bad customer service, my crew arrived with our van and the attendant not even want to know what happened and said the they can not take any car until the end of next week, and not even want to help with a suggestion with any another shop around that could help usI never And asked you to drop off everything you were doing and look at our vehicle,you know what and how you told me.I wish you the best on business and life, but you should definitely be more welcoming to your potential customers, I was willing to leave the vehicle without any problems, but you implied that you didn't want to help us. I'm sorry if I misunderstood, but that's what you implied.You said 2 names that I barely understood ,then said I DONT KNOW, I CANNOT HELP YOU GUYS SORRY. Don t take it to the heart it just a friendly advice,you didn t get that far with the business being arrogant.God bless you!

Took my ford excursion for AC not working and they charged me $3500. It has gone back for two summers cause it keeps going out.Summer is here and the AC went out again. Now it needs $1100 to replace a compressor that they put in that shorted out. The shop is not standing behind their work. Vehicle is not a daily driver and only used to tow the boat. These mechanics went above and beyond to get my truck done for me. I was needing it to get back to Colorado for urgent medical care for infection in my shoulder. I recomend them at a very high level.

As a retired mechanic I am extremely impressed with the quality of service and professionalism that DJ and the company expressed . JR the mechanic who did the job was excellent and did very good work and knew what he was doing ,which in Havasu is a rare commodity . The work was completed ahead of time and the truck is performing perfectly. I will recommend them to everyone who is in need of automotive work.Byron P.Services: Engine repair, Air conditioning

Tri Tech was awesome, quick and professional! My engine wrench light was on and they performed a diagnostic for free, since all I needed was an oil change. Couldn t do it while here, so no charge! Outstanding Automotive Service Shop. Was really impressed with professionalism and they walked me through all the repairs that I need to be done and also suggested upgrades to prevent extra cost down the road. I want to thank all the mechanics , staff, for they're outstanding service. I brought my car into Tri- Tech and was beyond impressed with the service I received. Danny made sure my car did not leave his shop until everything was fixed to his (and my) liking and 100% safe for me to drive. They went far and beyond then what you would expect from a shop. It's very hard to find fantastic customer service these days and when you get it you're almost in shock. I give these guys a thumbs up not only on their fantastic work ethic but also their amazing sense of respect to their customers at hand. You most definitely won't be disappointed with the outcome of your car and the service you'll receive.

So far so good. My truck is in for a complete New Motor & Trans. I will share more about my experience once I receive it back and take it on a road trip. They are the best and that's why I trust my truck in their hands.UPDATE Been about a year now with my new motor and new trans from Tri-Tech installed in my K2500 runs like a champ, everything tight and right.

This repair shop is just the best!There is never a good time to have engine problems and this time especially. I was under some time restraints as I was towing my 5th wheel and was over 400 miles from home (Havasu). Under careful advise from DJ I was able limp home (truck only). One day later I was returning to get my trailer in a truck that now runs like new.Thanks DJ and your crew for getting me in, expediting the repairs, and getting me back on the road so fast.KentService: Engine repair

Have been going for 15 years always great service! Today headed out of town and fuel filter was leaking they saw us and took care of problem in 30 minutes! Excellent prices and trustworthy service. Best yet we are on our way for our vacation!!! Thank you!!!

Being relatively new to LHC, looking for a good auto mechanic shop was imperative. I stopped in at Tri Tech Auto with some known issues on my 2007 F-250 diesel. Engine light was one. They came right out, looked my truck over and found the engine light trouble. They found several leaks as well. We discussed the options and cost, and I agreed to have the work done. After only one day, my truck done. All work was as we discussed and there were no surprises with the agreed cost.I have found an excellent mechanic shop in Tri Tech Auto they are now the only people I want working on my truck!!!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Absolutely THE best most HONEST shop in the area. I trust Danny and the crew with my wife's car as well as mine. My wife drives 150 miles a day to and from work and her safety is paramount to me. This is the place I have put my trust in to receive wonderful service from.

Tri-Tech is always very helpful and gets our trucks done by the time they say they are going to. I work for a construction company so we need our trucks. We had truck problems while we were camping in Lake Havasu City. I picked Tri-Tech because of the favorable reviews I read on line. They gave us prompt service and their price seemed fair. I would recommend Tri-Tech to anyone. We were happy with their service.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tri-Tech for about seven years now. Only once have I not been able to wait for the work to be completed. The one case where I had to leave my car required extensive work and ordering parts that was unforeseen. I have never had a problem with any work done at Tri-Tech and would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone.

A business that I trust. I never been given any b.s. about the needed work on my vehicles. Their labor cost are honest and fair. Some shops in town could learn a thing or two from them.They are very professional. them. I highly recommend this business!

Our truck A/C stopped working, on the way out to Havasu, the A/C compressor would not kick in/run. It was a loose wire in the "wire harness" at the compressor and Tri-Tech Auto took care of it for a reasonable price, with quality repair. Thank you to all at Tri-Tech Auto Repair! You have another customer.

I don't know how to thank Danny at Tri Tech Auto enough. �The service I have received here over the past nearly 20 years is beyond description.My grandson's truck was making funny noises a few days before this review and when I asked Danny if he would mind going to check on the truck he gladly accepted even though I don't think he normally make road calls. �I didn't want the kid to drive to Danny and harm something more than it may already be harmed. �And the kid was somewhat close by.Long story short the engine appeared as though it might be toast! �And as luck would have it Christmas was only a few days away so there was no expectation the truck would be running any time until after New Years. �So we called a tow truck and left the kid's truck with Danny.We got an unexpected phone call on Christmas Eve Day from Danny saying he was able to repair the truck. �What was thought to be a blown engine turned into and almost sucked valve that didn't destroy the motor. �Morale here is that if you hear a strange noise stop before you cause significant damage.Anyway, thanks to Danny and crew there was a bright spot for us for Christmas.In all of the near 20 years I have lived in Lake Havasu nobody but Danny has ever touched a car I own and never will. �He treats his customers well and all the work is excellent. �I never hesitate recommending Tri Tech Auto to whoever asks me if I know a good mechanic. �And those who I have referred have nothing but praise for the workmanship here.

The entire team at Tri-Tech Auto are true professionals. They have kept my 2005 Cadillac in perfect condition and always given me a heads up on potential problems. Their shop rate is very fair and they have always stood behind their work. It is probably why I have 185,000 miles on my truck and it has never let me down.
