Not good! U-Haul ordered The wrong hitch which did not fit on my car, wasted an hour and a half waiting for the hitch to go on which never happened +3 hours Dr. time there and back. Very disappointed. They ordered a different hitch and I ve got to go back and do it all over again!

These guys swooped in a saved the day while we were on vacation. They were super helpful, sympathetic, and made sure our vehicle was safe to drive after a botched wiring install at a different location
