We were having issues with our vehicle overheating (we just got it back from a different mechanic shop that kept it for about a month) we just got the vehicle back on 01/18/2024. 01/20/2024 was the first time we drove it out. We went to get the oil and tires rotated. Afterwards, we were going to try and hurry up and run some errands to spend time with family but we found that our vehicle was overheating again. We stopped by Big O Tires for some assistance, the front desk clerk mentioned that she didn t have a mechanic scheduled to come in for work but would call to see if he could come in. The mechanic came in and was extremely helpful, he even found that the other location that "supposedly" fixed our thermostat didn t bleed the coolant lines so this mechanic went ahead and took care of that for us, he also gave me a quick lesson on what to look for if my vehicle overheats and what to do. In the process of the mechanic checking our vehicle, my husband noticed that a part is missing from our vehicle, that part cannot be removed easily. Come business hours next week, I have some business to take care of with the other mechanic shop and will make certain that they replace the piece they removed or lost. Thank-you Big O Tires (in Show Low and Lakeside location) you have been an extreme help for us and would recommend you if anyone is in need of assistance. Big O Tires are extremely respectful, efficient and have great customer service.

Needed 4 tires quickly for a trailer that had a blowout. They had the tires in stock and were able to get me in quickly and balance and put on the tires in ~ 20-30 mins. They Even checked the pressure in the tires on my truck and added what I needed. And to top off the good service they texted me the next day to see if everything was OK with the new tires. We ll done big O in lakeside

After reading Derek Webers comment I understand. Why does a company make appointments if they can't keep them. And why can't they communicate with you while you wait. I waited for 30 min and was there 15 min early before they opened. They found out that I was in an accident and then made an excuse that they couldn't work on my vehicle knowingly I had to wait for my truck to get finished. I couldn't wait and had to go to work. What a waist of time. Get your work done somewhere else.

Ralph, my husband and I both had our tires repaired at Big O within one week of each other. The Big O team was very professional, courteous and the service was fast and excellent.I highly recommend Big O in Pinetop/Lakeside, AZ.

Unfortunately this shop left a bad taste in my mouth and will never attempt to give them business again, I showed up exactly when they opened in hopes I could get new tires mounted in a timely manner. I watched over 6 people get their vehicles serviced that showed up after I had as walk ins. I waited for over an hour for absolutely nothing. I run a business and I don't have time to be skipped over all day, I need my truck for daily business and even called the day before and was assured I would be taken care of if I showed up at opening. Unless you're there for a quick flat repair you will be waiting a long time. I will always caution anyone who chooses to use this shop.

My girlfriend's car was way overdue for an oil change. The dealer was booking out 3 months. I noticed this place it opened in my neighborhood and gave them a call and we were in the next day.The service was excellent and the car was ready before I expected it.

Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation in keeping with an advertised special. They were prompt, friendly, and did a good job.Notably, they didn't try upsell me any fictional needs (like some other oil change places) nor add extra fees or anything to the price of the job...which I've also had happen elsewhere. Would go back again.

Great staff, attentive and always updating me on what is going on with my vehicle as well as price. This location also righted a wrong from a previous store which is why I trust them 100%. Technician was quick and done in a timely manner. Thank you

Glenn, Charlotte and Ruben saved me from having to drive to the nearest Honda dealer in Flagstaff to get my problem fixed. Come to find out, all it needed was a new battery! They also finished the shocks/struts job of a previous Big O in Mesa. So grateful!

We had a trailer tire go down while camping. Called several tire stores and they were either closed or hours long wait. They had us in and done in fifteen minutes and loaded and unloaded for us.
