Zach is my go-to whenever I have an issue or question with my RV. He is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to explain my fairly complex electrical system every time I ve had an issue. He responds timely, finds the problem quickly and corrects it. His fees are very reasonable and he comes to my home or RV storage, which is very convenient. I highly recommend Arizona Mobile Pro Services!

Zach was amazing! He not only calibrated our hitch system, but he took the time to explain how the system works and showed us how to hitch up and unhitch. On top of that, he also showed us new I tips on backing the trailer in. He did quality work and provided out of this world service. Highly recommend!!!!

Zach did a great job fixing my awning and explaining different things around my Winnebago I didn't know about. He also noticed that my electrical panel was becoming loose and fixed that as well at no additional charge. When I contacted Arizona Mobile Pro Service by e-mail I received an reply from Zach Bartfai, in less than hour confirming he could service my request and we schedule an appointment. My appointment was within a week and he showed up to the job site as scheduled and on time. I was quite amazed at his high level of Quality Customer Service having been in the service business for 40 years myself. He explained in detail the work he was performing and took more than ample time to answer all my questions. He was more than qualified and experienced as he shared and discussed his credentials with me. His workmanship and value he placed on his work were evident and was very comforting. Zach is awesome. Very prompt and efficient, while doing top quality work. His prices are very reasonable, and he is very fair and generous with his expertise. He saw a couple of extra items we haven't discussed and fixed them as customer curtesy plus educated me about a few important maintenance aspects. We recently purchased a Used Class A Diesel RV and we were looking for a good mobile service. I found Arizona Mobile Pro Service and the reviews were very good. I contacted Zach and setup an appointment to install a Dish Satellite system and look at what needed to be serviced on the RV. He was great and his prices are reasonable. We scheduled another appointment to go from end to end and inside and outside to teach us what we needed to know about it. We learned a lot and found out what needed to be serviced immediately to prevent additional expenses later. Zach is a great guy and very knowledgeable with a lot of experience. Zach did a fantastic job. He not only was very prompt and professional, but also went the extra mile to make sure that everything was completed to my full satisfaction. He was also very reasonable and tried very hard to find parts as quickly as possible and as reasonably priced as possible. Hello ZackNot really sure what your deal is or how you got your 5 star reviews on Google. With that being said I really don t appreciate you waisting my time. Clearly you receive text messages as we have been communicating via text for 2 days now and now you just ignore my texts and phone calls after I clearly stated my problem I needed fixed and we agreed on an appointment time. It s rather unprofessional to say the least.So I will be copy and pasting this text on my 1 star Google review for you and your company. Meanwhile we have no working refrigerator so if your customers want to roll the dice on getting a repair done I d say knock yourself out and give Zack a try. If you re not really a gambler I would recommend just calling someone else.Charles

What an amazing detailed and knowledgeable service that AZ Mobile Pro offers!! Zac was absolutely the best and he truly understands the importance of customer service! Zac took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything in detail. Great guy! 10/10 would call again! Came out on his day off to come and service the AC on my fifth wheel. Came on time. Was helpful and answered any questions I had. Got the AC working again in about an hour
