This was the insurances preferred provider, so I went with that. I dropped The truck off on Thornydale, and they ask if another one of there shop could work on it. And I said yes.After a week or more, Chris calls and said they are going to have to replace bedsides and they would be getting parts in for the repair . Then, caliber collision turns in a totally different estimate to the insurance company with no parts at all all labor? Tell the customer one thing and do something else I guess.When they finished repairs, Chris called and said truck would be ready to pick it up. I told Chris after I got off work a coworker could drop me off to pick the truck up. I arrived at the Thornydale location where I drop the truck off at their closing time to find out that the truck was not there and it was at some other location, I have no clue where. The receptionist called over to the other location and then told me somebody will contact you. Now I am on foot have to get a Uber back home. Chris calls in about 30 minutes and tells me he can deliver the truck to my work the next day if I paid my portion of the deductible and they do not accept checks. So I guess I have to pay site unseen and live with what comes next. They deliver the truck the next day, and the first thing I see is the spray in bedliner is missing from tailgate. It was an oversight on Chris s part , they say, and he will reach out to me. Over a month, three phone calls the promises just keep rolling to finish the job with no end result. Not a quality repair, overspray inside the bedliner and me having to finish the job up and settle with the insurance company for the spray in bedliner. Really need a negativeone review. I forgot to mention that when I dropped the truck off, I had told them I sourced the parts for the bed pretty cheap, and I was told caliber sources their own parts. Much higher in price than what I could have bought. You be the judge.

The amazing team at this location made my car looked way better than when I picked it up at the dealership when it was brand new! I m very detail oriented, my work has made my eye very sharp to small little details and this caliber has over passed my expectations. Thanks to the team and specially the general manager, Sir Simeon! I d be crazy not to bring my car back to them next time I m in need of their service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From a bad day getting rear ended in a drive thru to all repairs completed better than new.Caliber Collision is a great repair and restore to new experience. Great communication along the way too. I was updated often.Excellent experience

Jessica & Lisa at Caliber were great. They were prompt, got me in & out from the estimate to the repairs. Vehicle was done 3 days earlier then projected, would recommend & would take my vehicles to them again next time I need repairs

Superb service! I d recommend Caliber Collision Thornydale Tucson to anyone requiring quality car repair. They made the whole insurance process easy too. Major kudos to Annie at the front desk. She s a gem! And to Jessica and Roy who handled intake and outtake respectively. Lastly, the shop employees who worked on my Mercedes GLE SUV. She s as good as new and I could not be happier!

Everyone was very kind and informative. I did not feel like the middle man at all between the insurance, rental(enterprise) and Caliber Collision. They all seemed to communicate well so that I didn't have to worry about anything. They also did beautiful work fixing my vehicle for me.

I was in a minor collision a few weeks ago and my insurance recommended Caliber Collision on Thornydale. I went for an estimate and was immediately helped by Jessica Stockburger. She did a close assessment of the damage to my Lexus and gave me an initial estimate with a caveat that if there is further damage she may have to revise that estimate. She explained all the details along with an estimate of a day to expect the work to complete. She said she would update me by text of all development of the repair as the occur. I turned the keys over to her a few days later and arranged for a rental. She kept me informed as she promised and I got word that the work had been completed about 10 days sooner than expected. Upon inspection I couldn't have been more satisfied. The car looked brand new and completely detailed. I highly recommend Caliber if the unforeseen event necessitates repair. Very professional and capable company.

We will definitely be coming here again for any car repairs needed in the future. The staff was very friendly and our car looked amazing after all the repairs. Started off great from a communication standpoint. Vehicle was in their shop for 4 weeks to replace windshield and complete bodywork on hood, front bumper, and front fenders due to gravel being shot across the front of the vehicle.Original estimate was to have vehicle completed in 3 weeks, with basic/general updates being given thru the first 2 weeks. Initial communication the 3rd week was they were still on track to complete, but contact at the end of Friday communicated that they had to reorder a new piece and delayed completion to Wednesday of the next week. Communication during the 4th week then turned worse as the communications slowed with information not being correct and dragging out completion day by day. Finally, we had to call each day for updates with last minute work on Friday to complete and return.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a phenomenal job! Communication was great, I especially love the texting. I work in n healthcare so have recently been extremely busy. They went the extra mile and cleaned my car! They are the best in town. They have earned a customer for life.

Starting from the beginning my premiums went up again this year. My truck got hit when parked and when I called Geico they said I didn't need to get any estimates, just take it to Caliber Collision and they'll take care of everything. It was very efficient, rental car was delivered to me there and they promised routine updates. Those updates came frequently, for 22 days! This wasn't a major collision but it was now going to be treated like one. The original estimate was $4K, the final bill was $6K!! What happened to "get three estimates and a Geico rep coming to examine the vehicle?" SO, when I picked it up I got the final paperwork in a Geico Auto Repair Xpress folder. I don't know what's going on here but I'm shopping for a new insurance carrier, after all these years.

They have had our vehicle for a month now. When we set up with them, the point was to order parts before dropping off so we can minimize time at the repair shop.The initial estimate was two weeks. Then extended a week because they were supposedly waiting on brackets that were forgotten. Then they extended it a few days, claiming they had parts.Now they are telling us they have zero ETA for the repairs to be completed. They are trying to claim a strike, a strike that started well after they got the vehicle, is now holding up repairs because they don t have the parts they claimed to have.They are anything about honest when it comes to communicating with the customer and following through on promises. They were paid early on by our insurance.We will be filing a complaint with our insurance, with the Arizona attorney general as we have all communication, and Arizona Department of Insurance as this can now be considered fraud due to lying to us about dates and having parts.When and if they finish our car and it is in acceptable condition after repairs we will consider updating this review.

They damaged my vehicle while in their possession without telling me, and it looks like there are some repairs in that area. They even billed insurance to replace parts they broke. There was also a new dent that they told me was already there. The before pictures proved it wasn t. I am awaiting the repair of that dent. There are also some paint blemishes.My previous experience with them was fantastic, so I am disappointed this time.

They made my experience so easy, best place to get your car repaired after an accident. They updated me everyday, and always let me know what was going on and that I was being taken care of. The actual finish product looked amazing and like I never had an accident to begin with. Would recommend this place to anyone and Julianne is such a pleasure to work with and you can tell she really cares about making sure that you have the best experience!

Shoutout to Chris and Caliber Collision for helping me out. The bolt holding in my license plate was rusted and stripped and needed to be extracted. Went to several different shops and no one could do it, but caliber collision took care of it right away. They were extremely helpful and just all around great with the whole process! I highly recommend checking them out

Caliber went above and beyond! In addition to the repairs for the accident I was in, they worked with me to fix a few other issues (tires, oil change, front bumper). On July 27, 2023 and August 2, 3023, both Lisa Olsen, the Office Administrator, and Jessica Stockburger, my Service Advisor were very friendly, professional, and helpful. My car is good as new! I highly recommend Caliber Collison where Lisa will greet you and will help you with the forms and offer a shuttle to the rental car agency along with returning the rental. I also highly recommend Jessica Stockburger, my Service Advisor, who will do an inspection with you before and after, will communicate the repair process every step of the way, and will help and work with you!
