Rose reassures every guest upon arrival and Ryan ensures accurate and reliable services are completed on every vehicle. I will never go anywhere else for our car needs!

Rose and Dustin are the most friendliest and welcoming people I have ever met for a mechanic shop. They outstandingly exceeded the out most amazing customer service while and got my entire front suspension done in just little as 2 days perfectly. I highly recommend this mechanical shop over any other I have seen or spoke to. Love you guys!

Rose always provides me with the best customer service. Every time I bring my car in I make sure to ask for her. She s very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable! She has my full trust and I don t think I can ever take my car anywhere else.

Ryan and Rose are the best. Rose is always friendly and cheerful. She quickly adds my car to the schedule. She has great customer service. Ryan always does a great job of educating me on what I need to do better to take good care of my car. He is straight forward and has lots of great background knowledge, especially for cars in AZ. I highly recommend going to this Brakes Plus store for any work you need on your car.

It is always a good experience taking my vehicles to Rose,Dustin, and staff at Brakes Plus. They're always friendly and professional when it comes to repairs and diagnosing problems. When I can't fix the small issues myself I take it to them and they repair my vehicles in a timely manner and really fair price, to sum it up I am very pleased and confident with their performance and I think you will too!

We've used this place a few times now and I couldn't be more impressed. David, Dustin, and Ryan have all been incredibly friendly, honest, and easy to work with. They just did a fairly simple repair for 1/3 of the price that Gateway Chevy quoted me, and they did it in an hour. (Gateway said they'd need to keep the car overnight.)It's tough to trust folks in the car business because there are so many slippery operators, but we're new loyal customers to this location.

Dustin was so helpful, he worked with me, called me back, and helped me get to a place where I could get the work my car needed done and I felt good about it. As a female, I m always weary about being taken advantage of. Dustin and Rose are great and so far the work has been great also!

My brakes went out a day after Thanksgiving and although this establishment was busy, they took a look at the car in shorts notice, made an assessment in a reasonable amount of time, and gave us a fair quote. My car had to stay overnight to be able to order parts and Rose was very kind and generous in helping me get back home by offering me a ride! Talk about great costumer service. Car is doing great. Very happy I found Brakes Plus in Litchfield Park. Will definitely be taking it back for other routine car maintenance and future repairs. Highly recommend.

We recently moved to the area and have previously used Brakes Plus in Scottsdale. We were so happy to have a wonderful experience today at the Litchfield location. Rose who is at the front desk was such a joy to meet and made sure all pertinent information was shared with us. My two adult children will be return customers. We will definitely bring my husband s Jeep there as well. Thank you

Just completed installing a lift kit on my 2021 Sierra and brought the truck in for alignment. Called in the morning and they completed the truck in the afternoon. Post alignment included an excellent discussion on the work performed. Dustin included requesting I drive the truck for some miles or get off-road then bring it back for a verification that the alignment was correct and ready for the long milesGreat customer service and very friendly environment. You all get my vote, thanks

I brought my car into Brakes Plus, because I thought it needed new brakes. The service technician completed an inspection, and he discovered it was a bad rear wheel bearing. They had an extremely difficult time removing the bad wheel bearing because of so much rust! The manager, David, went out and after a lot of hard work, he was able to get it out! David knew it was going to take a few hours, so he was even willing to call a Lyft ride for me to go home and then it would get me to return to the shop!! Rose, at the front desk, even offered to share her lunch with me!! They were all very kind and always trying their BEST to help me!! I would highly recommend this shop for all of your car needs!!

I brought my wife s car in to this BP location and they were absolutely amazing! I worked with Dustin the service advisor and he was extremely friendly and made sure I had all my questions answered! Alonzo worked on my Buick and he made sure everything was safe for my family!! I will be coming here for all my car needs!

Honestly, I was stuck between a 3.5 and 4. But what keeps it as a four are the people from the desk to the shop. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, honest and accommodating. I needed fast work prior to taking my truck off road and out of state and they worked genuinely to make it happen. The work was done and done well. However, be cautious when given a time for 1. Drop off versus 2. When work on the vehicle will actually begin. TWO times I was provided with times that were off. That said, this is a new shop and it seems they re working hard to get the ebb and flow right. I bet four and five stars become the norm. Thanks, Brakes Plus.

Rose was wonderful! She took me back into the shop to show me what was wrong with my son's brakes, shocks, and struts. I've always been curious about car repairs, so I loved having someone who would help me understand the process. Thank you, Rose!

5 stars for the customer service. 3 stars for company policy/practices. Dustin and Rose were great to work with and friendly. I booked my appointment the day before which was nice and easy to do. Arrived the next morning. Waiting room was very clean and well kept. They weren t too busy which was nice. I was greeted by Dustin. We discussed my issue and he had a tech start looking at my car immediately. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and they recommended new pads and rotors because the rotors were under spec . After doing some digging online and talking to Dustin more, we determined new rotors weren t needed after all and could get by w a machining. I understand that s it s easier just to use a general minimum rotor thickness to recommend replacement to customers. But my Toyota ones were not below the minimum thickness stamped on the rotors nor would they have been after another machining and after using up a new pad set. I could ve paid $200 plus more dollars for this unnecessary service luckily I didn t. I would recommend to anyone to understand what your true minimum thickness is and get them machined instead of getting new ones if you can don t waste your money. Overal the pads are working great, the service was great, Dustin was very kind to bring me into the garage multiple times to show me things. I just didn t like how they were initially pushing me to buy new rotors when I didn t need them.

I ve been to a lot of different places for service on my truck but I feel that this Litchfield Park location always goes that extra mile for me. Rose was awesome in her communication with me. She even called me with an update right before she went home.

Took the Yukon in for Brake Inspection at Litchfield Park location on Jackrabbit, and quickly realized I had neglected my brakes since moving to the Valley and learning to drive on the 10. Rose explained everything well, worked with me on how to break down the repairs needed, and we were back in business in less than 1.5hrs of the Inspection starting. Will be returning for the service, 100%.

I have used Brakes Plus in the past on Watson and had good results. This new location is more convenient for me so I thought I would try. The customer service provided by Rose was top notch. I will definitely recommend.

I scheduled an appointment to have my tires rotated for my suv. I spoke to Dustin and he asked if I could swing by, just to determine that all my tires were the same size. He said this was important because it was not uncommon for the maker to have slight tire differences. On Wednesday I came in before close for the quick inspection. He said that I came in late but would be very happy to get me in. I thought that was very kind but reminded him I had an appointment for Saturday. Saturday came and they are so sweet and very attentive!!! I will definitely return!

Thanks to Rose, my experience at Brakes Plus was seamless. I booked the appointment online, called in to verify the oil type my car required was available, and she ordered it in advance of my appointment to avoid any delays. They've earned my business for future maintenance work.

These guys are awesome, both Dustin and Rose are super helpful, knowledgeable and very trustworthy, I highly recommend this place! Even though my repair was more involved than I expected, they explained every detail so I never had to question the legitimacy of the repairs. My kind of peeps, I ll definitely be back when the need arises.

This is first time coming to Brakes Plus.When I first called a nice gentleman answered and I asked him about an oil change. He took the time to explain pricing and any other questions I had. The confidence, calmness, and customer friendly service had me sold at scheduling an appointment the same day. They able to get me in and out in no time.I will make sure any other further needs for my car comes to Brakes Plus!The two gentleman who assisted are named David and Mike. I can t say enough great things about this place! I ve been in so many times since they opened that I m pretty sure every employee there has helped me out at least once. Every one of them are so friendly. I ve worked with Dustin the most and he s awesome! He s always honest with me and is extremely helpful. I stopped going to the dealership for their garbage service and will only take my truck to this Brakes Plus.I had a check engine light come on and the code was telling me it was my catalytic converter. They took the time to really check everything and found that it was my turbo assembly that was throwing the code. They replaced the turbo, kept me updated on their progress and got it back to me much faster than what my dealership quoted me.On another occasion, I went in for an oil change and during their inspection, they found that I had a leak in my struts. I made a separate appointment to get them done and again, they fixed everything while keeping me updated and I got it back quick.I m so glad I have a place that I trust to take my truck to!
