Replaced my windshield, showed up on time and very friendly. Poor guys phone was ringing every 2 minutes from the lady he was supposed to go to after me. I could hear her screaming at him because it was 9:15 and she had an appointment for between 9 and 11. He handled her very professionally.

Scheduled an appt for 9 am called at 9:15 too see if they were still coming after two text messages wereIgnored i decided to call .. The owner who answered was rude and very disrespectful told me I was wrong with time slot and since I called to see where they were, he ASSUMED I was unhappy and said go somewhere else and hung up on me !!! Just for anyone who isn t believing this he then proceeded to ignore my call back TO TRY AND SEE IF HE JUST HAD A MOMENT... Yes crazy me was giving him the opportunity to right his wrong and bad attitude!!!This my friends is a fine example of what s wrong with people today..This place of business is a JOKE !! Don t use them EVER ..

Went out of his way to get me my back with dow replaced. He was the only guy in Havasu that could get me my glass. Would definitely go here again.
