I went to another oil change place they left the plug off my rear differential, I drove here, no appointment, truck smoking, they found all my plugs were loose . They had to drive to a dealership to get a part for my truck . This place is worth its weight in gold. Everyone is friendly and they know what they are doing. I don t know what the employees get paid, but it s not enough bc this is A++, idk what my bill is, but it won t be enough, I personally feel like they saved my life. Had my truck locked up with my kids and myself in it, we may not be here.I m beyond thankful for this mom/pop privately owned business. If I lived here I would never go anywhere else.Thank you all so much for saving us. Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I absolutely love this place. I went in to get my oil change. I got to see the whole thing from start to finish. They were very professional well organized and it didn't take long at all. I was there all but twenty minutes from start to finish. I felt like I was spoiled they cleaned my windows and took very good care of me. Thank you for having outstanding service!! Can't wait for my next oil change.

Pete been a staple there for over 30 years. Mark who owns it has always done me and my family right. Great work exceptional price and amazing staff. You can't find that anywhere else.. So if you ever need your oil changed or looped, go see them at lube express right on Swanson. they even have another guy there now that's kind of been there for a while. His name is new guy. He knows who he is. Best place ever..

We took 1 of our vehicles here for an oil change, and we're pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient they are. So.... we brought all of our vehicles back to them. I highly recommend this business.

So when I got my oil changed here they must've put less than what I needed, because 1000+ miles to go, I ran low! I came back to the manager who looked under my car and asked me if I wanted them to do another oil change. (I would have expected a free oil change). Not gonna happen. Oil changes aren't cheap and no one would own up to the issue. I went to a mechanic who confirmed i have no leaks or burn off, so the only intelligent answer is this company failed to put enough oil in when they changed it. Won't be using this place again!

The guys there were rude and spoke to me like I knew nothing about my own vehicle. Why? Maybe because I am a female? However, I work on my own vehicle ALL the time. I just did not have the time this time around. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Worst service ever!!! I pulled in and there was one car ahead of me in the service bay. I waited 50 min and the car in front of me was still not done. A truck pulled into the other lane and next to me and the service tech started working on his truck outside of the service bays. No one was servicing the cars is the bays....BAD PLACE TO TRY AND GET YOUR CAR SERVICED!! I will never go there!!!! If they had a ZERO Rating I would click on it.

Took car here for an oil change and left with the bottom part of my car not intact. The bottom dust/dirt cover was not tightened properly and the next day a part of it had been dragging on the road. 5 out of 9 screws were missing. Go somewhere else. The dealership, although a bit more expensive is better quality service and I would recommend that over this place. Who knows if they even changed my oil or not.

So I unknowingly drained my transmission fluid when I thought I was draining my engine oil on my Subaru. I took my vehicle to the nearest shop I could. The team at Lube Express quickly diagnosed my huge mistake and went into action. They saved my transmission which would have set me back thousands of dollars. I could not thank them enough. Great, exceptional service!

Expensive especially since they used an inexact oil filter (it s about an inch longer than the dealer one they replaced) won t go back and won t recommend. These places have an extra duty to be honest and use correct parts as most people won t know the difference.

Long wait time. Staff seemed lethargic , unmotivated and unhappy to be working.Got my Transmission fliud changed and noted I was 1 quart short when I got home. Called them they were not apologetic and simply said I could come back down. This would have cost me time and 10 miles worth of gas. Returned the following day on Sunday but they were closed. I had to buy my own tramsmission fluid to bring it up to proper levels. Now wondering whether I got the synthetic oil I paid for? Would have been good business practice for them to apologize and offer some compensation for their mistake. Since they do not show you your fluid levels prior to leaving like they do at other lube places, you should might want to check for yourself. I do not feel comfortable returning for future business.

They checked all the fluids in my Hyundai. Super friendly. Loved the conversation instead of the usual all business no chit chat. Was very refreshing to say the least.

Classy place!!! Older lady in for her oil change the guy comes out tells her your oil looks brand new. Now Ive been alot of places in this world and thats honestly right there!!!! GOOD JOB!!!

My first impression of this retailer was very poor. I pulled in and exited my vehicle, I was greeted by a man who had very poor customer service. He barely said a word to me, half a greeting before he was in my car and filling out paper work. Without asking any questions he pulled my car in the garage. Guess I'm getting my oil changed here! He asked what kind of oil and I replied to please follow manufactures specifications and I could tell he was annoyed with this answer. Reluctantly I continued my service and picked up my vehicle a few hours later. I understand mechanics are not the most personable people, but in today's economy there are many options and I will not choose them again.

I have been coming here to get my oil done for at least 20 years, but for the last few, I keep saying this will be my last . Went in again like a lemming, I put up with the surly smugness, the near aggressiveness, but to top it off, I watched them toss a customer out after berating him. I truly am done, and suggest to everyone, give some place else your business.
