From the moment I drove into the dealership, I was greeted by Michelle, the sales representative, who was not only friendly but also incredibly professional.Michelle's approach was refreshing, as she provided us with all the necessary information without any hint of pressure. She genuinely seemed interested in helping us find the perfect RV that suited our needs and preferences. Her knowledge and expertise were evident as she guided us through the various options available, ensuring that we were well-informed throughout the process.One of the things that stood out to me was Michelle's willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. My wife and I have bought several campers throughout the country and to be completely honest this was the best experience we have had. We bought a new 2021 Montana 3855BR Fifth wheel. Great people all the way around over here. The walk through on the new trailer was by far the best I've ever had we have been living in campers for the last 8 years and I learned a lot during the walk through. It was an all around fun and great experience

RV Country has left me in a bad position! Twice I attempted to purchase a new rv and twice they dropped the ball! The sales rep was a wonderful person and did try to make it work out, however the Sales Manager and Finance persons were the bad ones. Case 1, the finance person went out of the office for several days with NO backup to pursue his duties. Case 2, the coach we wanted was a new one from the factory, a large deposit was placed on it for delivery to our town; several days later we were told RV Country had it on a "60 day hold." In fact I was told most all rv's marked as "sale pending" on their website are actually on hold status. BURN ME ONCE YOUR FAULT, BURN ME TWICE MY FAULT. Never again will I do business with RV Country also known as Paul Evert's RV.

After I called and quarried if they had what I wanted to c...they said they had 3. When I arrived they wouldn't come out 2c what I wanted. Then finally Tom said they don't even carry what I wanted. TURN OFF!!

Michelle at the Lakeside location is very helpful! Highly recommended talking to her if you are in the market for an RV!

Used car sales, lots of lip with no follow through. Still waiting for my plates and title. They screwed up the financing and lost the keys. Had to push to get them to do what they promised and didn't do all. Not sure if it's the location or the company.

Between Butch ,Tawny,Toni,and TKAY,and Tim....they totally rock...and everyone needs a pay increase...best service in show low if not statewide.....Steve....a very grateful veteran
