I always have amazing service coming to this location. William goes above and beyond with assisting customers. My battery light kept coming on and I took it to get checked. He was able to explain to me the potential issue and assisted with replacing a part. He did not have to go out of his way but it was very much appreciated!!! This has just saved me hundreds of dollars!!!

I needed to return an unused shelf item I bought at another AutoZone location. I brought the item and my receipt in to this location and was greeted by a lady who was pleasant and handled my refund with no hassles. I was in and out quickly and went about my day. Thank you, AutoZone!

I went to AutoZone today to buy a new battery for my car. I purchased the battery and it had a core. When I brought the battery in the salesman who sold it to me 10 minutes ago was no longer in that building. The manager or whoever he was treated me like I stole the battery. He did not want to give me my core charge He also said that he couldn't find it. So I ended up just saying forget it, keep your $22 & the $311 I just spent. It's not about the money. It's the treatment. So in conclusion, don't go to AutoZone in the Wells! They are rude and unprofessional.

My girlfriend and came to the store to buy freon for the AC I ask about a battery also for my key fob after he told me the price I said I would be back tomorrow, I put the battery back in its place we where about to pay almost 60.00 on what we came to buy when all of a sudden the dirt bag ask if I put the battery back. I felt humiliated in front of my girlfriend when this dirt back of employee question my integrity when we where about to purchase product. I got upset and angry because I am a armed guard and I protect people and property to have this clown of an employee question my integrity because why?I was wearing a beanie? Sun glasses? Oh maybe a Native shirt that was given to me by my native friends? The management need to do a better job in teaching customer service. The idiot said you are never sure after I had already put the 9.00 battery back. I deal with transients, people from all walks of life I treat everyone with respect I never judge a book by its cover or belittle people who are different than me. I will not shop at this location ever again and I live 1 block away. I went to the other one on John Wayne they had older season staff that have good customer service. Remember folks we keep business open through our purchases never let a business make you feel that you need them, it s the other way around they need us our money to stay open.

Of course I went in hardly knowing what I needed for my car, but after a couple trips out of the store to see what I needed Manager Dilo got me all set up with what I needed. When I was about to leave the store he wondered how I was going to change the lights myself, and honestly I hadn t thought that far yet. Dilo then insisted he would take care of it no problem so I wouldn t get a ticket in our small city. Dilo did just that, he changed the lights for me incredibly fast and efficient. Not only that he refused my tip multiple times after I tried insisting. Thank you so much Dilo you re amazing at what you do! And going above and beyond for your customers!

I went to this new location with a friend who needed a new battery.I'm from California and in California AutoZone is not allowed to work on cars because it takes away from the mechanics business.I was happy to see that the Manager D came out and put the battery in my friend's car for her.He really went above and beyond because it was quite difficult and it was warm and he was sweating so much but he did such a great jobThanks

Went in to buy new motorcycle battery, both batteries on shelf were dead, with load test at my request, had to buy battery at batteries +, also the associate put batteries back on self and said he would damaged them out latter. Why not keep bad batteries in back room to damage them out is what me and my wife thought . So new customers wouldn't go through what we did with same bad batteries on the shelf.

Incredible experience. My wife and I came in with a dead car battery and questions about a previous warranty. After finding out that our last experience (at a different location in Colorado) was not handled correctly (we were essentially not given a warranty) this location made things right, including installation of the new battery complete with a new warranty! We are very grateful and will definitely be bringing our business here again!Carmen was fantastic. She deserves a lot of praise for her customer service.Thank you!

Excellent!! customer service by manager DLO. He went above and beyond to help me and take care of my car needs. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. This AutoZone in the Walmart center will be my ONLY destination for all of my car needs. Thank you DLO and AutoZone. TopNotch!

I told them what kind of car I had. They gave me the wrong piece and didn't even apologize when I came back to make it right. Waste of my time. Even with computers Giving them the answers, they can't even do their job right. There's no good customer service. I'll just stick with O'reilly's!

I had such an amazing experience here. I went in for a dead battery. They quickly checked my battery and deemed it a bad battery. I was able to purchase a new battery and have it installed with little fanfare. Carmen installed the battery for me and made sure everything worked fine before I left. I would highly recommend coming to this auto zone of you ever need their expertise.

Corporate needs to ensure they are integrating the necessary training for their employees. This Auto Zone location charged the incorrect car oil filter for my husband. He had purchased additional items as well. After walking out of the store, he realized the price on the car oil filter was inaccurate. He went back in the store and asked the staff to please give him a refund and charge him for the correct oil filter which he had in possession after he purchased it. Instead of just handling that item, the staff made him go collect the rest of the items he purchased so the staff could perform a full refund on the receipt, instead of just simply refunding him for the incorrect charge on the oil filter, they refunded all the items and charged the whole transaction again. The staff lacks refund training, charging the correct price for certain items, and made us waste 30 minutes waiting for this transaction to finalize.

Ordered part nobody knows where it's at. I call and they don't know what to tell me.Thank god I didn't pay for it. Stay away from the store. Ask yourself how much an eighteen year old girl knows about the auto part business.

I just want to first thank Carmen. This employee was excellent at getting a new battery installed in my 2000 Chevy S10 pickup truck. I will differently be going back. This is the cleanest store in town. Thank you again Carmen for your hard work and knowledge.

Service is entirely too slow. Went there on a Sunday morning to pick up a small item (that I needed) to complete my repair. The staff was more interested in ordering breakfast than anything else.

My truck wasn t driving right. I came in and shoutout to Konner L, he was already outside, he come over saw the problem and got me in and out. This man needs to be manager he even helped me out and taught me a few things I didn t know and not one person has done that except him since I ve been here and I live down the street, Thank You.

The customer service here is terrible...you walk in and two dudes are having a conversation 5 feet away from you and don't even look at your or greet you when you walk in....I'll just go to the further AutoZone.

This store is awesome! I thought it would be hard to find new brake lights for my 2008 Pacifica. But they had them right in stock-at a great price.Also Spencer installed it very quickly and courteously at no extra charge.Customer for life, Baby!

Went there once, will never go back. The staff are lazy, refuse to listen, and overall unhelpful. I went in to check for a belt based on length. I had to tell them multiple times that it wont be found under the model of car because i swapped a different engine into it with a serpentine belt conversion, so it wouldnt be found under ANY vehicle. If its not in the computer under a specific vehicle, it doesnt exist to them. They refused to listen to me, they refused to even walk back and look at the belt lengths to help me, then they promptly told me i would have to order it from somewhere else. They didnt even offer to special order a belt... I left there pretty annoyed, went to Oreilly's and in less than 10 minutes had what i needed.

I was hoping since this was a new store it would have a group of enthusiasts people who are happy to be there but that's definately not the case. It's just another group of lazy people! I rushed my job so that way I could get there before 10 so I could get my car running and they closed the store 10 mins early! They said sorry we closed all the registers we cant sell you anything. Are you kidding me!? It's either you're open until 10 or not. Not 9,930,945, but 10! Just another bunch of lazy people who are just in a rush to go home
