My brother had a burnt headlight and Austin the assistant manager was an amazing gentleman. he was willing to check and try to help pin point the issue and saved me $80. I always love O'Reilly because even though they technically don't do this inspection they try to help if they know what to look for, all the employees are usually really amazing to donate there time to help people in need. I recommend to take your car here and just ask i don't recommend autozone because typically they are straight to the point, if they don't do the normal inspection they don't try to offer help do to lack of knowledge. But O'Reilly does an amazing job at hiring people with experience and the kindness to try and help if the have the idea of issues and can get you on your way.

I always get great help finding parts at this store. I recently went there to pull a bearing off an electric motor since I knew they loaned tools. Mine was a particular unique case, difficult to find a puller small enough, but Austin, the asst manager pulled it himself.

My mom and I had a mission! Our goal was to solve or fix the fuel gauge. We looked on the manual to find the relay or fuse, which may have been a correlation for the fuel gauge not working.Victor quickly explained that if the relay was not working, the electrical function to start up the vehicle would be affected. More than likely, it was the fuel pump. He quickly gave us prices on a return and non-returnable fuel pump.It's about a five dollar difference. He showed us a picture of the part and told us the bed of the truck would need to be lifted. This explanation was sounding more like a job for professionals.Our belts were squeeking, and Victor recommended a belt spray to quell the noise. We sprayed the belts as directed by the instructions, and it worked immediately. It is very dry here in Tucson..I highly recommend visiting O'Reilly Auto Parts! Ask for Victor. No high-pressure sales tactics, and friendly. If you need to gather some info about troubleshooting a car issue, this is the place.

My battery died this morning, Sunday 8/28/22. I was unable to remove the battery myself as I had insufficient tools for the task. I am so happy that I contacted this O'Reilly location. Alan and his colleague took great care of my situation. I was able to get a jump and drive in. Alan without hesitation grabbed the appropriate tools, my new battery and proceeded to remove the dead battery and install the new one within minutes. Cannot thank these gentlemen enough. Wonderful service!

They were helpful and friendly. This was the 1st time I ve been to this O Riellys. Most of the time at other O Riellys it has taken forever to get any help but it was different here.

Three words to my experience here: helpful, kind, calming. I came in here worried about my car that had a dent in it but the worry didn't last long. As soon as I said "car, dent" the AMAZING worker stopped what he was doing and rushed out into the parking lot to take a look for himself. As if that wasn't enough, a fellow knowledgeable car expert accompanied him. The both of them huddled around my dent and reassured me that some boiling water would do the trick. Right away I was touched by their persistence of the boiling water tip to make the plastic more pliable. Then, the worker asked around for a wooden hammer to try to ding out the dent himself! I had three men huddled around my car giving me tips--for FREE! They did this out of the kindness of their hearts. I was not charged a dollar for this service. Very thankful for this place. Will go here again if I have a car concern! 5 stars!

Very helpful staff. Especially with only 30 minutes to closing. The gentleman that helped us was just really nice and warm. He had a limp. I say that only because that best easily described him. I have a limp too. In the club so to speak. Just a great guy that helped us out. Good job O'Rielly for hiring a great associate.

Never again will I deal with this store. Not only can they not ring up an order correctly, the manager will call constantly for you to come back. When I finally went back to return a core that we weren't charged for, the "customer service rep" acted like it was such a burden for her to get a cart so I could bring in a rack and pinion. Then when I was explaining what happened the manager comes over "That's my rack I've been waiting on, too long" it's not my fault your rep didn't charge. And I cant come back to town until my truck was working.Horrible customer service and manager

I recently made purchase on April 2,2021 then try to remove my own part on my vehicle but I was not successful. So for that reason I decided to return the part to the nearest store in Marana. Now when I entertain store , the sales representative told this is not good that I was returning the item because it was bad for their reputation, then told me that they will not accept the return because it was not their part.Wish made no since,they did not even look at my receipt Plus the part was never installed in my vehicle . I decided to take the part to Grant they call that store try to tell them to not agree with the return.So,when I got there I told the sales assistant managers about my situation then she was getting to give me hard time as well.The moment I told her I will go call my bank to have my money return. She was more then happy to go Find out where they committed the error.This was very inconvenient never had to experience such thing in my entire life with any store .Please guys don t use that store on Ina specially if your Black I think that might have been it also.

first off, i d like to say the young man who helped us was absolutely phenomenal. i didn t catch his name, but he goes to UA as a social behavior major- so hopefully you guys can give him the recognition he deserves. i ve gone through 2 cars and my 3rd one s battery died (kia forte 2015). we were able to not only get him to check the battery life and a price match from costco, but we got a two year warranty & he also installed it for us with zero problem. in and out in 15 minutes. he made my day a lot better, and so that i was able to go to work (i deliver for a pizza chain). thank you guys so much, definitely going to make this store my first stop for ANY car issues. thank you SO much!!!

I love this place! The staff are very knowledgeable and I trust their advice. All the parts have been high quality, and the very few times I have had minor issues they have always made it right. I will shop nowhere else.

I hate this O'Rieillys, the manager TJ was very rude, I was asked what I was looking for , and previous to my visit I had made a phone call about a part that I had ordered. When I started to explain what I needed he rudely and loudly interrupted me and told him what I called about. I was taken aback a bit because of how rudely I was interrupted, I said thank you and he didn't respond and had given me a dirty look, I'd expect such retchid customer service from an associate , but definitely not a manager. I've also heard a lot of people say how they don't like to talk to girls because they feel that they don't have the same knowledge of cars as men do.

I went into the store to get a low beam light. Mary Joe was very helpful along with another gentleman. It was a very pleasant and fun experience. I will be back for my next auto part.

Looked for a sunshade with a design on it. It needed to be a super jumbo size. Only plain ones were in stock, so we left wanting. The employees were pleasant.
