I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service that I received from WILLIAM during my recent visit. WILLIAM was extremely helpful and provided me with an exceptional level of support throughout the process. Not only did he greet me in a friendly and professional manner, but he also showed a genuine interest in helping me with my vehicle.Unlike previous experiences, where I was left waiting for an extended period without acknowledgment, WILLIAM was able to expedite my visit promptly and efficiently. He answered all of my questions without any hint of attitude, and I left the premises feeling satisfied that my concerns had been addressed.Thanks to his exceptional service, I have found my new go-to mechanic, and I will be sure to recommend WILLIAM and the service center to anyone looking for a reliable and professional auto repair service. The negative one-star goes to the guy in the photo. I submitted a one-star review citing a negative experience with the individual. Do the job correctly. I do not believe my fuel filter was changed. Fuel filter light came on and said filter was full.Took it back to Manager Steven he had them reset the fuel filter on paneI. I still believe it should have been reset at time of service.Techs should have a checklist after service is completed.This makes me not satisfied and will have to go else where and pay again.I wish they would have replaced and reset when I was there. After reading reviews on this location makes me believe that they don t always do what they say. Manager Steven should have taken the time to replace fuel filter and reset the panel to be accurate with the fuel filter at no cost.

My wife and I were on a trip to Tucson and we were on the side of the road with tire problems in our RV. I called Big O and talked to William. He ordered new tires for us and had them delivered the next day. We had the new tires installed on the RV and new tires on our tow vehicle. I would like to thank William for his professionalism and the care he gave us. He was a shining light in this nightmare situation and should be commended for his customer service and concern he had for us. He even called the next day to check on us and make sure we made it to our destination. Thanks William!!

A lug bolt was stripped on my tiguan. They quoted me $800 for the new tire and to get the bolt off. I took it across the street to brakes plus and they took it off in 2 minutes for free. This is a MAJOR breach of trust. I always used big O because they were $15-20 cheaper for the same size tire. I had to go across the street and pay $140 for a tire big O charged $118 for. Lastly, I always have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes at big o to speak with a person. At discount tire co with a room of 5 people I was helped within 2 minutes both times I went there. I am only giving a second star because they are usually less expensive.

Lies. Took my car in for an oil change, said I needed new rear struts. Told me everything, "OUT THE DOOR" would be $880. I was told I had a 3 month interest free option. They kept my car until just before closing so when I showed up, I was given different information. I didn't argue because I had to leave. The, "3 months interest free" is a complete lie and a total scam. I wanted to reverse the charge and pay in full. I was told over the phone by Marcus that I could do that, but, "Steve is the only only one with the code to reverse it." I was unable to come in the next day, and had to come in at Steve's convenience. I called again at the end of the work week and was told that Steve would be in Saturday, and yes, he indeed was still able to reverse the scam so I could pay in full. In addition to the outrageous fee, the scam also charges tax on top of an already taxed. so 880 out the door is now $1k. I came in on Saturday and spoke to Steve-- the most unprofessional, "I don't care" person I've ever dealt with. Not that it matters, as they are a volume business. He called me a liar in front of other customers and essentially shut down. For reference, Penny at the local mcdonalds is more professional that Steve, and that is not saying much. He also stated that he couldn't figure out what I was supposed to be charged since the invoice only said $848 before tax. Apparently Steve can't operate their point of service system.For more info, I was given paperwork that had additional services that I did not agree to added to it. It also showed that I had front struts replaced, rather than rear. Additionally, it also showed that the mechanic shut off the oil change light, however, I had to go back in the store as it wasn't touched. So again, more lies about the service the allegedly completed.I think dealers are more honest than Big O

The fellow at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The work was done in good time and my car was in the front parking lot facing out - all i had to do was get in and drive away. Well done!

Now I understand why this place has an average 3 stars. They take forever so put aside at least 3 hours for 4 tires, that if you re one of the first customers. Second, even when the tires are affordable, they charge $57 per tire installation. Which is almost the price I paid for each tire. Having said that, Maricopa doesn t seem to have an affordable car or tire repair shop.

We like this location, and the manager is amazing!A few notes; I know the technicians are quite busy, but on one occasion they forgot our oil change and only did the alignment - they d had our car the entire day. We had to drop the car off the next day so it was an inconvenience. They often seem short staff, which is a bummer.They re a friendly, local and reasonable and they do a wonderful job of communicating your car troubles.I d recommend if you can drop the car off for the day.

Customers beware!!!!!!!! I purchased an alignment and 4 new tires on 9/22/23. 1/30/24 alignment was out. Manager, Steven had my car aligned. Pulling left, so I went back on 2/1. Aligned again. He and I took it for a test drive in the neighborhood, seemed ok. Got on the 347, at 58mph, really pulling. Back on 2/5, when I complained, Steven shrugged and said "I don't know what to tell you." 2/6 I took it to dealership in CG. After 2 days of trying to align it, they said it was my tires. Went back to Steven and he reimbursed me for the dealer alignment and said he would try rotating my tires first. Few days later, my tire pressure went low on rear passenger tire. Took it in, waited all day, called them and it was ready. Got there and pressure light still low. Guy fills the back tire and the front tire is going up. They did not calibrate the tire sensors. Drove it home, pulling AGAIN! I called Steven to speak to the owner, John Niemiec, Steven refused to give me his info. Went on to say "oh no, I gave your money back, if the alignment is out, go back to dealership." I immediately called Corporate and Jared called back. Got the info and he set me up in CG. Turns out Steven didn't refund $50 of my monies, had to go back AGAIN to get my refund. I took it to CG and they aligned it but it still pulled. The manager there ordered 2 new tires, of course not tires in stock. Two days later, new tires and no more pulling. 6 weeks, 10 trips, multiple phone calls, hassle of getting rides to work, and finally the car is right!

Based on previous wait time, I made sure to schedule an appointment. After arriving on time for my 11am oil change and tire rotation, the service rep was great. Nice folks. I have now been here for 1 hour and 45 minutes and my vehicle is still in the original parking place I am a patient person but this is not cool. Why bother with an appointment if I can t expect the service started reasonably close to that time?? It is unlikely that I will continue to business here. Very disappointed.

Had a coupon for $16.95 basic oil change. Apparently this only applies to old cars. A 2019 Toyota is $69.95. Basically a bait and switch. Agreed to this anyhow. Got a call regarding cabinet air filter. Recommended to replace. Not my car so told them no. Got car back and glove compartment is on the passenger side floor. Cabin air filter gone. Obviously made sense at this point to put a new one in. Again, not my car so personally paid $55. This will be the last time any vehicle in my care goes to Big O.

Have been going for years, but their integrity has long gone. Even something as simple as an oil change. Documentation states that oil change light was reset. It was, in fact, not. If they lie to you about that, they're likely taking shortcuts elsewhere.

Love these guys. Honesty and integrity. I bring my very cherished Audi A7 S line with competition package and black optics ( this is a rare C7.5 with stock 340 hp ) to them and NOT the Audi dealerships. This is how comfortable I am with them. They don't rush my car in out like it's a quick dollar sign. They are honest with me on everything about my vehicle and this is rare to find.

This is such a corrupt business. Today, I had a run-in with Marcus who refused to honor Big-O's lifetime balance and rotation because my tires, purchased and installed at this location, were now 4.5 years old. He then lied to me, stating that it was illegal to drive a car with tires older than 3 years! Knowing this was completely untrue, I argued with him, but he refused to budge. When I stated he had lost this long-time customer, he actually said "good, get out." For the record, I contacted the Arizona Department of Transportation and spoke to a Maricopa Police officer, and both confirmed that there is no Arizona statute limiting the age of a tire. To the owner: I have already reached out to you via your contact-us page.

If you ever need tire service while in Maricopa stop by Big O Tires they have Great customer service! It s raining and their 4 minutes to closing, stayed open about an hour after closing to make sure we were good. 10/10! Thank you staff@Big O Tires Maricopa.

Well this was my first time going there, I must say it was very pleasant, I get up it was really great service very professional I feel they went all out their way to diagnose and tell me all the problems that I needed to know and I went just for an oil change and I was very happy and would definitely be back and will refer people to Big O tires

I entrusted my vehicle for an alignment and catalytic converter replacement at the aforementioned establishment. However, subsequent visits were necessitated due to persistent issues. On the second visit, they attributed the alignment problem to a purportedly broken tie rod, within a remarkably short period after the initial service, without explanation for why this issue wasn't identified earlier. The catalytic converter replacement has resulted in recurring error codes despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation. Each explanation provided has been inconsistent, ranging from attributing the issue to my vehicle, to limitations in their expertise, and finally to a faulty installation of the converter. Regrettably, despite my car being with them for a week, there has been a lack of updates regarding the status of the catalytic converter. Their assurance of sourcing the part has not materialized, contrasting sharply with another establishment's claim of procuring the required part within 24 hours. This string of events has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of professionalism demonstrated by this facility, marking it as an experience unparalleled in its unprofessionalism.Still waiting on my car to be completed.

I had left my car at this shop for four days. My car was not fixed I was charged 1500 and my car still didn t run right. Steven said my car would be done by today but the guys in the shop had no idea what was going on with my car. I had to take my car to another shop. I have two children with me and I was left without any answers.

I was made to stay at big o tires in maricopa for 2 hour , i was told i was next at 9am . had i not being paying attention , i would still be setting there at 11:10. Only when i ask what was the reason i was still there. I was told the appointment customers came and push me back. I is not okay with me , as to say i my time doesn't matter . Would it be to much to be considered of the long time customer, that my place was pushed back , or appointments that come in come first? This to me was so disrespectful. Yes it has changed since my bad issue. Yes it has , but the oil coupons come in the mail, and if I forget it I have to pay full price. Is there a way for me to get them another way?

Went in w some really noisy sqeeks on my old work van thought I needed expensive parts I did not won t to replace.. Paul looked at it and greased the parts no charge .. awful noise gone . Thank u Paul !

The tires I bought at Big O are inexpensive budget tires but they perform pretty well and are nice and quiet. They also did a wheel alignment which helps a lot. One thing I take issue with though and it has been listed on these reviews over and over again is the amount of time it takes to get your car back. I made a 12:00 appointment for Saturday and I didn't get my car back till 6:00 p.m. so it's kind of obvious that the appointment really is not an appointment at all. I have never waited that long to have tires placed on a car. However there was also a miscommunication and they did an oil change that I was not requesting. This lengthened the amount of time it took, so this is something they need to clarify more carefully and try to improve . The service though was good and the staff is competent and friendly. They even took me home, and picked me up again because of the long wait. If they could nail down the appointments and get people out quicker this would be my number one choice for tires.

Took my vehicle in to be looked at. Brakes were replaced along with a valve and some hoses. During replacement of the valve they had to remove the power steering pump and broke it. They gave me back the vehicle knowing it was broken. I took it back and they looked at it again and told me i would need to buy a new power steering pump. Mind you before i ever took the car in it had no real problems. The service writer admitted they broke it but the manager was on vacation and couldnt approve them paying 100% until they got a hold of him. I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times for the same problem and its still not fixed. The service writers are rude and unprofessional. I spent $ 1500 for nothing. the vehicle runs worse now than when i brought it in.

I paid for cabin filter and they did not install and left my glove compartment on the floor of the car. They also did not close air filter cover. Always something new... I stopped going to this shop.

My moms car broke down and Jamie and his team at Big O tires came to the rescue!They got my mom home and got her car fixed right away. Once her car was finished they delivered it right to her house. My mom has serious health issues and took they took care of her every step of the way and treated us like family. I highly recommend Big O tires, The entire staff there was profession, courteous and went above and beyond for us. What a beautiful store and great pricing A+ Thank you
