Best experience with windshield replacement EVER! Ethan W. (the technician) gave me plenty of notice about his ETA, showed up when expected, was super friendly, AND taught me a little about the windshield. He also informed me that a previous replacement company had cut the wires to my heated windshield (without any notice or ask for permission!! ) and showed me the parts. He even gave me a body shop recommendation for some other work my car needs.The whole process with Mountain Mobile was smooth, everyone was friendly, and they gave me a gift card which was awesome. I d definitely recommend!

Could not be happier with the customer service and work done by Ethan. Will be recommending them to anyone who needs help with their auto glass/windows. Everyone there is so friendly and they do honest work for a great price. Thanks Mountain Mobile!

They get two stars for many reasons. First we had to wait almost an hour past our appointment time because they decided to test out a protection coating on the managers vehicle, leaving myself and another customer waiting. Then the kid did the front and back window in record time, of 30 minutes. The tint in the front looks like garbage. The tech scratched up my paint around the back window, didn't bother to clean anything up either. The staff in the office wasn't very professional, the office smells like old cigarettes and honestly we will never go back there. So much for trying to support local. I'd suggest finding another local shop to help anyone out. First time and very last time I'll use them and I will not recommend anyone else there. Bad service and not friendly people like the reviews state.

While camping in the area, we had a glass issue. So grateful for these guys! They did a great job, and they stood behind their workmanship. Exceptional warranty service!They made us feel like family. I definitely recommend them.

This is a great place for tint and windshield repair. The staff is awesome and they do great work. I had some chips repaired and then some front windows tinted. The installer was awesome and showed me how and what he was doing. The work seems to be quality and this place is close to home, so that is a win. Thanks guys for all your work!

Great Customer service - from the front office to the person that installed our new windshield. The installation was completed at our home. Excellent work. With heavy rain after the installation, we have not had any problems with our windshield leaking. I would recommend Mountain Mobile to everyone!

What a great experience with Mountain Mobile Glass! Just friendly staff and servicemen! We had 2 vehicles done at the same time! They were careful and efficient and did perfect work! We truly appreciate all their effort to satisfy their customers! I highly recommend to use them for any of your mobile glass needs!

My insurance had me install a app where I had to take pics of the windshield. Guess I'm to old to figure it out. The lady told me to go to any mountain auto glass and they would be glad to help. A really nice lady at the pinetop branch did it for me, great customer service.

Mountain Mobile Auto Glass has great customer service and a good special package. The receptionist did a 3 way with my auto insurance company to file the claim, I had to reschedule my appointment last minute, and she was kind and helpful! The next day the service technician came early and replaced my windshield; clean and timely job. Plus the Mother's Day Special is awesome!!!

These guys were great they came by my wife's work and changed the windshield. She didn't have to miss any work and she got some Goodies Like a Spa treatment breakfast and lunch. We are very happy with mountain mobile auto and we would recommend them to everyone.

Kevin was very nice! Called me to tell me he was on his way, which I REALLY appreciated! He answered right away when I called back with a question. He was proactive about offering me the promo items (some companies make you ask!). He gave me instructions how to take care of my new windshield the next few days and even remembered wishing on my car before. EXCELLENT, GENUINE service. Thank you!

Nate called and said he'd be here by noon. He arrived early ( which was super great) and knocked out our windshield in an extremely timely manner. He was professional and extremely courteous. We ve used these guys many times and they re always great. They do a great job, are always prompt and friendly, and their amazing incentives don t hurt either! Over the years we ve been gifted movie tickets, vouchers for meals at local restaurants, a check, and most recently a voucher for a massage at a business in town. Awesome business.

Mountain Mobile Auto Glass is Always outstanding with great customer service all the way around. My family has been using them since we moved to AZ, almost 4 years ago. Nate was friendly, courteous, and professional. He came out on a windy day and still managed to get the job done fast and flawlessly. I was more than impressed :-). I highly recommend MMAG!!! Can't beat their incentives either. Win/Win!

My technician Kevin was prompt and did an excellent job in well under an hour. This is the second vehicle windshield I've had them replace for me and I will never use another company. They're very professional, friendly and the incentives are great! I recommend them to anyone in need of a windshield replacement.

Bryan and Caden came out to Little Colorado Behavioral Health Center and replaced a windshield for a company vehicle. They were very professional and service was great. Able to get our vehicle back on the road safely.Thank you both so much.

I love this place! There are so many times that living on the mountain is frustrating because of supply and demand. It has been rare to receive quality work, and they actually show up when they promise. I have used Mountain Mobile twice already and love their service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Fast, friendly service. I literally just unlocked the door and walked away! New windshield in less than 20 minutes, receipt inside, and that was it! Only issue was my door was unlocked, good thing I was at the workplace. But otherwise, terrific job! I would definitely recommend or use again!

Had my windshield replaced by Kevin kerr and his wife. They are the most amazing people. Great customer service! They were fast friendly and efficient. I will recommend them to my family and friends and anyone reading this review. Don't hesitate call moutain mobile auto glass! 10 stars!

Mountain Mobile is good to work with. The customer service is quick and friendly. Scheduling was flexible and the installer was able to setup a good time that worked. TY Kevin for providing quality work, and getting the work done despite the freezing weather.

Your installer Caden did an excellent job on replacing my windshield. He was not bothered by me watching him work. All the while he explained what he was doing and why. You need to increase his pay or pay his milage at the federal reimbursement rate.

Friendly, courteous, and professional. Brad and Patti came out to our place in the middle of nowhere during one of our typical high wind days and did an amazing job on our 2015 Subaru Outback. Brad also fixed an issue left by a previous installer (NOT Mountain Mobile).Highly recommended and these guys will be our go-to for any more work.

Mountain mobile auto glass is the best around! They're courteous and thoughtful and even agreed to make my appointment at the exactly the time that I needed. They were fast and friendly when they arrived and did a wonderful job

Bryan & Caden came to my house when they were unable to replace the front windshield due to personnel shortage - which was even more convenient for me. They were both so friendly and efficient! It was a pleasure to have them at our home. Thank you!!

Professional, easy to work with, and quick. Mountain Mobile Auto Glass was able to quickly handle my claim through my insurance and take care of everything. I'll definitely go back if I ever need future glass repairs.
