I contacted Doug because I was having issues with getting my car to start. He arrived at my house to turn the key and tell me I needed to get it "running" first before he can help me. He never even popped the hood, try to jump start it or offer any suggestions on the issue. Not to mention he was rude and treated me like I was stupid. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!!!

This place was referred to me by someone else who is credible so I thought it would be a great experience. I was very wrong, actually it was far from it (a great experience). For starters, Doug (the boss im assuming) was blantently disrespectful at our first encounter. To follow up he pretty much was being rude about my cars condition, then offered no options on how to fix it. The only thing that he said was if you can get it "running" I'll take a look it. He ran no diagnostic or even asked any follow up questions. It was a brick wall working on a car....no help. I will never do business with them again.

Reached out to a man named Doug. Right from the start he had a very arrogant and derogatory attitude .Treated me as if i was mentally handicapped. When i asked questions he got an attitude and basically just left me hanging. Avoid this place if you need any real work done or just want to be respected as a customer .

Great experience! Hes always very friendly with me. Only issue is sometimes it may take an extra day or two. But I feel it's worth it for the customer service.
