I was very impressed by the knowledge and experience of Chase, the assistant manager of this store. Came in with questions about the routine maintenance of my lawn tractor and left with the parts I needed to make it happen! Thank you!

I've gone into this store a numerous of times but I have to say the Manager Chris is the most helpful and caring manager I've ever came across at a part store. He went out of his way to answer all my questions I had and help me. He deserves a big gold star and raise. You don't find many people who go beyond their customer service skills to help someone. But Chris did and I thank him.

Upon my arrival I'm always greeted with in the first minute and asked if I need help. Not only are they willing to help if they usually walk with me and get the stuff carry it to the register and check me out O'Reilly's is a quick one stop destination whenever I am needing Auto Care

Wyatt was very helpful. Informed me that the windshield wiper fluid I bought would not be good for freezing weather. Good note to have it gone before winter

Excellent customer service. We had a bad bearing late on a Sunday and the staff were friendly and loaned us tools and allowed us to do the repair right in the parking lot. Thank you!

I would have given them more stars if they were a little friendlier I would have given them more stars. They were not helpful the guy at CarQuest down the street was more helpful for them and seem to know more about their store than they did.

I was going fishing at 5 a.m. when my battery died. Got a jump and went to O"Reilly's at 7:30, and Chris (the manager) had new battery installed by 7:50 and I was on my way. Couldn"t have asked for better service. Thanks.

The actual store itself is pretty well stocked like other auto stores. However, the employees aren't that welcoming or nice.
