Batteries Plus in Maricopa was amazing.This was my first time in this store and Cris and Juan were both friendly and helpful. While Juan was disassembling, installing batteries and reassembling my two separate devices, Cris was helping me find a lightbulb that is a rare type and fits my track lighting. That was great because I haven t seen that type of lightbulb anywhere else in Maricopa. How convenient to have this right here in town, batteries for my #chirploudly and my I-tag, and I got a coupon for a discount on my next car battery, and we all know how often car batteries wear out in Arizona summers. So, a big thank you to Batteries Plus right next to Bashas!

This store is great, and Juan il, a salesman and tech there, is so very helpful. His customer service is A+. I'm a grandmother, and know very little about watch batteries, and have zero knowledge about car key fobs. A message had appeared on my car dash, saying the key fob battery was low. Unsure of how to open the key fob mov3vthe old battery, let alone know what battery it needed, I headed over to Batteries Plus here in a Maricopa. I had been there sev weeks ago with 4 watches which needed batteries. Juan helped me at that time. He's personable, courteous, and very knowledgeable.At this recent visit, Juan found the correct batteries for my Volvo key fob, which is slightly different from other car key fobs. He checked to make sure the key fob worked with the new batteries he installed, and answered some other questions for me about a watch battery. Juan could not have been nicer or more helpful. I highly recommend Batteries Plus for its great prices, well-stocked shelves, and excellent, professional customer service, which is pretty rare these days. Thank you, Juan, at Maricopa Batteries Plus.

Excellent customer service from service tech working Saturday at the Maricopa location. The store did not have the connection we required so he gave up his personal cord to us and would not accept any money. Way above and beyond.

The battery in my Samsung phone swelled up enough to pop my case open (which can be dangerous), and they were able to do a same day battery replacement for me. Quick and easy! Friendly staff, nice clean store, reasonable price for the battery switch. It's really convenient to have a shop like this in Maricopa! They also take all kinds of batteries if you need to dispose of them, up to and including car batteries.

New Batteries Plus, definitely welcomed in the town of Maricopa. I entered, everything was organized and there were batteries I've never seen before. But employees were friendly and welcoming.My only complaint is it's a little pricey, $12 for a pop socket seems a bit much, but can't complain too much since everything is spiking in prices.Nonetheless, welcome to the neighborhood!

Walked in and was pleased with the customer service! well lit store. clean and organized! manager was very helpful and so was the staff. so happy to see they are in maricopa and i will be returning!

Weren t able to completely fix my phone even after their multiple attempts but charged me the complete amount. Wasn t too happy about that .
