Very poor service. They didn t even clean the shell before putting it on my truck. Filthy inside and out. Charged another guy for a wheel bearing job he didn t need said it needed done every year. Not good shop

London bridge RV made repairs on my 2020 fusion That the Place I purchased it from could not seem to fix they did it fast and a very good job even Having to figure out what the last place did wrong John in the front office took great care of us excepted the warranty without question stayed in constant contact with me through the whole thing the Technicians knowledgeable And very professional and I thank you John and London bridge RV for taking care of our Fith WheelService: Air conditioning

Our toy hauler ac broke and was not repairable. We also wanted to have a 3rd ac installed in the garage area. We worked with Kerry and Allie at the shop. Kerry came out promptly and assessed our situation. All the parts were ordered and came in quickly. Kerry installed both ac's. The quality of work was beyond exceptional. We loved their service so much that we are having them install a window awning, as well as, do some body work for a tire separation we had. If you require prompt, professional and quality service for your rv needs, this is the business to use. We highly recommend them for your rv services.

These guys & Gals are super terrific! Against all odds, they got us in & got our air conditioner installed & functioning!! Everyone here was extremely friendly and the store front was super Pro. Thanks for saving our trip & making Havasu fun! Also say Hi to the resident rescue cat!

Very disappointed. Although the staff is friendly, they turned a two day job into 6 weeks by breaking the transfer switch and ground when installing solar panels. Then told me we couldn't install the kit that they had picked out for me to purchase. Instead of setting up the system I bought, they used a high power panel to set up a trickle charge to my preexisting battery which was not the end goal. Then KEPT the inverter I bought with the kit to cover the costs they accrued when THEY broke my transfer switch. Had to fight to get it back later on.I now have to wait for availability with a company that actually knows what they're doing, making this an 8 week ordeal overall.Update: The other company I brought it to said that London Bridge RV left my entire electrical system in an extremely dangerous state and "had no business working on it or leaving it in that manner" i have now paid for solar twice as well as the repairs to my electrical system to make it safe again.

Our refrigerator quit in our camper. We told John what it was doing and what we had tried. He told us what we needed and was % correct. Thank you, John.

When I took my RV in for a repair, they were kind, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. From the front end management to the mechanics in the back, everyone was very professional. If you have RV needs, look no further than London Bridge RV.

Great friendly and fast service. We are new RV'ers and they gave us lots of time giving us tips while also fixing what we brought it in for quickly! Purchased transfer switch.... Identified the part was defective the day of purchase. Tried to exchange for a working one or return it for a refund, but London Bridge RV would not accept the bad part back.Nice guys in person, but they will look to lay any warranty inconvenience on the customer and wash their hands of it.With so much competition in the area, you may be better off finding a store that ll somewhat stand behind the products they sell.

Our motorhome s Dometic air conditioner stopped working and could not be fixed ( and we were traveling through Lake Havasu City from Vermont ) and 103 degrees F was expected the next day. We contacted London Bridge RV Parts and Service and Ken said he would immediately order the Dometic AC we wanted and fit us in the next day if possible. He was able to install it the next day and we are so grateful to Ken, Mark, and Sally for their professionalism and friendliness. We would contact them if we needed RV services again!

These guys are ACES at diagnosis and repairs, super fast and relatively inexpensive. 5 stars!!5/2019 edit: LBRV's solar roof installation is going super strong on my camper roof. 2500 miles from AZ to north through Canada to constant rain and snow of Alaska, and absolutely rock solid install. I needed an awning pull rod, about a $5.00 retail item. This should be a very common item as it is needed to extend and retract a manual awning used on motor homes, trailers, 5th wheels and campers. The young person behind the counter clearly had no idea what I was talking about. When I was explaining exactly what It was that I needed a fellow employee joined the conversation, she also had no idea what I was talking about. When I tried to explain what I was looking for I was told to calm down, next was told to leave. A man came through the front door whom I believed to be the manager or owner, he told me just to leave and that I was being arrogant. He did not take time to try to sort out the issue, just kept walking. If this is any indication of the type of incompetence this company wants to promote I would highly recommend going some where else.I am a RVIA/RVDA certified master RV Tech. My family owned and operated an RV dealership going back to the mid 60s. I also worked for Camping World for an number of years in their parts department and was their walk through show through tec before I retired.

Very nice people, took my motorhome right in, checked it out ,and found my only problem was weak batteries, changed them, heater working, wife's happy , thanks london Bridge, if I have anymore problems I'll know where to go.
