A few weeks ago, someone put a dent in my car, because the wind slammed their car door into my rear passenger door. The people were nice enough to be honest and have their insurance pay for the damage. I brought the car to Heck's collision and in just a few days they had the car fixed and it looks like brand new again. Flawless repair, fast and they also kept me updated the whole time from drop off until pick up. Five stars well-deserved. I can only recommend this business.Also a big compliment to the ladies at the front desk. They are very helpful and courteous.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The replacement of the doors, Disassembly, additional supplies, painting and reinstallment, was perfect. The color and precision location is amazing. It did take the month to receive it's completion, was a bit not my intention of favorable delayed time. Also, no calls or any information for 3 weeks until I called for status requests, was not the greatest occasion for favorable customer care.I'll most likely give a thumbs up to friends and others, just make sure to take the extra 3-4 months to fix any issues.

Heck s is 10/10.. recently got into an accident & my side curtain airbags on my truck deployed, my seatbelts were locked & no longer able to use.. my insurance recommended Heck s Collision & I m glad they did. Beautiful service, great customer service.. my truck looks brand new & it only stayed in the shop for a month. Totally worth the wait. Thank you Heck s! & thank you Chris for always answering my phone calls and answering every little question I had about my truck. :)

Took my car in for some major repairs.About $5000 worth.3 months ago and still no bezel for the left fog light.Has zip ties holding the plastic underneath.Took them a couple of weeks longer than they said it would take.Had to return the rental car after 30 days and then no car for a couple of weeks.I would not recommend them.

They repainted the gas tank on my 2003 100th anniversary Screaming Eagle. It could not have been done any better if it come from the factory. Your hospitality is great

I would use Heck's again. I bet most customers feel that way. Probably why he is so busy. Excellent paint match on bumper replacement. Actual costs were less than estimate which they did not have to disclose. I was reimbursed. Gives you a really warm feeling.

So this will be the second time I've been forced to use this sub par collision center. I've instructed my insurance to send it to the valley next time, where there is enough competition for businesses to actually have to try to be good. Even when they didn't have Christmas as an excuse they took two months to to even look at my car. Now they are apparently going to be closed for the entire second half of December, Of course after they took my vehicle and said it wouldn't take long to get an estimate for the insurance. Seriously if you want your car back in less than 3 months you're better off going to literally any other collision center.

Don t know where to begin. To say my experience was incredible doesn t begin to describe my review of Heck s. From my first contact with Hunter, welcoming us to Heck s, thru the entire process of fixing both front quarter panels, right and left side, I can t say enough. The workmanship was Perfect and we were kept informed almost daily of the work progress. Very, very, professional!Thanks Craig, Chris & Hunter, .....and everyone who helped with the repair of my Highlander. I had some prepare were done basically the driver side of the car. Very friendly helpful people . The work was excellent and they did it really well. The car was with them for 3 times the number of days they said it would be because of problems getting parts in a timely manner.

Refused to do an estimate once they learned we had pre-approval from our insurance company. Just wanted us to make an appointment for the repair. Told the man behind the counter, I had spoken with Craig on the phone about getting an estimate & he still wouldn't do the estimate. Only wanted us to make an appointment & I guess give them carte Blanche to charge the insurance company whatever they want. I don't do business with shady outfits like this.

I have no experience with the shop itself, I can say this company has no integrity what so ever towards pedestrians.While walking our puppy thru our neighborhood one of there marked trucks practically ran us off the road, and pelted us with cinders. I reached out to them thru voice mail I didn't receive a call back.

Was just there to start a conversation on restoring my truck. With 2 people behind the desk they wouldn't even look at it and said they couldn't get to it for 2-3 years. Don't bother with them. I would've been fine to have a conversation and plan something out at the least. Instead I'll look in the valley or elsewhere.

They took longer then anticipated they however were very upfront about that. Ordering parts is taking longer due to Covid. They did a great job on my car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This place is absolutely amazing! I m not sure why these are low reviews, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They did an amazing job on the repairs of my Hyundai, were so friendly and communicated to keep me up to date on the status of the repairs. Thank you Hecks!!! Chris was absolutely wonderful!
