Went through these guys for a re level on my manufactured home. Got me set up with an appointment and a reasonable quote. They did a good job. He told me he may not be able to correct the gap on my doors but said he d do his best and told me what I can do further. Got the job done fast and efficiently and ended up being less then the original quote.. Floors still creek but not half as bad, almost feels stiffer in areas. Absolutely recommend them

Absolutely the greatest company and customer service I ve dealt with in 25 years. I called they answered . I explained my situation, I received a call back and quote within 30 minutes. Not to mention, the job was done in less than a week. What an amazing company! Best of luck! Keep up the great job! Im still speechless. Truly amazing. I m heading back to NH knowing I m leaving a great business behind!

I've never dealt with a more professional service company before. Their communications were second to none. I needed tie downs for my double wide since I am selling my home and the rules changed from 2001 when I bought my home. It seems they all need tie downs now. Their associate came out and put in the tie downs at 7am and were done a lot faster than I expected. He even took pictures of his work and Joe's sent me copies so I could send to the engineer who inspected my home. 5 stars indeed!

From my first phone call to Karen who was very nice and helpful to the scheduling of my appointment with Kirsten who made the entire process a breeze, she was patient and had an answer for all my concerns! So kudos to the office staff . Hank and his crew were on time and professional. Hank took the time to explain how the process of releveling my home, and was also very patient and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns and than some! Thanks Hank! After they finished the inspection I got the great news that everything looked good under my home and I did not need releveling. So a Big Thank You to all involved at Joe's Mobile Service who made this experience pleasant

Joe s mobile service was amazing! I needed tie downs for my manufactured home and I had called 2 places for estimates before I called Joe s. They both quoted me over $2k to have this done. Feeling defeated, as if all estimates would be around that much, I called Joe s hoping that it would at least be under $2k. They quoted me for less than $1k!! Not only was the price amazing, but they were able to invoice the amount so that I could have that amount taken out of escrow, rather than having to pay out of pocket (the other companies wouldn t offer this option either).The lady I spoke to on the phone was super sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. She truly treats the customer with respect and not as if we are another number. It was so easy to schedule my appointment with her.The technician that came to my house was also great! He checked in when he first got to my house to let me know what he d be doing, how long it would take, etc. they were here for maybe only 30 mins and they were done! When he was leaving, he recapped what was done and told me that I d be getting emails about the visit. Within an hour, I had an email with a detailed report, photos, etc.I am truly impressed by the professionalism, the cost, the customer service and the quality of Joe s! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking!

I needed to have my mobile home releveled and I stressed about it, researched it, called and emailed for quotes, stressed some more. None of the businesses returned my messages. I called Joe's Mobile Service and a real person answered the phone. She was very nice and very helpful, she gave me a price range that was much more reasonable than anything I found on- line. They actually arrived earlier than the time they gave, they found my address easily (I wish you guys also worked for Fed X and Ontrac because they have great difficulty finding my address), they got right to work and finished quickly. Everything was explained to me and the price was at the low end of the quote. They also told me about water leaks they noticed while they were working. It was a great relief having this job completed by people who are nice, reliable, honest, dependable, and competent. Thank you so much for doing a great job. I was nervous about having this done but you guys restored my faith. And now my back door opens and closed like it should!Thank you so much!

They are Awesome!!!!! I got a fast quote and great price and they even scheduled me for the next day for the repairs we needed. Kirsten Is so very sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will also be using them in the future.

Something that is of Vital Importance to me is HONESTY of a company. I am Loan Officer here in PHX, AZ. We had a client that was in need of some tie downs for her mobile home before we could complete her Refinance. The same day the engineer report came back in, we called to several locations for quotes on completing this task. Karen picked up the phone and was on top of making sure we got a quote and completion date within 5 mins. All while being on her day off! Their quote was by far the best offer we had received, as well as the expected timing of completion! Once completed they sent the details over to the engineer so we didn't have to schedule another report.These folks have our trust for when we need their help again in the future.! I needed my sister's mobile home tied down in the crawl space and the vapor barrier repaired right away to get an inspection approved. They were unbelievable in their professional and immediate response to my problem. They are a 10+ star company and I highly recommend them.

Joe and his crew were outstanding in assisting with emergency maintenance needed with our AC duct work. With the summer temperatures being so HOT, they went the extra mile to work overtime getting the AC going for our family's comfort. Prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend to all. Thanks again Joe's Mobile Service team and Karen for prompt communication in assisting us with this matter.

I needed to sell my property and the mobile home on it. After being referred to JMS by E^2 Engineering, everything I needed to understand about and have done with regard to the structural integrity of the mobile, its porches and deck was clearly explained and soon completed. All steps from the estimate to the submission of the report and photos for certification was done professionally, in a timely manner, and to my complete satisfaction. Equally important to me as a point person totally unfamiliar with the elements of mobile home construction and repair, absolutely every member of the company was consistently respectful to and patient with me as the customer/client.

I had them come out for a re-level. After heavy rains my home settled and I was no longer able to close my front door properly, another corner of the house also needed to be lifted. They were able to make the adjustments and fix the issue with my front door, they didn't try to sell me any extra work I didn't need, and in the end I was told everything looked pretty good and the final cost was actually lower than the estimate I was originally quoted. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Great service. We needed our mobile home re-leveled. We called Joe's Mobile Service on Friday, they were there on Monday! Bing, bam, boom. Done. The price was on the lower spectrum of the quote. That was unexpected. Usually they are always at the upper amount. Joe's now has a loyal customer for life. Thank you Joe's Mobile Service.

Called and set up an appointment for an evaluation. Was happy that Kristoph came out a day earlier than expected. Was never called, texted or emailed. Called to ask how things were going and if they were interested. Keara was rude on the phone and didn't have my email. I have spent $5000. on a new well $8000. on a shipping container and more on others. Whatever quote or estimate you would have named you would have had the business. Not returning calls or emails and lying to potential customers is NOT the way to go. A 1 star rating is 1 too many. Edit : thanks for the good luck but I would rather have proper customer service. I was kind and polite and all I asked for was for a response.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Not only did they do some extremely quality work for us, they were so kind and helpful and got us through a challenging ordeal. They are all so professional and give great customer service. They also have very fair pricing. My husband and I would highly recommend them, I wish more businesses operated like they do!

Showed up and went right under our house! Super nice guys. I appreciate anybody that will crawl under a dark unknown. 4 Stars because I don't think our house needed much- honest on the cost upfront- just they didn't have much to fix in less than 40 mins of adjusting- easy access in/out- our piers are in very good shape, etc. Either way: they were prompt, very courteous, and I wouldnt crawl under there. Tipped them anyway. We should always tip if a job is done right.

The business is NOT in Desert Shores Estates Mobile Home Park. I spoke to Karen. She was nice but they weren't interested in traveling to Graham County to help my son. They don't want to set up in a flood plain. She referred me to another installer. So I can't give a rating, good or bad. Just information. Good luck.

Finally! 1) A business that showed up, 2) that showed up on time, 3) that didn't have a bad attitude and was a joy to work with, 3) that was knowledgable in their field, 4) that was helpful with questions, 5) actually answered their phone and got back to me in a timely matter, and 6) the price wasn't worst case scenario! Thank you! It's been a long time since we had real service with a great attitude!

This company was a life saver needing my home tied down in a days notice they did the job and they did it exceptional. They used the best materials and were very reasonably priced ..thank you so much you made my life a lot easier with your service.

I had them come out to relevel my house and got the best news! It didn't need anything. So I just GLADY paid for the inspection. They took the time to do a thorough inspection, explain what they were doing and made sure I knew my options down the road.
