Great work, good prices, trustworthy. Jim has resolved several difficult issues on my dodge ram and on my 1 ton Ford diesel. Best shop and mechanic I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend J&S !!!

Recently my husband and I took the kids up to pine top for a mini vacation while he saw some of his accounts up there. When we were checking out of the resort, our diesel truck wasn t starting. Luckily, we found someone to help us give it a jump start. We didn t make it far before we realized the truck wasn t shifting gears the way it should. We pulled into an O reilleys and the worker recommended we go to J&S Patriot Auto, which was right down the road. My husband explained to Jim what was going on and he said unfortunately he wouldn t be able to look at it until Monday (it was Saturday). In the car we had two 12 year olds and a very unhappy teething baby with a fever trying to make it home to Queen Creek before the snow storm. When Jim realized that, he said he would try to fit us in. We were so grateful! Turns out we needed a new alternator. We had to wait on the part for a couple hours in the waiting room, but again, we were just so grateful. He was a pleasure to talk to and he did a great job on our vehicle. We couldn t recommend this place enough!!!! FIVE STARS!!!

Jim and his shop tackled one hell of a phantom issue with my 87 YJ this last fall. It's so nice to have a local shop that I completely trust and respect.Class act start to finish.Pretty sure the cat owns the place.:)

Had an intermittent noise I couldn't track down, thought it was upper ball jont. They couldn't duplicate it, but re-torqued and greased everything in the front end. Found a torn ball joint boot but re packed with grease and said wasn't due for replacement yet. Very honest and fair, will definitely return.

They are honest and do really good work in a timely manner, no hassle or pushy Ness to add more to make money. Just fair and that's what people need in this economy, I take all my vehicles there and will continue to do so!

Cannot say enough good things about this place! I m always worried about being taken advantage of and from the moment I walked in, they were the kindest and most up front people ever. They even gave recommendations to other places for services they don t provide and I ve had other people back up what they are saying is correct with their recommendations. As for my car, they fixed what I had tried to have fixed three other times and they did it in no time. Highly recommend them!!!

Having moved to Pinetop full-time, I need to locate a mechanic to replace the one I had in Mesa. From a short list of recommended prospects, I decided to try J&S first. They completed a thorough exam of our van, changed oil & filter, & made a couple of recommendations. I feel confident our drive to CA will be worry free from car issues. If you need friendly, caring and honest people to work on your car that you can trust..in my opinion J&S Patriot Automotive is the place to go..being a senior citizen with no one to advise me or work on my car..this is my choice for the future..

Great Family Business located just outside of space and time for those with eyes to see . Dr. Jim is a Master Wizard and will have you up and running in no time without a bunch of unnecessary Bibble Babble and expense .
