Excellent all the way! The receptionist is polite, personable and professional. She made an appointment right away for me. Had an oil change and they came across a problem and fixed it right away! They also pointed out some serious issues that require attention. I would say that I received impeccable service. They have awesome prices that I am sure can't be beat. Thankful to have found them.

C & C Auto Repair is wonderful I was recommended to them by several friends of mine and have not been disappointed. The are a very honest repair shop always have charged me an honest price. Needed to get a headlight replaced, which is expensive and difficult on my model of vehicle. Initially reached out to the dealership nearby. Not only did they not follow-up about the appointment, they texted me repeatedly to try to sell me a car. Annoying, but a blessing in disguise as C&C was referred to me by a couple of friends. Great folks - not only were they affordable, they were very fast and very friendly. Had them address a couple of other issues as well while they had my vehicle. Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Oil change

Called and they got me in the next day. My truck was stuck in 4wd and is highly modified for wheelchair accessible use. It's my only way of getting around. They had me park right in front of the entrance and checked the computer codes right there. After a few minutes of checking they cleared the codes and got it working again. They didn't even charge me. They will be my go to shop for their honesty and helpfulness.

Our truck is still in the shop, I will give C and C automotive in Lakeside my highest recommendation, great people to work with and the young lady in the office is awesome, and they will do their damnedest to get your truck fixed, they're just waiting on parts, and if they can't find the part, they're going to see if they can make the part, that is outstanding,thank you !!!!

C C Auto has been more than reasonable for work done on me and my mom's car. I couldn't say enough about how great my truck runs! I highly recommend CC Auto. It's a family run business that has been around a long time. Local is the way to go!

This place consistently offers reliable, honest and effective service. Moreover, they tell you exactly what a problem is, and if you suspect that some parts of your vehicle need to be fixed or replaced, but they actually don't, they tell you not to waste your money. This is integrity, a commodity rarely found in many other places.

I use C&C exclusively for my auto repairs on the mountain. They have always taken care of my issues at what I felt was a reasonable cost in a reasonable frame of time. Even a few oddball projects outside the realm of simple repair were no problem (installation of a truckbed mounted crane, for example.)

Randy was very knowledgeable and honest. I had an oil leak, he could have charged me for repair and just told me the oil filter was loose. Very honest. recommend him to anyone

I was traveling through Pinetop and noticed a slight leak. I asked the owner of Lake of the Woods Resort for the name of a good mechanic. She said she used C&C ! It couldn t have worked out better. With in 5 minutes I could tell that Randy was a good guy. They did some testing and found everything was fine. A little seepage was normal. I was ready to spend up to $500 but was sent off without a bill. You know you can t always expect a freebie but I can guarantee you a good guy.

They were busy but were able to squeeze us in because our truck wouldn t start after turning it off. They were friendly and professional and even helped us out with another minor problem after fixing the main problem. They didn t charge us for the minor problem! Very good people at this place!

While in Pinetop on a short visit my Volvo throttle started sticking intermittently. It's 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and I had to drive back to Phoenix on Sunday morning. I called C & C Auto Repair and asked if they could take a look at it. Without hesitation they told me to come on over. Within a couple of minutes they found a cable that had been improperly mounted and was off its guide. Problem solved and no cost for this friendly fast help? They wished me a good day. Now that's service!

Always goes above and beyond on all the services that they've done definitely 1 of the best The first thing I look for in any service that I use is Honesty and C&C has always been honest 2nd is to complete service completely without shortcuts and C&C has never shortcut any repair and does the small things others over look to insure the repair lasts

Use to patronize the place. Marital difficulties, wife appears n disappears. Service is better without her. Began ripping me off, I felt. Stopped going.
