I broke down in Quartsite AZ on my way to TX and Yuma Harley Davidson said it would be a month before they could even look at the bike. Steve at Mahali said if I could get the bike to him he would look at the bike straightway. True to his word when I pulled up he stopped everthing and helped unload the bike and right onto a lift it went. Zip, bang, boom my bike was sripped down to the transmission. Steve assesed the parts and started ordering them right away. In less then two hours I was squared away and waiting for parts to be shipped. All because Steve heard I was stranded he did all that he could to get me back on the road. Even when I went to pick up the bike you could see he fixed my bike in front of the others. Thanks Steve for being a proffesional and a great mechanic.

Hands down this is what havasu has needed. Steve is honest, reliable, trustworthy. He goes above and beyond. He knows is bikes he is certified. Hey keeps you posted with photos etc of the work. I have use free different shops never fixed the problem or says they have gone thru it. With Steve you know you are getting what you ask for. Mom and pops style shop out to make it and he is the only shop I would recommend. I even cashed last minute I got bad gas in bike. He said bring it down had the whole tank fuel system everything took apart cleaned out back running one day. Highly recommend him and his brother. Where to begin? Steve is a stand up dude who really knows his stuff when it comes to Harley's. He has been in the business for nearly 30 years he has learned a thing or two about how to do a fine job mechanically as well as on the customer service side of things. I went to Steve for a job regarding installation of risers and bars with a new front brake line. He spent lots of time making sure we had everything we needed to make it go smoothly. The parts took a bit to get in, no fault of his own but as soon as everything was in we scheduled an appointment for installation and he had it done the same day. I couldn't be happier with the results. Steve worked with me every step of the way and was very upfront and honest about what he was doing and why, he even honored a 10% discount I was able to find online for all my parts, as well as took off 2 hours of labor time since the installation job was easier than he expected, most shops wouldn't be that honest about it and would just take you for an easy $200. I have been looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to have my business and I can happily say that Steve has hands down earned it. I will be going to him for all my future services and any other projects inside his scope of work, which is pretty vast from my understanding.TL;DRSteve is awesome and I have a lot of confidence anyone else who seeks his service out will be as happy as I am.

Being a solo female riding for many years, I try to keep my bike in tip top shape. Well l hit a nice size pot hole that loosened up my ape hangers and found Mihali Cycles in Havasu. Gave the young man a call and he was able to fit me in, being l was just traveling through. Not only did he fix my handle bars in a timely manner he pointed out a couple of things that needed to be addressed once l got back to my home town. It's men like this that keeps my faith in mankind. Being a single female is tuff but when l come across an honest mechanic like Steve, who did an outstanding job on my bike. l highly recommend him and his shop...he won't steer you wrong...

Great service fair prices. Excellent customer service. Steve totally took care of me. Took my 2019 street glide in for some exhaust work and tune up etc. Steve is very passionate about his work you can tell by his compassion and thoroughness. Found a bad tire that could have been a really jacked up situation. Can t praise this shop enough.Services: Tires, Engine repair

Have been around motorcycle's all my life. Have had many bike's shovel head's FLH's and newer bikes Road king plus others . Steve is the best around on service and price. These guys are really awesome. Got a flat on my bike and they got me back on the road with in an hour. Price was fair, and there costumer service was amazing. There real respectful and made me fill real comfortable. This will be my new spot to go when I need anything done to my bike.
