The lady behind the counter was absolutely awesome. I needed a sun shade for my windshield in my truck. The young lady showed me what they had, and I wasn't sure which one would fit best. She told me to just take both of them outside to my truck and try them. She didn't even escort me out, she trusted me to do this. Great customer service and prices are fair.

Excellent customer service from the staff . Got my part the next day where no other auto parts store in the area could get within 10 days. And it was very inexpensive for the break hose and break wear sensors . Top notch . thoroughly recommend. Cameron especially was very knowledgeable

O'Reillly's sold me injectors for a flex fuel engine, which I had informed them that my engine was not flex fuel. This cost me hundreds of dallor to correct.

John was a rude employee. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager wasn't in (which seems to be the norm here) John insisted on helping me, then literally started yelling at me when he could not fix the problem that I was originally there to see the manager about.

I was able to get 6v AGM batteries here for my motor home at practically the same price as a membership store. The kicker is at O'Reilly they valued my business, treated me with respect and helped me load the batteries in my car. At the other place by the airport in Bullhead City they acted like I was bothering them and wanted me to go away.

Wow!! Amazing customer service. We went to both Auto Zones and were left with little to no help. Our last hope for help without taking it to a shop was O'Reilly's. The manager actually gave a care and walked out to see if he could help. Our AC started working. Thank you so much for caring. We know now to go to O'Reilly's first.

I 'm not allowed to handle tools around my friends-so when my alternator light came on- i drove to a parts store with the best local reputation -- Erik the manager sold me the best heavy duty battery in stock and then installed it and had me on my way in 20 minutes! Thx Eric

Mr. Leroy helped to fixed a part on my vehicle that I was unable to order through the dealership and through them without having to order an entire headlight which was not needed and extremely expensive. I truly appreciate his patience and guidance in helping me with my situation. He not only saved me around $200 but he saved me from getting a ticket for no turn signal!Thank you man! I will always use you guys in the future.

Went today to get a new battery, John was beyond helpful and friendly. He took the battery out (which was quite difficult) and installed a new one. Also, because I kept changing my mind he processed multiple returns and purchases with a friendly smile and awesome attitude. Great service from John and great products.

This is an amazing auto parts store the staff are a blessing in plain site that's something you come to admire as you grow up and out. With the huge selection of products they have to choose from I'm totally happy with the way things are around this amazing store and if you already know what your looking for they won't bother you at all they won't even really make eye contact for those of who hate when people stair at you. I'm always impressed with the services they provide...

Go see Bill! I had my battery checked and changed out in less than 20 minutes! He was courteous and polite! He was what customer service is all about! Thank you Bill! I will definitely come back if it is warranted.

I always get/figure out what I'm trying to do when I come here. Also my highs highschool buddy Leroy works here, and he's your guy. Very knowledgeable, and has an amazingly warm character. Fun fact: I was here a year ago and had to take a phat 2, yet doing so I clogged the toilets. 2 things to inspect here. 1) they don't have a public restroom, but they saw my sqwirmyness. 2) I let them know I happened to have clogged said-non-public restroom, and I was genuinely surprised by how cool they were about it.

O'Reilly's generally has people that know what's going on and are helpful, I just happen to have somebody kind of new didn't really know how to help me. But ultimately I got the thing fixed and O'Reilly's has the parts. I almost always go there first as they have a greater selection and generally people that know what's up.

Went in to get my battery checked, turns out it was bad. The staff was super friendly, fast, and efficient. They helped me gather new wipers, and some jumper cables and installed my wipers quickly. Thank you for all your help!

Great store when AutoZone o r Carquest doesn't have it then you can find it here sometimes. The employees do the best they can but I understand when they're not fluent in engineering automotive stuff I don't mind of they look it up or point to the aisle the part is supposed to be in.

I ordered and paid for a part, then when I went to pick it up I found out that they forgot to order it. I had to postpone my appointment at the car repair shop until they ordered the part; then I had to make another trip to pick up the part. The employees were nice but it was a hassle to rearrange everyones' schedules.

Employee gave me the wrong parts now I'm stranded. I called they said the parts were there in stock then when I got there part wasn't there. The other part I need it was given to me but ended up being the wrong part. I even asked is this going to work for my vehicle and the response was yes it was the only option I was given but no you read the numbers wrong thanks so much for professional Parts people
