You may want to stay away from this AutoZone in Pinetop-Lakeside. if you are going to need help with your car/truck. They always use liability as an excuse to not help you. Once they refused to help me put antifreeze in my car and another time they said they couldn t help me install tire chains I bought from there. A friend who lives close by said he had issues with these guys. They don t want to get out and help. He recommends going across the street to O Reilly. They will help you like an auto parts shop is supposed to.

Steve the manager and all his guys are just the Best! I had a issue with parts I bought there and Steve and AutoZone worked it out ! Thank you Thank you! You guys are the best! My new auto parts store! I Highly recommends AutoZone in Pinetop AZ.

The alternator went out in our car Labor Day weekend while we were in Pinetop. With everything closed we decided to replace it ourselves. The tow truck dropped us off at Auto Zone. I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere! The manager, Josh, went above and beyond to help us. I also want to thank Bailey for helping us with a jump start! These gentlemen made our day! Thank you guys so much!

Josh was amazing, very knowledgeable, it took him 10 minutes on a cold snowing day to change my battery. He needs a raise he was so helpful and nice . Thank you so much !!!

We needed a new battery and the store manager personally assisted with the removal of the old and installation of the new battery. Highly recommend for exceptional customer service. Great price on the battery as well.

We stopped because our car was low on oil. Joshua, the store manager, was incredibly helpful. We are very grateful. In addition to being a nice guy, he is very knowledgeable and competent.

We received the best service we've ever had at this AutoZone. We needed wiper blades and fluid. Upon completion of the transaction they offered to fit the blades onto the car. They were kind, fast, and helpful. The store was absolutely immaculate. I won't hesitate to come to this AutoZone again when I need anything for my car.

We were attending the Show Low film festival in Pinetop/Show Low AZ over the weekend when our Honda CR-V with under 14,000 miles on it, appeared to have electrical issues. We took the vehicle to AutoZone in Pinetop on Sunday to have the battery tested, we were greeted by Adam. Adam was very kind, honest, professional, and efficient. Once it was determined to be a bad battery, Adam advised us to replace the battery to get back to the valley safely, and then submit the receipt to Honda for reimbursement under our warranty through Honda. Adam also advised that we take the core back with us to to Honda for inspection. Honda said that Adam was right to advise us to do that. I highly recommend this AutoZone location. Both Adam and Josh did everything perfectly to get us back on the road quickly.

Last Wednesday, April 14th it was late in the day & I had just pulled my car out of storage after 1 1/2 years. After I jumped the dead battery I knew I needed a new battery. Went to Auto Zone in Pinetop and asked a gentleman named Joshua if I could purchase one and could someone there install it into my car. He did and was cheerful and answered my questions while installing. Sorry it took me so many days to post this, but want everyone to know that Joshua and Auto Zone are GREAT! Thank you Joshua!!!!

My boyfriend is fixing up an older chevy truck that's had some issues. The guys at autozone are always willing to help him trouble shoot and steer him in the right direction. Prices are reasonable but their customer service and knowledge is excellent.

While I was a state away, I called because of a battery issue my wife was having. Josh went above and beyond to identify the issue and help define a solution. He could have just sold more parts or a new battery, but instead he solved the problem relieving a lot of stress for my family. Thank you Josh and thanks Pinetop Autozone.

I had an amazing experience with one of the employees he went the extra definitely to get my battery change and get me back on the road after a few scared knuckles of course I recommend this Auto Zone for everyone's business.

This location atlest has a lot of stock and parts available. As long as they have inventory, I will be back and will recommend. There isn't really anything that makes them stand out, just location and inventory. Thanks guys for the help!

Folks here are A++ ok! Came in from Tucson and bought some windshield wipers. They saw that I was having some trouble outside in the snow replacing what I have. Helped me immediately with no second thoughts.! :)

Experienced older staff and younger ones just want to know what part you want and get you out the door. Its a generational thing but dont mind at all. They are all always helpful.

Friendly knowledgeable staff who always are courteous and professional. It's worth the drive from Show Low. Dennis and his people will treat you right!
