David and team are great Mercedes mechanics. It is so awesome to have this in Lake Havasu City. No more trips to Vegas for service.

It was my first time there and it was an awesome experience at Import Car Center! They made me feel comfortable and welcome. They performed what I needed and I was in and out on time and the invoice was as quoted. I highly recommend Import Car Center and look forward to bringing all of my German cars there! 5 stars!

Friendly informative efficient. I was delightful, surprised and happy I found a BMW mechanic in my town otherwise I would ve had to drive to Henderson. I highly recommend and will return 10 out of 10.

Took my 2011 mini cooper to Import Car Center. I talked to Dave. Car had a lot of computer problems. He reprogrammed it. I was amazed how everything came back on line. Very knowledgeable and excellent service.

Dave and his staff at Import Car Center are professional and take the time to explain the process for your repair. Lake Havasu City is a tough market to find import (specifically German) auto repair professionals that can accurately diagnose and repair older car problems so finding this shop has been a god send

Took my 2008 BMW here. It's pretty reasonable prices considering Parker/Havasu doesn't have many Import auto shops.

I Bought a new Mercedes Benz and did not want to drive to Phoenix or Las Vegas for a oil change. I will also tell you that I am VERY particular. I found Import Car Center and I will tell you, this young man (David) is more knowledgeable than ANY mechanic I have experienced; foreign and domestic. That is saying a lot since my father owned and ran his own machine shop and my older brother is a mechanic. David and Jessica make a great team. Thank you!!Tim

We had a wonderful experience with Jessica and her team. Like most places in town they are very busy so we scheduled our appointment. The communication was fantastic and they kept us up to date as the repairs were in process. They completed the job working with our warranty company the entire time, which was a full motor replacement, in the time period promised and delivered our car back to us clean. Will definitely use them again.Service: Engine repair

Refered by another shop in town. Noticed they didn't work on older models, but seeing how the other shop told me to go talk with them I went. Was acknowledged by someone in the back they would be right with me. They came out of the back acting like I was an inconvenience to be there. I asked for the top mechanic as that is what the other shop told me to do. They didn't remember the person's name just that they owned the shop. The representative of the company rolled their eyes, stated everyone was too busy. I said fine I would try back next week and headed for the door. On my way out they said something along the lines that I wouldn't talk to them because they are female. When I had asked for the top mechanic they could have said I'm a mechanic what is the problem. I know many females who can turn a wrench . No issues there but that's what I got. And as the door was closing I heard them say "we don't work and anything that old".Look... if you are the face of your company be approachable and nice. Even if you have some kind of chip on your shoulder. I was there to spend money after all. Won't be back and I'll make sure to tell the referring shop how this went down.If you are too busy for walk ins I might suggest a sign on the door stating as much and to call for appointment.

Brought in our 2011 Audi for a cooling fan replacement in Summer 2020. Once I realized it was going to be easier to access and remove the part by removing the front bumper and grill I contacted these guys. I was booked for service quickly with an easy and professional drop off considering the ongoing pandemic. I was contacted with a quote after the technician assessed the job and they used the parts I had bought already once they knew they were purchased from a recognized dealer. Repair was completed same day. Payment was easy and the staff provided details of what work was done. Will definitely bring our Audis and Volkswagens here for service again!Service: A/C installation & repair

This place is awesome! We live in CA, no one would help us over the phone regarding our transmission, I called Dave back home, he helped us tremendously! We are now able to drive our car to Havasu to see our family! Thank you so much, Dave!

Jessica was super honest with me about timelines and recommended a few other shops that could help when my Mini Cooper broke down on i40. If I was local they d be my number one choice!
