I recently purchased a scooter for my father here and I couldn t be happier! Matt (the owner) has repaired his scooter in the past, and does excellent work, but when it was time for a replacement, they worked with us on the price and found a scooter that my dad was very happy with. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and made sure my dad was comfortable operating it. I highly recommend them for repairs and purchases!

We recently rented a scooter from Havasu Mobility Scooters. What a fantastic company. The lady was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The service was seamless and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend this company for rental needs or purchases.

After being told to bring my entire scooter to HAVASU Mobiity Scooters, the guy in the electric wheelchair told me that I just needed to bring the serial number and not the scooter, since he said that I was supposed to be there @ 12pm on the 15th of June. If I had known that, I wouldn't have taken the scooter apart to put it in my vehicle to get it to the shop where they could assess the problems and then order the parts, which I was told were waiting at that shop, but, I guess the employees know more than the boss, who never returned my call.

I love these guys! They have been great every time I take my scooter in for service or my Lyft. Very reasonable prices for service and they take payments.

I found this place in Lake Havasu last year. At first I was glad as not many areas in LHC or anywhere else for that matter in CA, NV, or AZ offer to consign ebikes even if they offer to consign other things. Ie dirt bikes, ATVs, motorcycles, and motorhomes. The people who work there were very helpful, they offered me water(LHC gets quite hot and dry under the sun), phone charging the first time I stopped there, my phones eats up battery like crazy especially in the heat.I would had given this place five stars. But it s only when I tried to consign my ebike last falI I got the real experience of the how the shop runs. Some of which I do wish could improve before I decide to use this shop again. Not intended to insult but to suggest:-if you have an email address, use it, This business have an email address but they never ever seem to check it. If you write to that email address don t ever expect a reply for any reason. While I understand LHC often has internet connection issues but emails should work with any connection. I would not want to waste gas driving over a mistake on the phone.-I wish the manager is better at returning calls picked up by voicemail or a fellow employee who always need to ask manager first yet more likely than not no one calls back for weeks. Also while they may be open till five on weekdays no one seem to answer the phone once the clock strike 3pm on any day.-ebikes were on high demand/short supply in 2021 and there were no inventory of any of their ebike for sale in the store when I went in the second time during fall of 2021, I understand my used ebike might not be in the best shape but since there were no other choice on the sales floor for buyers and a new one costs over $2000 that is if they are in stock at all. I wish the owner tried to stand his ground on the $1200 agreed upon and not let it go for less than $1100 Instead of saying be glad you got it sold at all even while letting it go at a lowball price of less than $1000. Also he mentioned he won t pay me more than $1200 no matter how high he sale the bike.-Also pay on time when the product is sold and only by certified mail especially knowing that LHC s mail services is often slow and unreliable and tend to lose mail from time to time and 1grand is not a small amount.-Also please be more organized, apparently the manager indicates the check had been mailed a month ago via traditional mail which has no tracking but later it was revealed out by a friend who paid a visit to the shop only to find out that the check was still in the office just buried under other paperwork. It was only then he finally mailed it almost three months after he sold it, but still not with Priority/certified mail as he originally promised but just first class mail. But at least I finally received the money, thanks friend.For anyone who tries to consign a bike here, I know there are very few options for this thus I am grateful Havasu Scooters and ebikes exists and have polite and friendly staff. Who even stated that shops shouldn t throw their customers under the bus. Though I suggest if anyone use this shop for purpose of consignment take pictures of the item and insist on a signature. Make sure to take pictures to document the agreement as well.If they could improve on these pointers I would consider coming back. And give them another chance and maybe give a review with more stars.

As a customer of Havasu Mobility Scooters, I have respect for Matt Zimmer(Owner and Technician) for his Customer Service, and Honesty! Matt along with Melissa worked with me to help find the perfect Scooter for my needs. Matt is qualified to work on my scooter having knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Technology to fix my Scooter.

Absolutely recommend Mobility Scooters if you re in need of a scooter. Fantastic customer service. Craig was very accommodating and provided the perfect scooter for my husband while we were in Lake Havasu on vacation. You will not be disappointed! 5stars for sure!

Their hours are listed wrong on this site. They close at 12 PM on Saturday and closed on Sunday....bummer business hours. Ong after waiting u til Monday marissa or whatevetthefuck her useless name was never helped me and wanted me to come in person to get ripped off.

Went into the Havasu mobility scooter store To have my chair worked on Met the new owners Matt and Melissa Matt went out of his way to fix my chair really appreciate it They were really nice to me thank you so much for your help I will definitely be back
