This place was recommended by a friend and he was right, they know Super Duty trucks! Of course they know more than just SD's but I can only speak about my experience. I went in for an A/C compressor replacement, vacuum the freon and refill, replace belts and a few more items. Everything turned out good and he stayed within the quoted amount.When my A/C worked, I would run it full blast during the summer. Today, it was 110 and I had to kick it down to 3 because it was getting so cold after just 5 minutes. I love that it works better than before. Thanks guys.

Was recommended by someone at Ford.went there told them what I had and what I needed. Service writer said no problem but were booked out 3 weeks..I said OK. Went back 3 weeks later and they said they couldn't help. WOW is all I can say.i wish I could give -minus 5 stars. Could have been working on it all that time

Broke a Lower Balljoint in my truck while cruising into Havasu on the 95/40 before labor day weekend. Had it towed to Robinson's Auto as my brother gets all his work done by them and swears by Daryl's work. Well while Daryl was sipping cocktails in Montana on vacation, Jim/Brian took care of me and salvaged my weekend. Was kept well informed on repair. Kudos to a shop that is well ran even when the boss isn't around. Won't hesitate to refer anyone here. Great Job Guys!!

Always a great experience. I broke my Hummer H3 and had it towed to Robinson's. They kept me informed every step of the way. I never have to worry about the diagnosis, price, or time. It is all done very professionally and never have I felt I have been taken advantage. Darrell and entire staff are awesome.

Robinson Automotive is an HONEST, competent repair shop.After listening to my issue and explanation on how numerous diesel repair shops cheated me without ever fixing my truck, Darrel who I believe is the owner, knew exactly what was wrong with my truck. He repaired my truck replacing the fuel pressure relief valve in under an hour thus resolving an issue that I was having for over 8 months. Robinson Auto repair did not cheat or overcharge me, and did not mislead me as previous shops had. No matter where I may be traveling in the USA, I can assure all that when it comes time to have my truck repaired I will make the drive to Lake Havasu so Robinson Automotive can work on it. Thanks Darrel, no words can fully express my gratitude to you.

Fantastic service, so happy to find a mechanic I trust. Darrell and his staff are always professional, honest and very competitively priced. I have even had my vehicle towed from Vegas because I refuse to have anyone even look at my vehicles.

Excellent shop in Havasu. Very professional and always do great work. They have worked on my Jeep and GMC truck and have always gone above expectations. Now they even have accessories for vehicles. Just got a train horn installed and it is very cool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The reviews are accurate: This place is great. I was traveling in AZ from Chicago during the winter and my front drive shaft on my 4x4 pickup bit the dust along the way. I needed to have it repaired and replaced or removed as it was truly a safety hazard. These guys got me in right away and just pulled the part so I could get on my way without worrying about the thing damaging my vehicle or falling off at highway speeds. I especially appreciated it because in previous experiences, when mechanics know that you're just passing through town, typically they don't seem to have reservations taking advantage of you (this has happened to me at least three times). But not Robinson. In fact, I have the replacement part and plan on making the drive from Chicago back to AZ this coming winter and going back to them because they were so honest and forthright �I don't trust anyone else.

Lost a transmission in Parker AZ last week. We are from Boise ID. I was referred by a friend to call Daryl and get his opinion. Made the call, towed the vehicle to him...he called with diagnosis and pricing. I gave approval and three days later I had the vehicle back and it runs great. Great business owner and a caring guy that communicates perfectly. On a side note I own a Collision Center in Boise for over 30 years and I now service. Great job guys...

Really pleased with the work and service I received. As a winter visitor good advice is hard to find and Darrel was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me up to date with great communication. Young Andrew was very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend.

They are not will to fix anything unless you tell them to fix it. So make sure you write down everything that is wrong that you want them to fix. Even if they see something that should be fixed they won't ask or tell you about it. Mine caught on fire with in 200 miles after getting it out of their shop with a $17000.00 rebuilt motor. The insulation on the firewall should have been fixed while the motor was out and no one said a thing. Don't expect them to completely take care of your needs. I'm not happy

I just had my transmission replaced. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism. My bill was less than the original quote which has never happened to me before at any other repair shop. I will definitely be using this shop from now on.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

They diagnosed a problem in my diesel truck which was complicated to determine. Were very efficient with their time. Fixed problem at a reasonable cost. Well deserved rating. Check engine light came on and I brought it in. Owner said he didn't have an appointment available, but spent 20 minutes with me diagnosing the issue and provided some information to help me get on the road and back home.

Robinson's was a referral by Lane's Auto Care in Parker as being his go to diesel specialists. These guys are professional, competent and honest. We had major work accomplished in 4 days and AT estimate.
