Went over to AutoZone to pick up some wipers for my daughter s car.. I was greeted right away and asked what they can help me with.. Edward was searching online for the wipers and it wasn t coming up so Edward walked over to the wiper section and looked in the book, he was able to figure out what I needed and offered to install them While he was ringing me up the other agent grabbed the wipers and said I ll get them installed for you.. After the install he even had me turn them on to check that they worked.. great friendly service!!

Let me preface this by saying that I am a regular customer to this particular store and make a purchase typically every two weeks. Maria has always proven to be highly competent in the technical area if not a bit prickly on the customer service side. I'm willing to put up with some quirks if the technical service I get is good. I recently took in a six month old Autozone battery in that was refusing to take a charge, Maria took my name and number and stated that they needed to put a charge on it with their charger before testing again. No worries on my part, this is standard procedure. I was going to be out of town anyway and figured I could pick it back up when I returned. Also kind of figured I might get a call as to status since I provided my name and number? I didn't but once again, no worries, I worked previously in automotive repair and recognize that things get busy. When I returned after my two week trip to check on the status of my battery I was told that "they might not even have it anymore since two weeks had passed" Excuse me? Maria then informed me after locating it that the battery was only at 55% after charging and that they would not warranty it due to it still testing good? The fact that it was only at 55% after charging tells me that it was, by definition, not a good battery. Bottom line - I needed a solution for the battery in my RV and an inferior battery that will not take a charge and cannot be warrantied is not what I needed as a customer.

I went into Auto Zone to replace battery in 2011 Chevy Carmo.Edward was very attentive in help me.He was knowledgeable in recommending battery replacementHe was very professional in replacement of place.Edward must be recognized for great job in help me today.

Glenn was awesome. This is getting one star become of Maria. I came in between 8-9AM 12/15/23 because my check engine light came on so I wanted to have it read. Instead of her sitting in the car she had me sit in the driver seat. The first red flag was the fact that she said not to turn the car on. She handed me the panel cover while she connected the reader. She then asked me to turn it to on but not start it. We sat for a second she unhooked the reader then turned and walked off. I asked her to come back and out the panel back. I m really not mechanically inclined so I wasn t interested. We get inside and she asked the mileage and I guessed she states it didn t matter and put 450000. She then said that it didn t come up with anything so it should be fine. Glenn was helping another customer but I asked if he could read my car again and he said sure. Not only did he star the car, but he let me know what the problem was as well as how much the part I d need to fix it would be. I m basing this 1 star on my interaction with Maria. Terrible. Glenn was awesome so thank you

Old dude has 0 customer service skills very very Lazy couldn't even check if there was something in the back that clearly stated it was in stock online just not on the shelves. Not to mention he sat on his phone behind the counter while I waited in line for him to get of Facebook probably. Unfortunately he most likely has some sort of seniority position because he's old and there will be no discipline for his actions. Never doing business here again I should have just walked out I hope no one else has to experience such terrible service at this establishment.

Definitely the worst AutoZone I've ever been the service its mediocre the people working there do not value a customer maria i believe its her name treated me like she is doing me a favor not like a customer that pays her salary so if you don't like waiting in lane for 10 minutes then get half of the stuff you need and maria telling you mot to buy things on that they have to walk in order to get them for you than avoid this store as much as you can I've was a customer of AutoZone for years all of my stuff i use to buying with them and is sad how they don't value us the customers the way we should i honestly sayWHAT A SHAME MARIA YOU MADEAUTOZONE LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER

Nice inventory, but service can be good or not so good, depending on when you go in. Only 1-2 staff in the store and they can be tied up with telephone calls and 1 other customer for awhile.

Been using Autozone for parts, etc for several years. Started when my sons were working at one part time during their HS and College years. ALWAYS have had good service and customer experience. I recently bought a replacement battery for my truck - a 36 month battery. Yesterday, just about 14 days shy of the warranty expiration, I go to get in the truck and the battery is dead. Took it to Autozone - they tested it and found it was bad and couldn't be recharged. Handed me a new battery, free of charge, and asked if they could install it even. Autozone = Awesome!!

Brandon and his crew mate (lovely young lady whose name I didn't get) were superstars this eventful Friday morning!!! I came in with my Acura low on oil (bone dry) and Brandon was unbelievably helpful. I AM/WAS clueless as to what type, how much AND HOW to put the oil IN my vehicle. Brandon went above and BEYOND helping me with selecting and putting the oil into my vehicle!!! Thank YOU Brandon! Thank you AUTO ZONE!!!

Zack and Jessica were the best!! My truck died on my me on the way home for the holidays & when the tow truck dropped me off, they were extremely quick about helping me troubleshoot the issue. (Bad battery and alternator) I was in a rush to install the new battery & alternator because I didn t want to keep them past closed time (especially the day before Christmas Eve) and they came out & lent a few extra hands and some moral support! Without them I definitely wouldn t have made it to Louisiana for the holidays.

UPDATE, was told by an employee today that they DO NOT take returns on unopened, untampered with, unused ac refrigerant which was a complete an utter lie, lazy employee just didn't want to be bothered. This store is the absolute worst. Went to another store, return wasn't a problem. I really need to spend my money somewhere else.

Angela was amazing. One of the hardest working people I ve ever had an experience with at any business. She went above and beyond my expectations and was a breath of fresh air. This AutoZone location has been incredible compared to other locations I ve been to. She has the utmost professionalism and knowledge of any employee I ve interacted with to date. She is fantastic! Proud to be a customer of this Auto Zone.

Came in for battery testing. Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful! Found out I needed a new battery so they helped me pick the right one and got it replaced quickly.

Logan was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us with our vehicle. It was near closing time and he still went outside to help us install a battery. Won't go anywhere but this autozone . They truly care about their customers.

I came to this store feeling rather desperate. I just had my car jump started and it was suggested that I not turn it off until I got back to Phoenix! In this heat I was scared, worried that I would have to stop someplace and be stuck. The person who assisted me was Isaac. He offered to test my battery, then sold me a new one and installed it. In less than 15 minutes I was back on my way, feeling so much better! I did not feel pressured to buy anything, I asked for information and he explained everything. If Isaac is an example of the people working for Auto Zone, then this is where I will go from now on! He was polite and professional, a huge asset to your location! Thank you, Isaac, for helping a very anxious grandma get back on the road safely!

So thankful that Kelly was there to save my day! A lady working there originally was helping us. Lack of any sort of customer service. She said can t and won t more than I counted.Kelly offered to go above and beyond so we weren t stranded with a dead battery. We were able to get on our way with warranty explained and battery suggested that saved us money. Wish everyone was as helpful as Kelly. He s great! Thank you!

Gregory was my knight in shining armor last night! Gregory is the ONLY reason for 5 stars. My truck needed a new battery so I went to my closest AutoZone. Charley ran the test confirming what I already knew and told me I could come back tomorrow to have it installed because they were shortstaffed. What the .? I told him my dad was too old to be lifting a battery that heavy and I certainly was not capable of changing it or I certainly would have. Remaining outside the store, I called AutoZone on Oracle/Magee and they gave me the same answer so I called O Reilly s across the street from them and they told me they come over as they could put in the battery. Unbeknownst to the staff, I was getting ready to leave when Gregory came out asking if he could look at the battery location to see if he could help. He looked at it, assessed it and told me he would be able to help by changing it for me. I am extremely grateful! Gregory is very professional, friendly and competent. I stayed outside and watched hoping to learn but I ll never be able to change the battery. It was no easy feat as it is is located in a tight space in the Silverado. Gregory went above and beyond. I m very appreciative and thankful he was working last night. AutoZone is very fortunate to have somebody like him on their staff. It was a pleasure. Thank you Gregory!

Alex Korell is super knowledgeable, efficient, professional but more importantly made me feel welcome and was so pleasant to interact with. She offered me multiple alternatives to the tools that will work best for my motorcycle. She even topped it off with a field trip in the parking lot to verify exact fit up. Couldn t be more pleased! Thank you Alex and thank you too the management for Obviously recognizing the importance of skilled and talented parts specialists. I Won t shop anywhere else since Alex has raised the bar in customer service!

Na^*+ (the manager) was unable to use the $10 off coupon because I couldn t find the barcode but I had the discount code (a combo of letters and numbers) So after I went home I found the coveted barcode. Went back and produced the barcode but was initially told I d have to buy another $50 worth of parts and then I could use it. (That s what the discount was for $10 off a $50 purchase)Finally another employee (Who was very nice and helpful) offered to charge me for the stuff again and then refund it so that I could use the coupon. Nathan s only concern was whether I was accusing him of saying something that I wasn t. He stayed glued to his phone most of the time and not interested in being the manager he claimed to be.This is the exact reason why I only use AutoZone when I have to. I also mentioned that the rental tool that I was returning didn t work. No response by anyone, like why didn t it work?Customer service sucks!

They refused to price match with a local competitor for the same product. When I asked why they've done it in the past on multiple occasions I got attitude from the manager and said they shouldn't have done it. I run a mobile repair buisness and use these guys often. Not anymore. Poor customer service
