosed quickly. I was given a printout and an explanation of what the problem could be. More important I was given a firm price with a breakdown of parts and labor. I was even given some alternatives and a realistic timeline of consequences. By that I mean what happens if I wait. Let's face it, car repair is expensive especially when it's unexpected. I will more than likely return here for the work to be done. I called and got 2 more quotes based on the diagnosis. ....the other places did not disappoint. Over the top as expected. I think Bo 's will be where I take my car in the future. They seem to be what I need. Efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

IF YOU HAVE A FORD YOU CAN'T A-FORD NOT TO TAKE IT TO BO KNOWS AUTO100%. I took my 2002 in because it was over heating. Rich was open and patient about explaining the process and making suggestions. I went with all of them and I hadn't had a problem in years. Even decided not to sell it.Recently took it back because of a problem with the steering and an idling problem. They fixed it and I'm happy to report I'm back on the road!Recommended them to my son for his FORD FUSION they fixed it for so much less than what the dealership wanted to charge and fixed it within 48 hours.These guys are a rare find. Thank you Rich and friends!

I don't know yet. I'm going to call them today to schedule my truck in for electrical work...Everybody starts with a 5 Star Rating and loses Stars if they are not doing it well.Usually other Raters Start with One Star and the Business has to reach Jesus-Like Perfection to attain the Full 5 Stars.I believe that's Crazy, Unrealistic, Unreliable, and Not Trustworthy. The rational and ratings too many people give are more about the Day they're having than about the business.Bo Knows Auto LLC already has a very good reputation. This is why I am choosing this Repair Shop.

I found a leak and wasn't sure what the issue is, brought my car in for inspection. The guy who called me (Rich I believe?) took the time to go over everything with me (it was a very thorough inspection which revealed other issues) and was honest about what the best options going forward would be. I was really impressed with how Bo Knows Auto runs their business and highly recommend utilizing their services. I've been bringing all my vehicles to Bo's for the last few years. Even though I'm moving out of Maricopa, I'll still bring my vehicles to Maricopa to be serviced. It's hard to find honest and reliable mechanics, you get that and more here. Recommend over and over again.

I've been wanting to swap out my headlights from aftermarket to stock for awhile but could never find someone to do it. It was out of my expertise since it required taking the bumper off. Bo Knows Auto came highly recommended in numerous Maricopa pages and decided to try them out. I'd highly recommend them for any automotive needs and they just earned a life long customer for me and my wife's vehicle.They were quick to respond, professional and I felt priced very well for the job.

I'm always nervous to trust a vehicle to a mechanic, but thankfully Bo Knows does you right. They were honest, professional, fair, great communication and graciously met the needs I had. That was my hope and they delivered. Got a great fix on power steering fluid leak and it was all completed same day. I prefer a mechanic that gives all the details and clearly explains everything and these guys do. I also appreciate the way they address their negative reviews. It sure helps to see how documented facts stack up to the bad experiences they had, sometimes at other locations even. I'll recommend them to friends.

Do not go here. They will lie to your face. They are incompetent. The owner should be paying me. Not the other way around. He's dishonesty is disgusting. I should of sued when I had the change. Beware....Also, he will not do the work properly. Honest business speaks for itself. You wonder why his place is a dump. Call other places in Maricopa.He will cost you are a car , if you let him.FYI. For future customers!He will call and leave a voice mail about coming after you for harassment regarding honest reviews. He threatened to sue me regarding this review!!!Please, for the sake of you sanity and car's condition. Go elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble, the financial problems that follow.You know they do shades business when they charge you a low lower price for incompetent work and something they should loose their business license for.I hope you read this owner..........

Amazing!I just moved from out of the city and had a mechanic that I loved and was bummed that I had to search for another one.I was already having issues with other shops not being able to do regular maintenance or change tires on my Volkswagen due to not having the appropriate tools. I called to get a price on a diagnostic for some clunking I was hearing and Rich explained to me that they do not charge for a diagnostic.My Volkswagen was brought in and needed a new hub assembly and sensor. They finished it up the next day and offered financing.My husband brought in his Acura the next week for some work that needed to be done and it was completed the same day.I m very satisfied with the service I received, the prices are extremely reasonable, they are honest, and communication was great.I m so happy I found this shop and will be coming here for all my automotive needs. I brought my pickup to them about a year ago due to the anti-lock warning light flashing on the dashboard. They replaced a module and something else and had to bleed the brakes. Truck's been running great since, no issues. They fixed it timely and charged a reasonable price. And a year later, no issues at all. Great place to take your vehicle.Service: Brakes

Given three stars because they were kind enough to give me a lift home and pick me up when my vehicle was done being serviced. However, the main problem I have is I took my 2019 Escalade in to get the brakes replaced due to a squeaking sound and when I came home for the next week it was continued queaking. Brought it back in and they said they found the problem and fixed it. Here I am over a month later and still a squeak every time I break and it's apparent that they clearly did not fix the problem and simply charged me for new brakes that made no change. Of course Bo knows did offer to have me bring my vehicle back in for a third time so they can look at it. However, my time is valuable and if they can't get a brake change done in two visits I am doubtful it can be accomplished in a third visit as well

If you're looking for affordable, Transparency, Honest quality work from guys who actually care and will help you with any mechanical situation you have professionally and Friendly at all times this is the place My recommendation is its the only place in town that wont butcher your car and cause more issues. Price is unbeatable, Quality unmatched. Took my CrV here today for the first time for routine maintenance and I am very happy with the service I received. This place is amazing the staff and the service. Im on vacation from Wi and my car clearly was not ready for Az heat. I went to them, they not only fixed my car issue but gave me an amazing discount on what they did. I believe God put me in the right place at the right time to get the help I needed. Now the rest of our vacation I'll be more at ease as I don't believe I'll be stranded somewhere anymore. Thank you again so much for all you help.
