I'm only giving them one star cause Google won't let me give them zeroI will never do business with this place, ever. We came up with some friends to get their RV that was on consignment with Blue Diamond.We drove 4 hours because our friends decided to sell their RV by themselves instead of this place selling it.There was an agreement made with the owner on how much the fees would be to get their RV. My friends had the money order in hand, and we had a truck for the camper.We got to Blue Diamond, and the company had blocked the RV in, and only one person on staff.The manager was on the phone with the Secretary and wouldn't release the camper. Everything had been agreed upon before we ever left Mesa to get the camper.We called the Sheriffs office. Its the only way we could get back my friends trailer. They had all the correct paperwork and owned it outright.. When my friends dad bought the trailer it cost about $7000. This blue diamond told my friends its only worth around $1000. Then later the owner said it might be worth $2500.There is mischief afoot here. They weren't honest or truthful. They tried to hang on to property that wasn't theirs. We now have to drive back tomorrow for another 4 hours roundtrip to pick up a trailer that isn't theirs.I have never been more angry in my life. This place has not been a pleasant experience. Another day off spent driving to get something that is not even Blue Diamonds property.

My husband and I dropped by to look at used trailers and ended up having obscenities yelled after us as we left. It all started this way: we were looking at a 5th wheel on the property. Dan, who announced himself as the owner of the business in Show Low as well as Yuma, came over to us and we asked him a few simple (we thought) questions about the RV. He couldn't tell us anything about it and suggested we go to his office. We just wanted to know how long the trailer was, its weight, and what he was selling it for. In the office, he forgot the make and model of the trailer and had to be reminded a couple of times. He wouldn't just give us a simple answer to "how much" and brought out this big paper binder that gave high and low retail prices for probably every RV ever made. When we couldn't get a simple answer, we got up to leave, saying this wasn't going to work for us. That really upset him apparently and, as we were walking out, he yelled at us to leave. In response, I dropped his business card on the ground and then he shouted out, "Get out of here you effing a__holes". Wow! Needless to say we won't be going back. This guy has some very serious issues. We plan to wave and honk our horn everytime we drive by.

Stay away from this business at all costs. They lie, cheat and steal. They should not have a license to treat people as they do. Dan Esch is a poor example of a man. If he gives you his word you it means nothing.I bought a 5th wheel from him and it was a terrible experience.

Was looking for small motorhome, didn't have what i was looking for, but had some really nice motorhomes and RV's there.
