My guests were very happy with the service and courtesy at Joe's.They said the staff was very professional and did an excellent job on getting there RV serviced and back on the road quickly.On my end I can tell you they also followed up with me, the car rental agent, which is certainly above and beyond.Obviously they care about the customer!

What a great shop. I took my diesel truck into Joes to have my transmission serviced and an engine oil change. Tracy called me and said I really didn t need a transmission fluid change. The fluid was clean and not burned. I also had new rear brake pads installed. I really appreciated their honesty and their pricing was very reasonable.I m sure I be going back there for any future service.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Oil change

What a GREAT PLACE repaired once and done right , after taking my truck to other repair shops here , in Havasu. I was ready to have the whole A/C unit removed and replaced. it would only last a few months. Just trying to get a few more miles out of my old 99 ford. I knew that this bill would be large. asked them to use the best parts they could find. They said they would call me, well after 2 days I called them. They said come and get it, I was shocked they never called about parts$$ . when I got there they had the "mechanic" come talk to me ,still not knowing what the damage would be. I was a little upset, this could be several hundred dollars. INSTEAD, he told me he found a leak he was able to fix and he kept the truck to make sure it didn't leak. So after finding this out i was so happy. . he said bring back in a couple weeks and he would recheck it when I get there, Just show up? no charge? that was great someone who wants to recheck his work , without me calling and saying it doesn't work. WELL IT DOES, I never went, for the check up for free, it works I driven to the coast a few times and it gets as cold as it did when new. in fact I had to turn it off it almost froze me out I have my new repair shop, JOES RV & TRUCKThank you so muchp.s. the repair was under 200. bucksRONService: Air conditioning

Excellent!!! Girls at front desk are super friendly,, got me in the next day early, despite being busy. Kirby the mechanic explained what he found. I will definitely be a return customer if I have problems again. Being from out of town and having found a place that was fast, friendly, reasonable and honest is peace of mind at best!!!

Took diesel into shop, first time in shop 3 weeks, second time after service I was getting po275 code they could not find issue, took truck 3 weeks later several codes call and they said it would be 3 weeks before the could look at it, and then several more weeks to fit it, they are just too busy for good customer service and timely repairsService: Auto engine diagnostic

I recently upgraded both sway bars on my RV. In my discussions with the manufacturer, (Hellwig) to order the correct parts, was provided with an estimated installation time. Joe's beat the estimate by one hour saving me money. I like that I can supply my own parts which also saves. They have done all my RV chassis needs for the last 2 years and will continue to do so.

I have a Workhorse W24 chassis motorhome. Sometimes Workhorse service centers are hard to find. JARVT is a Authorized Workhorse Service Center. I just had my coolant and brake systems flushed and recharged at Joe s. They gave me a quote on the fluids and labor. Their labor rates are very reasonable. I dropped the coach off at 9:15 on April 29th. Around Noon I got the call it was ready to pick up. Upon my arrival the service tech greeted me and went over everything. He found the fluids slightly dirty but not abnormal at all for the time they had been in service. Parts and labor charges were exactly like the quote I received a month earlier when I made the appointment. If you are in the Lake Havasu area and need maintenance or repair on your motorhome, car or truck give Joe s a call. They can fix you up. You wont be disappointed.

After stopping at 3 other repair shops in Lake Havasu I ended up at Joe's. Not only did we get quick service, in spite of them already being busy, it was quality service. And the bill was unbelievably fair! It almost makes me wish we lived there so we could use their service ALL THE TIME! Go wherever you want for service but I will only be going to Joe's.

I recently had my RV oil and service done at Joe's. The women who handle the front end are wonderful. The mechanics are pleasant and honest. I will be back to have them do all my rig service. Perhaps even my Silverado if they do small trucks!!

Poor scheduling!Poor customer service!Poor communication!2 hour wait, with an appointment, before they can even Start on your rig!Confusion where to park.Confusion where they want you to un-hook a utility trailer.Save time and go to Bradley Cheverolet / ford.

They do great work. They do almost exclusively all the work on our medium to large trucks. Great turnaround time and customer service. Will keep going here for years to come

Took my truck in for an oil leak. It took them 2 weeks to diagnose it and another 2 to fix it but they did good work, and no more leak. (Turbo pedestal was the issue)

They have been taking advantage of my father in law (with Dementia) for well over a year! He keeps taking his truck in to get the AC fixed and everytime they charge him and it is never fixed. Use caution with this place!

Total screw of charging $60 for an oil change. Beware of many unauthorized charges. Go elsewhere for this basic service!!
