T & T mobile RV repair has been wonderful. They installed a new air conditioner and water heater in my RV. I had moved to the Verde Valley and there was a leak in the water heater. I ve had the pleasure of using T&T Mobile RV Service approximately 5 times over the past two years. Without fail each time has, hands down, been the best experience I could hope for from a business. They are professional, at the same time being very personable and pleasant. I feel they are honestly concerned for me and my situation. They listen and then take care of the problem in a timely manner. From the time Terri answers the phone and I explain what i need, to the time Todd arrives to remedy whatever the problem is I feel like I m in good hands, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for someone who is skilled in the services they provide, they are both honest and dependable. I don t believe you ll find anyone better in the White Mountains to take care of your RV maintenance needs. I can tell you I won t be looking anywhere else Thanks you guys, for always coming through

The company is not local. Leaves for the winter,and does not stand behind their work.Experienced subpar repairs, safety concerns, and unsatisfactory customer service. Got charged $590 with an $80 part for 5 hours of labor to fix RV propane heater that broke again 4 hours later in subfreezing temperatures. improperly tightened inlet caused a propane leak. The work area wasn't cleaned.Repair was on a Friday. He said he had to hurry cause at 5, he had to leave. Notified them about the leak and heater not working following Monday. Let them know that we had no money left after the 595 dollar charge.Her response was quoted straight from her text was.Sorry to hear that. We are heading down south for the winter on Wednesday.The worst part of this service is leaving me with a propane leak. This could have killed my wife and I.

RV problems are never fun and usually stressful! So when you find a reliable, reasonably priced repair company, the stress evaporates! Thank you Todd for coming when you said you would and fixing our water heater. We also appreciated the education you provided as we looked over your shoulder and asked numerous questions. Next time we have a problem, we'll be calling you!

Todd actually helped us out twice, the first time he was working next door to where we were staying in an RV park and we had a quick question regarding the slide valve for our black water tank. It was stuck and he was able to get it to move easily and gave us tips as to keep it that way. No charge!! Then our refrigerator stopped working on AC and wouldn't switch over to propane. He had a full schedule but worked us in and when he came out he was able to get the propane on the refrigerator working, we told him he had the "magic touch" and was like the "Maytag repair man"! He was then able to trouble shoot the electric feature on our refrigerator, it was an older model and he was able to find and order two new electronic boards and voila we now have a refrigerator that is once again working on both AC and propane! It is not only working but is cooling way better and we actually had to turn down the setting!! Todd was professional, yet friendly he went above and beyond to help us. We'd highly recommend Todd, and the bonus he is a veteran that also served our country! The best to you Todd!

We had a battery problem on our RV, and called T&T in the hopes that we could get service while we were camping in Show Low.Teri answered the phone right away and Todd made time in his schedule to come out the next day--they really accommodated us, and Todd not only diagnosed and fixed the battery problem, but he also educated us on several other things we didn't know about our RV. We had a great experience with Todd and Teri, and will definitely use them in the future--in fact, we would make a special trip up from the Valley to bring our RV to them again!Service: Battery

I live in a 5th wheel so I have to make sure everything is working as it needs to. I was having some issues and they came out and fixed all the problems for me. I highly recommend this company. We had a water leak and were leaving the next day for Albuquerque.Todd came out and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. Teri and Todd are great to work with, and I highly recommend them.

They charge you $180 just to come out and it's goes up from there.He a veteran and doesn't even offer a veterans discount.
