I take both my Mercedes' to Fritz. He's been my mechanic for 4 years now. Great team and very knowledgeable. He is honest and professional. Never tries to upsell anything. Fritz is a top notch, master mechanic specializing in foreign cars. Very reasonable prices for such high quality work, HIGHLY recommend Roadrunner Automotive! Fritz is known in Lake Havasu City as one of the best mechanics in town, I won't take my Mercedes anywhere else now.

Im 54 years old and have never found a place like this. Fritz is a super nice guy who under stood what i am going thru and let me bring my car in without apt. Got what was needed and thought i would do about half the work myself. However i am currently going thru a few thing and couldnt do as much as i thought. Called a.tow co to come and get it to bring it back to Roadrunner. Not running, radiater 90% out no hoses on or anything. Put all new parts in the car, with all the nutss and bolts and everything but someone to do the work. Mike you are the man!!! Hands down. This is the only person i ever want under the hood of anything i own. Takes time to explain everything under the hood even when its not going right and what hapent 1st thing to make everything happen and even in the order it happened. I was so empressed with the price but Mike and Fritz or Fritz and Mike however you prefer at ROADRUNNERS AND SMILEYS BEST EXPERANCE EVER!!!

GREAT PEOPLE loves people and does a great job for a fair price. Not a discount store however when want your import Mercedes or BWM or any high end vehicle this man you can trust. His wife /helpers are amazing. Cool family run facility and when you need something done right he shines every single time thank you love a town with you in it Thanks Fritz! And Frita thank you for you warmth and kindness really super power couple! I hope I dont see you for a while however if i need to know will be treated fairly and get great quality work done for a fair price!Theyve done a starter, AC, Suspension work, AC work, oil change, Maintenance Work, Just check my car before long trip work make sure everything is in good shape. Roadrunner Automotive was such a pleasure to work with!! I was recommended to Fritz from Havacars where I had just purchased a new car!I did have a few issues with the car but Fritz was so confident and non-chalant, I felt very trusting with my new car in his care. He got my car back to me when he said he would and in great condition! Everything was in working order and I really enjoyed talking to Fritz. I highly recommend using Roadrunner Automotive for any of your car needs!

Definitely recommend... took my truck in to have it looked over and was expecting to hear a bunch of bull like every other time I take it into a shop, but turned out they were completely honest and all I needed was some rear brake pads. They were quick to get me in and had it done in no time at all. Just wish they worked on diesels! Will be returning if I need any work done!

I had a great experience with this shop. People who works there are very honest and nice. I had the issue with my car and even though they were very busy they helped me within an hour and put my car on the road again. I thought since I was in another city and plus a woman that the guys would try to trick me with a price and everything but turns out totally opposite. I am sure this is the best place to go and solve your car issue if you have it. Thank you Roadrunner! You are the best and you deserve to know that. :)

We have taken our old vehicle to Fritz many times and he keeps us safely on the road. Not only is he the best mechanic in town, he has integrity. We took our vehicle to him thinking it needed a complete tune up and it turned out to be a very inexpensive part that was causing the symptoms. He will not ever charge you for work or parts you do not need as many others would. That is very reassuring to us. Thank you Roadrunner!

Fritz and his crew are professional and expert In automotive diagnostics and repair. I have been taking our vehicles there for many years with no issues. If it s not broken, Fritz will tell you and not do needless repairs. I've had to take both my vehicles back several times and the owner gets a little snippy with me stating "its under warranty" when I question why it has to be redone again. Is it really too much to want it to be repaired correctly the first, second or maybe even the third time? Another time he did extra repairs without authorization and expected me to pay for them doubling the estimate. He had to reverse the charges but later I found out that work he was charging me for was never even done. It is either a lack of integrity, poor communication or bad work. Either way, save yourself the time, money, stress, and a condescending attitude by the owner and go somewhere else.

This place was on top of there game.. especially the day we took the van in for the seat belts to be fixed.. we dropped off and thought it would be a day or so.. 2 hrs at most.. THANKS AGAIN

We were driving our kid to college and had a drivetrain warning light show up outside of Kingman. We found Roadrunners information on a BMW site and called. They ran diagnostics and had the parts- we were in and out in a matter of hours. So appreciated the quick easy service from all the guys.
